How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Buy packages issue

    I buyed several packeges; however, the counter of purchased packs haven't increased as its supposed to be.

    I noticed on the last one purchased, reson why I wasn't able to get a screenshot.

    I'm running on Android.

    Please review the amount of packs purchsed and increase accordingly.

  4. Dungeon module land style

    The dungeon module art for lands is not displaying. (ie, the store says I purchased the Dungeon Module R11 Cave of the Frost Dragon artwork; but when I pull it up in deck builder it is still the old style.)

  7. Not Receiving Mythic Wildcard On Reward Track

    I am not receiving any of the mythic wildcards on the premium rewards/level up track in MTG Arena. These are rewards that I paid for so it's frustrating not getting them. If anyone can help or refund me I would appreciate it.

  8. Guildmaster bundle disappeared

    After the last client update I can’t see the Guildmaster bundle anymore for my account.
    I tested on iPhone, iPad and PC, but I can’t see the bundle anymore in the store.
    Before the update it was there to be purchased.

  9. Bug opening packs from redeemed code

    Redeemed a promo code from a Brother's War prerelease and got the six packs. However, an error occurred opening second pack: there were only four cards in that pack and then the remaining packs had vanished. Please restore missing packs!

    1. To reproduce bug: 1. redeem promo code 2. open packs

    3. only 1 and 1/2 packs received of six

    I bought the Flensing Raptor pet and sleeve package as soon as I saw it on sale in the store for 3,000 gems. Only a few hours later, the price changed to 550 gems and now I am noticing that I don't have the sleeve (the pet is still in my possession, maybe because I already equipped it to some decks). Is there any way I could get refunded the difference, as I assume this is some sort of mix-up with the release of the Flensing Raptor where it was only meant to be made available today for the cheaper…

  13. Wildcard auto redeemd

    Today I Opened a Mondrak glorious Dominous short Afterwards I shouldve got a wildcard from the mastery track but what i think happend is that i got a second mondrak instead.
    because after opening the booster pack that i got from the mastery track i decided to try a new deck and while browsing my collection i saw that i now posses 3 Mondraks before i had only 1!
    i could not explain this to myself so i checked my wildcard count which was still at 4 but it shouldve been 5!
    and because that might happen again and turn…

  14. Store Daily Deal card styles do not explain that they do not apply to all printings of a card name

    The Saturday, Feb 25, 2023 Daily Deal in the Store included a Mina Harker card style. As seen attached (from the ArenaDailyDeals twitter feed at https://twitter.com/ArenaDailyDeals/status/1629530368964476930/photo/2) the Mina Harker card style only says "Thalia, Guardian of Thraben card style".

    I purchased the Mina style today and then discovered that since my Thalia copies were from Historic Anthology 2, not from Crimson Vow, that the card style is useless.

    Support refused my request for a refund, stating that it is my responsiblity to " make sure you are certain" before purchase.

    But how can I do this is the Store…

  15. Didnt receive card: Elesh Norn Full Art

    I did not receive Elesh Norn, despite buying and claiming her in the store for 4000 gold. As you can see, I am left with 100 gold, but no Elesh Norn Full Art. Is there anything that can be done?
    Edit: Forgot to mention the steps that caused this, but I had done this:
    1) Logged In
    2) Played one round of Standard
    3) Saw a deal being offered in the store, clicked.
    4) Elesh Norn was the first deal in the list, I bought her immediately for the 4000 gold. As you can see, the deal is gone, so…

    bonjour, je suis déçu car j'ai acheter la pass saisonnier 5400 gemmes en pensant qu'il serait plus long de 20% mais en réalité j'ai dépensé 2000 gemmes pour avancer de 20%, or cela ne m'intéresse pas! L'explication n'était pas assez claire, je suis déçu et j'ai perdu 2000 gemmes !

  20. Daily Deals not displaying in STore

    I logged in today (12/20) to check the daily deals in the store. There was a system update, but once it completed, nothing was visible in the daily deal section of the store. The icon for store was lit as though there were new deals available, but I couldn't see anything. Not sure if it's a display issue or not.
