How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    qui engraissent cette entreprise, faut savoir quelque chose:

    • Vous ne savez pas jouer, vous payez pour que le jeux vous fasse gagner, ça se voit à votre tirage de cartes, quand vous sortez 2 fois la même carte au 3éme tour, ce n'est pas de la chance, c'est de la manipulation de pioche.

    • Quand vous gagnez trop facilement contre un adversaire parce que votre deck est en totale adéquation pour battre le deck de votre adversaire, c'est simplement parce que la matchmaking est truqué.

  3. "You already own this item"

    I'm getting the supid "You already own this product." bug when trying to purchase wildcards. I've cleared my cache and reinstalled the app to no avail... I play on an Android, and never had this issue before, but now it's been going on for a week... A WEEK!

  4. アプリ購入問題

    アプリ内の課金情報を更新する処理に誤りがあります。

    具体的には、「購入済み」と判定するロジックが、本来は何度でも購入できるはずのジェム(消耗型アイテム)に誤って適用されています。

    その結果、ジェムを一度購入すると「購入済み」状態に更新されてしまい、以降は同じジェムを二度と購入できなくなります。
    この不具合のせいでおそらく相当額の機会損失で出ていると思われます。

  6. Getting a card in a pack that you have a playset of and it says it's new

    Every pack of Secrets of strixhaven I open has "shared roots" which I already had a playset of, it also always says it's my first time opening it

  7. Your browser is incompatible with the 3-D Secure authentication.

    Buying gems bugs like never before, now it's all the time resulting in me not able to replenish gems!!!
    After clicking no matter which amount of gems, I enter my VISA details.
    Then this error comes all the time: Your browser is incompatible with the 3-D Secure authentication.
    Tried some googling and tried a thing or two, but honestly, this is on your side. I have no issue giving money to my other 36 games :D

    My Secrets of Strixhaven Preorder is missing
    I bought the Secrets of Strixhaven Preorder from Steam on my PC.
    I received "Professor Dellian Fel sleeve" and "Abigale companion" at purchase.
    But even after at release, I have not received any other things.

  15. Wrong orb displayed when obtaining a new one

    I received an orb reward as part of the mastery track, but it displayed what looked to be a Secrets of Strixhaven ink-styled orb instead of the TMNT style orb. This is purely visual, I can still redeem the orb as normal, but it's still weird.

    When purchasing boosters, the progress bar in the top left corner isn't filling up. Despite buying many boosters, it remains stuck at 4 out of 10. Could you please look into this?

  17. Losing a rare on 6 pack open

    Hey I was opening packs and had 5/6 packs to the free rare card so I checked and was on 66 rare wildcards. Then as I opened the 6th pack I found that instead of adding a rare wildcard and going to 67 available it actually removed a rare wildcard and dropped me to 65 rare wildcards instead of increasing total to 67 - please investigate this error and fix it.

    • La plupart des gens qui donnent de l'argent dans ce jeux ne savent pas jouer

    • La plupart des gens qui donnent de l'argent dans ce jeux ne savent pas contruire un deck

    • La plupart des gens qui donnent de l'argent dans ce jeux sont incapable de se rendre compte qu'ils gagnent des parties parce qu'ils payent.

    • La plupart des gens qui donnent de l'argent dans ce jeux ne se rendent pas compte du déroulement des parties et son incapable de s'appercevoir que leurs tirage de carte est dans l'ordre parfait en fonction de la synergie du deck.

  19. Gold Pack Progression isn't going up anymore

    I purchased a Thunder Junction pack yesterday it went up. I purchased two today, and neither has counted towards the progression. I'd be at 10 if they had.

    If I could see my pack purchase history somewhere, I'd send a bunch of images referencing all that, but if I can, I don't know how, nor do I know if this has ever been fixed for anyone else.

  20. gem store empty

    When I launch MTG Arena from my desktop windows 10 computer using Steam, everything is fine except for the Gem tab in the store. This page opens and says there is nothing available to buy. I am unable to buy gems at all, as there are no gem options showing in the store at all. I am connecting from the United States on the east coast at 3/27/2026 between noon and 1 PM.

    - Verified files with steam - Found 8 corrupt files and redownloaded them
