How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Seven packs disappeared as I tried to open them
I just completed a 7-0 Hobbit Premier Draft and proceeded to collect my reward. As i tried to open the 6 packs I won (plus 1 I got through Mastery Pass progression) by clicking on "Open All", I got a "Waiting for the Server" message, then I got a black bar in the middle of the screen, like the ones for communicating errors, only I didn't have any error messages displayed, just a black bar with an "Ok" button to click. So i clicked it and the black bar went away, but I couldn't open my packs, so I changed…

Play in bundle not working
I purchased the play-in bundle pre order and it still didn’t get applied to my account. I’ve contacted support on Wizards and Xsolla with no response. It’s like $50 down the drain.

Errore wildcard
Durante gli ultimi 3 ban avvenutiho riscattato diverse carte con le Wild card. Ho usato 12 carte mitiche 20 carte rare e 8 carte non comuni.

Rarewildcard in Mythic Booster statt Mythicwildcard
Ich habe 8 Mythic Booster von Throne of Eldraine gekauft. Ich habe 6 Mythics bekommen und dazu noch eine Mythic Wildcard und eine Rarewildcard. Bei den Mythic Boostern sollte es doch immer eine Mythic oder Mythicwildcard geben?
Da es sich dabei um einen Fehler handeln sollte, würde ich mich über eine Erstattung freuen, ich habe bereits ein weiteres Booster gekauft, um meine Sammlung zu vervollständigen.

gold pack progression not working correctly
the gold pack progression has been stuck at 2 for at least 10-15 packs, if not more, been needing a fix for a while

Bug lié au booster doré
J'avais débloqué le booster doré grâce à l'achat de 10 boosters, puis lorsque j'ai débloqué les cadeaux de l'anniversaire mgt arena, j'aurais dû avoir un autre booster doré. Mais je n'en ai eu qu'un seul au final

Bought card from store, not showing up in my inventory
This morning, I went to the store and purchased a card named Valkyrie’s call, which was on discount. I purchased it for gold, around 1,800 gold. When I purchased the card, it disappeared from the store but I cannot find the card and it’s not showing up in my inventory. I performed an advanced search and it is not showing up. Would like to have the card :). Help!!

Avatar Discrepancy
Purchased a Hawkeye - Kate Bishop avatar in the shop - but the full splash image in intro / exit screens is not the same as the (much much nicer) player image in game. The image used for the splash is significantly worse - mostly due to the huge smile. Please remove the smile and replace this image as it is false advertising (and no one will prefer it as is).

Daily Deals misinformation.
It's 2026, July 23. Daily deals, single card offer; Liliana, Dreadhorde General is showing "Collected:0" when I have 4 collected.
I have the tempting option to buy this card for the one-time, bargain price of 800 gems or 5280 gold, over 4-5x the price of a booster, and NOT add it to my collection.
If someone actually clicks this, believing they 0 as displayed, forgetting that they have a set of 4 already, they have no way of proving that fact after the purchase, and they themselves can't be sure how much they really had before buying, as they'll still…1 vote -
Warleader's Call not discounted in Quintorius brawl store deck
Warleader's Call and Rip Apart and others are not counting toward the discount of Quintorius's brawl deck in the store even though I definitely have them in my collection.

Alt arts for cards with only full art please
Hi,
could you please add normal, as in like old school magic cards with a frame, looking alternative arts for cards like Yuffie/Yuriko or Cloud/Najeela? Just add the original card art as an alt art, and I'm sure there's plenty of people that would buy that.
It just makes decks look so messy, and it's hard to want to craft and play these cards.1 vote -
Multiple Japanese texts for the The Hobbit pre-order products are wrong
The Bundles category in the Store page now shows three pre-order products for the The Hobbit set. Their Japanese texts show something unrelated to the set, however. The three texts are as follows (the parenthesized texts are comment for those who don't understand Japanese):
Pack Bundle: １枚《トニー・スターク》カード・スタイル購入時に (This is grammatically broken, but sounds like saying "when you purchase a single copy of the card style for Tony Stark"))
Pass Bundle: 「アイアンマン」スリーブと相棒：アイアンマンのブリーフケースを受け取ります。 (Iron Man sleeve and a companion: receiving a briefcase of Iron Man)

Bought the Daily Deal Lands but only two of them are working
I bought all five of them, Plains, Island, Swamp, Forest and Mountain., only Plains and Island are showing the new cosmetic, the other three just shows me random normal bordered basic lands as "new".

Puschase fail
Hi. I bought Lathril, Blade Of Elves from sale tab but its not shown as I get it. My gold shown spent so i am sure i bought her. İ was building deck with it then i closed the client than boom she is home.

marvel shield
So i bought the one time bundle from Marvel that was worth 10,000 gold coins. It gave you 10 packs, Captain America picture and the Shield as a companion. Well all my friends got the shield, but I didn't for some reason. It's still locked even though I bought the bundle. I don't know if it's a bug or what but I would like my shield please.
