How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Can't purchase in store.
i have been unable to use the store for a while now, i have Reinstalled the client to know avail. If i can't use the store i can't play

Exactly what are the chances that the Mythic Rare slot can instead be a Rare wildcard -- is the most pressing issue.

Card bought does not shows in collection or deck
I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

Depuis plusieurs semaines, les cartes achetées en boutique offre journalière sont débitées lors de l'achat mais non ajoutées à la collection.
J'ai déjà eu ce bug semaine dernière, croyant que la carte allait apparaitre au renouvellement de l'offre, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

Cards not showing up after purchase
I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

Purchased Card Not Delivered
Just purchased the daily deal for the Shadowspear for 20%....

Purchased card style not applied or available
I purchased the 5 legendary dragon card styles yesterday (01/02/22) and in my deck editor there is no “apply styles” button, nor are the cards changed. I have checked for updates and reloaded my game numerous times. Please remedy.

Purchased a Strixhaven pack on Daily Deals, but no pack appeared on the Pack tab. On Daily Deals the offer says it has been purchased. Purchased with coins. On Android.

A Bug where cards bought in 'daily deal' disappear
If I buy a card in the 'daily deal', the card I bought disappears and I can't find it. I've experienced the same phenomenon many times in the past.

BUG: Gold reward for daily quests
I recently achieved two daily goals at the same time. When the prizes were rewarded, it showed two iterations of 1,000 gold. (not due to my mastery pass, I just completed level 77) My balance, however, only showed a 1,000 gold increase. I don’t know if the reward was mistakenly duplicated on screen, or if I did not receive the 1,000 additional gold. It doesn’t cause me too much grief, just something I noticed to be buggy.

Matchmaking
Spending money on this game(buying cards) has completely broken my matchmaking. I was enjoying this game until I decided to spend money on it. Since then I am winning less than 10% of my games and I’m going up against people that have special skins for every single card. Had I known that spending money on this game was going to produce this result I obviously wouldn’t have done it.
