How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My premium pass is not being counted, only the free one, I want my benefits if I paid for the pass, I didn't receive them from reward 5, that is, 2 premium benefits that I didn't have access to and that were mine by right

Didnt recieve cards from new player decks. Deck names empty.
I didnt recieve cards in some of the new decks we got with release. Also some decknames are empty:

Waiting for Server in the Store
I cannot purchase anything from the store because it get stuck on "waiting for server." I'm on a Mac and it seems like this has been an issue for years...

No puedo reclamar mis codigos de caja de presentacion de la expasion cimientos
El errror me da cuando en MTG Arena o desde mi perfil de wizards intento canjear los codigos promocionales de 4 cajas de 5 cajas que ge comprado del pack de presentacion de la expansion cimientos. Ayer canjeé un codigo y me dieron los 7 sobres en el juego, pero cuando intento canjear los 4 restantes no me deja. Por lo que tengo entendido, existia el limite hasta 5, por lo que no entiendo porque no me deja los 4 restantes que me faltan y no han sido utilizados

対戦したりストアに入ったりするとフリーズする
2024/9/14に、PCでアップデートをインストール後、ストアに入るたびにフリーズするようになってしまいました。
その後、BO3で対戦中も、フリーズが起き、サイドボードになったらフリーズしてサイドチェンジが全くできませんでした。
インストール前は全くそんなことは起きませんでした。

Duskmourn: House of Horror Mastery Emporium
Hello. I've got a problem with the mastery emporium i currently have 15 mastery orbs but the master emporium coming up with no items available. This started after i was awarded the item that i hadn't received from the pass yet. Just contacting as concerned i wont be able to get all items from the emporium before it goes in 6 days time.

Psychic Frog Hideaway left store early
Psychic Frog's Hideaway said we had 4 hours left to use it. I bought it and started redeeming tickets. Starting at 11 AM EST, I received internal errors and when I closed out the program and brought it back, the store is gone despite having 3+ hours left (according to in game message) and hundreds of tickets left to spend. Please re-enable or refund this purchase.

Daily deals have gone missing for multiple days.
There are daily deals but me and some other unfortunates are not getting any deals for multiple days now.
I tried reisntalling and multiple times reloading the store (clikcing off and back on "store") no luck from both.

Mastery pass not rewarding
Mastery pass rewards mostly came through now, but from what I noticed so far was that mythic wild cards are still not rewarded.

Unlocking new levels in Duskmourn Mastery doesn't unlock any reward anymore, I'm like missing more than 5 levels of rewards at this time

mtg arena (Epic games launcher) starts on mac 2018, then freezes at first click
I run mtg arena on a mac 2018 with epic games launcher.
my issue started last week (the update before duskmourne).
The game starts. Then when I click e.g. on a limited format, the graphics feezes, sound goes on. The activity monitor from mac shows that the GPU has '5 million minutes time usage'.
This bug is strange as the start screen works.
Strange also: when i click play and join a match directs - it works!
It just eventually crashes.
It always crashes when i click on a limited event (the screen where you can pay to join it)…5 votes -
