How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Hello,

    The count of packets that i have opened reachead 5, then i boght a pack, with gold, and won a golden pack(its was in 9) , since the golden pack counted first i didnt won the rare wildcard with "the sixth pack" completion.

  2. Store

    Hi, I want to submit a bug in the Store.

    If you go to the store and mouse over Sanctuary Warden (or any other card that produces a token) you can't see the image because it is off the screen.

    I'm using the PC version.

  4. packs disappearing

    Version 2022.22.50.4419.979269
    One of the packs I purchased disappeared when I tried to open it.

    I purchased two brothers war 1000 gold packs and when I went to open them, the first pack only gave two cards and then the second pack disappeared and the program said I had no more packs to open. One of my packs disappeared before I could open it.

    I didn't take a screenshot of the two cards screen because I was confused, but I have the log file. It seems too big for uploading here but I can provide it.

  5. No way to know what's in bundles on mobile

    There's absolutely no indication of what comes in any of the bundles on mobile. Some people don't have a computer and still want to spend money on the game. It kinda seems like common sense to add some kind of way to see what comes in the bundles...

  6. Golden Packs Counter

    Golden Packs are only available from buying BRO packs, but the in-game display text says "Every pack you purchase with gold or gems" and is misleading.

  7. PC: can't purchase anything

    PC, Windows 10.
    Go to Store, click on any option which involvwes purchase (with $ symbol).
    Receive 'Totally Lost" error.
    In the logs there is error
    [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure..com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED
    All xsolla sites are unreachable as well.

  8. Add Jace, the Mind Sculptor avatar to the store

    When will this avatar (Jace, the Mind Sculptor) be added to the store for purchase?

    I missed the event in 2021 where you could get it (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/play-and-win-big-mtg-arena-decathlon-2021-12-08) and i have been waiting to see that avatar pop up in the store since then.

    Untill now, that hasn't happened.

    Since the new set will have a new Jace planeswalker and features a Jace Pack Bundle (now available for pre-order in the store), this would be a great time to add the Jace, the Mind Sculptor avatar to the store!

  13. Mythic Packs can contain Rare Wildcards in the Mythic Slot

    Mythic Packs can contain Rare Wildcards instead of a Mythic Rare card (this should at the very least be a Mythic Wildcard)

    My collection has Mythics from that set I don't yet own, so it's not an issue in regards to that, it could be some cards are missing from the pool and that's the issue? Happened twice, the first time was closer to the release of Mythic Packs and assumed it was a bug then as well, but if it's still not fixed this is a major issue.

  14. Cannot purchase gems (ZFGameBrowser.exe crashes)

    Platform - PC (windows7)

    I've made multiple attempts to purchase the Adventurer bundle in the past couple of days (having not previously purchased it) - each time I instead receive the message that ZFGameBrowser.exe has stopped working (see screenshots for crash details).

    I have checked and experience exactly the same problem when trying to purchase an ordinary gems bundle.

    Essentially, I am unable to spend money on your store - I really hope this can be solved soon as I would like to purchase the current mastery pass, since it is the first one I have seen that includes cosmetics…

  15. Did not receive an item I payed for

    I purchased the Haunted Mire land card Holographic skin from the daily deals yesterday (1/7/23 or 1/8/23 depending on timezone). The gems were subtracted from my account, but the item is not available in my inventory and shows that I must pay for it.

    I got a pack of war of the spark as a decathlon reward. And Gem rewards appeared from packs of sets that did not complete the rares.

  19. Gold saved up gone

    I played a lot of mtg in the beginning to save up some gold to be able to make a big buy, (got up to 19 000 gold) but then I got tired of the grind and delete the game. But now I got the will to play it again so I Download the game again. But when I logged in to my account I saw that all the gold I saved up was gone. That completely killed my will to play mtg again.

  20. Dungeon module land style

    The dungeon module art for lands is not displaying. (ie, the store says I purchased the Dungeon Module R11 Cave of the Frost Dragon artwork; but when I pull it up in deck builder it is still the old style.)
