How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I click to buy gems and it just stays on the loading screen and never changes. Same for all gem buying options. Cant draft since I cant buy gems.....

  3. Can't buy gems when not using launcher

    Buying gems doesn't work when not using the Epic Games Launcher on macOS (M1 Pro). It stays stuck on "Waiting for the Server" and I need to quit the game to be able to do anything.

  4. Says I can't purchase the discounted 'The One Ring' Bundle (2,490 gems) when I have 3,405 gems available

    Store error when I try to purchase the discounted 'The One Ring' Bundle (2,490 gems) when I have 3,405 gems available. Is this because I'm Gandalf and shouldn't be touching the One Ring? Do I need a hobbit to purchase this on my behalf? Best regards, the Flame of Anor.

  5. Lost Gems from Wonky Drafting Servers

    Hello, I missed out on 3 drafts (4500 gems) while the server was being difficult the other day. I should have just stopped trying, but every time drafts came back online I hopped right back in. I was able to play the matches but my draft decks were always really screwed up and basically sealed pools. Will we be refunded for these events?

    I had an offer in the store for 850 gold for new capena pack
    couldn'T claim it ( eveything seemed fine with the game tought )
    I shutdown MTG Arena and rebooted...just in case
    Came back..offe ris gone :-(

  8. 15 Alchemy boosters?

    Hello, in the shop there's no more the option to buy 15 Alchemy boosters at the discounted price of 10000 gold (and I assure you I never ever bought cards this way). Can you please restore this feature, Wizards (maybe when Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy will come out)?

  9. Missing Level Boost Reward Details

    Previously, the level boost window displayed the rewards I would obtain upon purchase, but a particular update has caused these displays to disappear. These details are crucial in estimating the gains from purchasing the pass and determining how many packs I need to buy. Thus, I am hopeful that this problem can be resolved to accurately guide my purchases.

  10. Explorer Anthology 2 card list

    I made an accidental purchase on the bundle when trying to figure out which cards are in the bundle. There's usually a list to the right side, but nothing this time. 25k gold drained on a format I don't yet play.
    Please include the card list on all bundles, because the contents are unidentifiable on my phone with old eyes.
    At least they are 4x of each card, so that was a surprise, but this doesn't help me in alchemy :/

  13. (1) Wilds of Eldraine (Mythic) pack purchase does not increase gold pack count

    I purchased a single Wilds of Eldraine Mythic booster with 260 gems, but it did not increase the tracker for a gold pack. It was the last slot needed before being rewarded the pack.

  14. Purchased infinity orbital lands for the first time on iphone but they are not showing up in my collection.

    I’m using an iPhone and I just purchased the unfinity orbital lands in the store for the first time for 4000 gold. When I went to add them to my deck they aren’t showing up in my collection. No matter how I search for them. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

  15. Can't buy gems or change payment method

    I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

    I purchased packs with gems and no progress to golden pack was made. Purchased more packs with gold and still no progress for golden packs made. Issue run into on PC. Stuck at 0 progress

  18. White Shape obscuring store tabs

    On my iPad Pro, in the store, a white cross-shaped blob obscures the store tabs. It doesn’t affect my ability to navigate.

  19. Dominaria cannot be played in the current Standard

    Hello, I would like to buy few boosters of Dominaria United in the store, however there is written "Important Note: This cannot be played in the current Standard format". I see only three sets where this note is not written. Am I missing something? I came back to MTG so I am rather a new player still.

  20. Issues with gem purchases

    I cannot purchase gems. Every time I click purchase, I get a loading screen that flashes the message "Waiting for server..." Incredibly frustrating seeing as I am trying to give you all money.
