How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Store not working

    The MTG arena store will not let me purchase gems. I am trying to either purchase the $20 or $50 gems option to participate in the Decathlon pauper event. When I click on the button to bring me to payment, the store just gets stuck on the loading screen.

    My username is f3_kf2#92968 and I am playing on the Mac app.

    Since I cannot play the event during the work week, I would like to be either given the token for the event or a significant discount on the store if this issue is not resolved today.

  2. Golden Pack progression

    I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

  3. Refund/replacement for mythic pack - Mythic Pack False Advertising

    I purchased a mythic rare pack and did not receive a mythic rare nor a mythic rare wildcard. This is at least the second time this has happened and seems to be an issue that has been happening for quite some time. Please fix this issue, that's false advertising!

  4. purchase not given.

    I tried to purchase the daily special of one pack of cards, but was not given the pack. The store said that it was purchased, but I did not get the pack. Rip-off!

  6. Matchmaking

    Spending money on this game(buying cards) has completely broken my matchmaking. I was enjoying this game until I decided to spend money on it. Since then I am winning less than 10% of my games and I’m going up against people that have special skins for every single card. Had I known that spending money on this game was going to produce this result I obviously wouldn’t have done it.   7. Buying packs of cards and not getting all packs I bought

    I bought 2 packs of 6 cards for 2400 gems and it only gave me 4 packs to open plz resolve this issue and give my account the gems back or my packs I am supposed to have plz

  8. Purchase of Event Items

    I have 11,325 gold and I went to purchase a sticker set that has only 1 day left to buy. I hit the purchase button, but an error pops up saying I don't have enough gold. I have the dragon stickers in the bundle so the price dropped down to 3,950 gold. I would really like to buy the Baldur's Gate Sticker emotes.

  9. Golden Pack gives non-Standard cards

    Hi Wizards,
    I’ve just opened a Golden pack which gave me a card from the new LOTR set. I read the description on the main WotC that Golden pack only contains cards from Standard. Please help me to understand this

  11. Arena Summer Sale Matt Jukes Lands

    I just purchased the MTG Arena Summer Sale Matt Jukes Lands cosmetic bundle for 750 GEMS and none of the card styles are available in my collection. I did not recieve the products that I paid for yet 750 gems were happily taken from my account.

    This is absolutely unacceptable.

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes.     Steps to reproduce
    Redeem pre release promo code
    Go to packs
    Click Open all packs
    ER golden pack track is progressed to reflect that 6 packs are opened
    AR golden pack track progress shows only one pack opened

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

    Compre un sobre de cartas, fui a abrirlo pero salio error, me llevo a la pagina de inicio y cuando fue nuevamente a abrir mi sobre ya no estaba, por lo que fui a ver mi maso para ver si había cartas nuevas, pero no había nada.

  17. Problem purchasing daily deal

    I tried to buy the daily deal (1 pack of New Capenna for 850 gold) and it won't let me purchase it.

    Went to report a bug, and when I try to type in the subject, the website clears the screen and forwards me here.

    I've attempted to do this several times, using tab instead of clicking etc.

  18. no credit for purchasing packs

    Game says I purchase X packs and get a golden pack. Well, i purchased a pack, granted it was 10% off but I still fulfilled my obligation of purchasing a pack. I expected to receive progress towards a golden pack because I PURCHASED A PACK but did not get credit. Fix this issue or make it clear that purchasing a pack at a discount disqualifies a customer from getting what should seem obvious. thanks.

  19. Gold rewards are cut in half

    Using iOS
    Upon finishing a daily quest or completing a level with gold rewards, the amount of gold and XP show up on the screen but only half of the gold I should be receiving shows up on my account.
