How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Paid 250 gems to get the green dragon pet in the mastery pass but never received it.

    Well someone has to go and find my green dragon pet, as a responsible pet owner I am quite concerned for its wellfare. All my other pets are were they should be, but not my new green dragon pet I paid 250 gems for.

  4. Daily store deals 400 gems error

    When I try to purchase the 400 gems for 1500 coins in the daily store deals it says "store error" and #unknown error"

  5. Store Error - Internal Error (Strixhaven Release)

    • Redeeming code: PlayStrixhaven worked, but did not yield any booster packs..
    • Buying cosmetics in store leads to error: Store Error - Internal Error
    • Buying mastery pass lead to error: Store Error - Internal Error, but a check mark is visualized in the master pass tree?!

  7. マスタリーパスで神話レアが入手できません

    マスタリーパスでレベルアップ時、神話レアが入手できるレベルだったのにも関わらず、入手一覧表示に神話レアが存在せず、入手出来ませんでした。
    せっかくマスタリーパスを購入したのに無駄になってしまいました

  10. Mastery Rewards Missing?

    I purchased the Mastery Pass for 3400 gems after reaching Level 80. Upon purchase, I was definitely able to claim the Ellywick Avatar, the card sleeves, and dragon pet. However, I was unable to see or claim the other rewards. It's like the app just stopped.

    I restarted Arena and tried to backtrack to see what rewards I received and I think I got the packs, the mastery orbs, the gold, card styles and gems.

    However, I don't know what mythic rares I received and the player draft token is missing-- I had 10 previously and it still shows 10…

  12. Mastery Pass Draft Token Missing

    I had bought the mastery pass after the update and played the free Ikoria premium draft. After finishing the draft, I'd decided to play it again and realised my token wasn't there to begin with. I also didn't get the animation of getting the cards and packs from the mastery pass, so I couldn't check if I received the random cards. I don't have any pictures but I think that if anyone check my account they can see that I've participated in only four drafts: one quick drafts before buying the mastery pass and the three free premium drafts.   13. 15 Games per day bugged for 48 hours. Missed XP, please give XP

    When the update went live I missed two cycles of dailies and no XP was being rewarded. I would like to have the XP from the two cycles of daily and weekly rewards. I don't want to have to use gems to boost down the track. You are actively denying players XP to move down the track by not awarding them XP for this bug. This constitutes a denial of real world money to them, in effect.

    i put in the code from fnm and it says code redeemed successfully but no rewards pop up. has happened for last 3 weeks.

  15. Player Draft Token Missing

    I saved one player draft token from the previous mastery pass.
    After I bought D&D season's mastery at level 52 today, the little icon at the top of the screen says I only have one player draft token.

    Please give me back my token i paid for !

    マスタリーLv64に達しているため、マスタリー購入後受け取れるはずです。

    本日マスタリーパスを購入しましたが、一部報酬が受け取れません。
    対人ドラフト参加券が増えておりません。
    今所持しているドラフト券はストリクスヘイブンのマスタリー報酬で受け取った物です。
    iOSでプレイ、マスタリーパスを購入したのは本日の
    午前中です。

  19. Store doesn't show price for Nyx Land Bundle

    The in-game shop doesn't show a price for the Nyx Forest Bundle, but it does for every other Nyx Land Bundle, leaving the Nyx Forest Bundle unable to be purchased.
