How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Yesterday i bought in the daily offers a style of the Card platinum angel from the set retro artifacts but I didn’t get it. I want to ask how I can get my style.
    I don’t have a picture of that because of course I didn’t think that I have report later a bug

  9. Giada, Font of Hope Foundations by Scott Fischer cannot be selected

    Just bought the "Giada, Font of Hope" style from Foundations (https://scryfall.com/card/fdn/298/giada-font-of-hope) from daily deals, but cannot see it in my collection. I only see the Capenna variation (https://scryfall.com/card/snc/342/giada-font-of-hope).

  11. Mastery pass rewards not received

    I buy cards with mastery points but i cant see them in my cards collection. At the end I have either mastery points nor cards and i cant see them in mastery shop too.

  12. Add the ability to track Gem purchases on your wizards account

    When you spend Gems in the store there is no method to review your purchases. I currently do this in a excel database and recently had to contact customer support due to missing adding a transaction. I propose that there is the ability added to your wizards account to track these purchases.

  13. I did not receive a land package purchased from the store

    1) I bought the retro pack of icy lands with gold.
    2) I went to the Deck tab and tried to change the art of my lands, but they don't appear among the options I have, nor among the ones I don't have.

    EDIT: I discovered that the lands are only available in Historic format. This information SHOULD be provided at the time of purchase.

  14. Golden Packs Not Contains Cards from Older Standard sets

    I don't have all cards from Phyeixa, Brothers war, or March of the Machine.
    I am still able to purchash these set and get those cards. However opening golden packs only gives blank gem cards.

    I could not find anyplace that said thier was certain sets that golden packs can't be used for.

  15. Purchased daily offers not received

    Yesterday and today I bought several cards from the daily offers. The cards I bought were not added to my collection. I can no longer give more precise information about which cards they were. The cards are no longer shown in the offers. Please clarify.
    The game is played on PC via Steam.

  16. Gem total is out by 1800 gems

    I purchased 10 common duskmourn land styles at the discounted price of 220 gems as part of the daily deals promotion yesterday for a total of 2200 gems. I didn't check my balance in the client after the transaction, but I track all of my gem purchases in excel to allow me to monitor what I spend.
    When I signed in my gem total was down 1800 gems from where I believed that I should be. This happens to be the value that it would have been if i hadn't recieved the discounted price. as it 10 x 400 =…

    I purchased the MH3 Retro Fetchland cosmetic bundle, it shows in my collection as available, but I have to spend wildcards to use the Retro or new Enemy Fetchland cosmetic even though I already own the fetch land?

  20. Mac Epic Games Arena Client is Failing to Change Payment Method

    I am using Epic Games to play MTG Arena on my Mac, I have recently started experiencing an issue with payments and with accessing my payment settings in the store. When I try to buy something that would require my credit card, the store goes into an infinite "Waiting for the Server..." loop, and the same error occurs when I try and "Change Payment Method" in the store.
