How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback

Showcase art bought in daily deal today is only giving me extended art card and not the showcase
Daily deal today I spent gold to get the showcase art for Junji, after buying it the showcase art will not show up after applying the new style. Not even if I go into the card on collection and select the showcase that appears there saying I have it. It lets me select it, then it shows the art has changed in my collection, but when I load a deck it does not appear, and does not allow me to have the showcase art in my decks.
This company is getting bad, so many reasons. Please do better.

Exactly what are the chances that the Mythic Rare slot can instead be a Rare wildcard -- is the most pressing issue.

Internal Store Error when purchasing packs
When I purchase a pack, I get a message that says “Internal Error” and when I return to the pack screen, whatever I tried to purchase has been duplicated on the menu.

Card bought does not shows in collection or deck
I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

Mythic Packs
Hello, here some feedback:
I came back to MtG Arena, because you implemented Mythic Packs and a display of the Vault progress! Finally, its possible to complete collections.
I just saw this new features and I will again spend much money for MtG Arena.
It is really rare that companies do such good moves!Next good move would be to make each and every cosmetic that ever existed available in the shop :) Don't have timely limited content!

Good morning i have find different price for buy the gems between Apple store (+20%) and pc, is correct or not this difference or is a bug in the Apple store ?

Annoying Store-reminder
Daily routine:
Start the game. Gathering card database. Wait for sever, click on the store to remove the "we-have-new-deals-indicator", wait for server, click on home, wait for server, then some more waiting for the server. Play the gameWhy don't you just send us directly to the Store instead of the Home screen. That'll save us some clicks, some time and some nerves.
Or you could just give us the option to hide store-notifications... haha.2 votes -
Clicking on the Store causes the Game to Crash!1
OS: Windows 10
Version: 2022.20.1.4318.962619I was clicking on one of the Store tabs (specifically the pet one) and the game crashed! It happened also yesterday as I was clicking on the Packs tab...please solve this bug...it's really nasty!! :(

Daily Deals is a SCAM
I purchase yesterday a buy for 300 gems and get 400 gems in the store. I buy the deal obviously but the game subtracted the gems to buy the deal but it didn't register I purchased it. This should be fixed because otherwise it should be considered a crime to allow this to happen.

can't access the store window
Since today's update I can't access the store window, from the main page I can access every other window/tab except the store, remains in a infinite "Waiting for the server ..." loop, can't even redo to the main window, have to hard close arena and run it again. Really didn't want to uninstall and reinstall because of this. Searched this issue and couldn't find any other similar bug report. I'm on a PC Windows 10 Pro.

Mythic rare Wild card lost when switching platforms
I had 2 mythic rare wild cards. I created a deck on mac, finished the deck using one wild card on android. Went back to mac and opened deck. It showed that i still had 2 mythic rare wilds and that the card wasnt crafted.i tried to craft the card again. It then used my second wild card but didnt give me an extra of the card. Going back to android it shows i still have a mythic rare wild card but throws an error when i try to use it. Can i get my mythic rare wildcard back please?

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

Bought Ancient dragon bundle and didn't receive it
bought the bundle from the store that contained 5 ancient dragons from the Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate set and didn't get them but it took my gems
