How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    My friend and I experienced the same problem. A notification pops up with gold at the end of a match and then we check our gold and we do not have that gold that it was said

  2. Draft token bought in store replaced arena open 20 point entry token

    on Thursday evening I bought a draft token
    the gold didn't go away right away... but the token displayed as purchased in the store.
    a while later, my arena open 20 point entry token was gone, the gold too, and the draft token had appeared.
    1. not sure that what's supposed to happen?
    2. can I get a arena open 20 point entry token back...?
    attached, 2 screenshots showing the tokens - and there was no arena open to spend the token on between 11/05 and 13/05...

  4. No gold received. Reconnect breaks the game.

    1. Should have received gold from matches and mail. I think it was more than 2k. 3 or 4 k. It's not added.
    2. 4th match onwards no game connected properly and after it reconnected turns had passed, my opponent had made moves but my turn1 mana that came in tapped was still tapped. Playing land was the only thing I could do and even that didn't work.

  6. Went to purchase a daily deal and was given the wrong thing and the item was no longer in the daily deal.

    Tried to purchase Merciless Repurposing from the daily deal on 5/8/2023 around 10am EST. Instead I was given Mirroden Avenged and the Repurposing (which had been the "featured" item) disappeared from the shop.

    I'd like a gold refund if possible.

  7. Error opening pack

    Hi

    I was opening a pack and lost internet connection for a minute. When I got connection again when I tried to open the pack it wouldn't open and a box saying ok appeared. When I restarted the client thr pack was no longer available to open

    I bought 10 pack in the store and collected 10 gold pack icons.
    however,I can't get gold pack.

    マスタリーなど購入し、使用可能な日時になってもロックが外れず
    パックの画面に残り続けている。
    以前までのは大丈夫だったが機械兵団の進軍のみこのような状況になっている。
    再インストールやログアウト・再ログインも試しがが効果なし。
    アリーナを起動するたびやHOME画面にいくたび何度もマスタリー等を獲得しましたと出て大変邪魔に感じています

  10. Missing cards

    Okay the past 5 booster packs I have earned through the challenges or bought have had really rare and awesome cards but when I went to my collection to look at them closer they weren't there this is getting very aggravating to have super awesome cards flashed in the opening sequence of a booster but then to be let down that those cards weren't there it makes me wonder how many other times this has happened and how this could be happening if someone has hacked or malwared my account or if it really just is a bug either way…

  14. Bug

    Hello,
    For some time now, I've had an issue with collected larger amounts of coins for questions. Specifically, if two quests finish simultaneously, my account does not reflect the amount of coints I am supposed to collect. For example, I just not finished two 500 coin quests simultaneously. The screen told me that I won 1000 coins and I hit claim. However, my total went from 1125 to 1775 which is not the 1000 that I had earned. This has been happening for some time now. It happens to my son as well. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks!

    o, I bught 2 boosters of the recent innistrad collections.
    I made the purchase using gems, but after my game have updated I lost my 2 boosters.
    I just want to know with I can fer back my 2 boosters of innistrad carmesin oath. Thxx

  16. Payment System

    I am trying to purchase gems and the system refuses to allow it. I have had to force quit the game multiple times. Once I attempt to purchase the game sticks indefinitely.

    In short:
    1. I opened the store, selected gems, selected the $19.99 bundle.
    2. Mac OSx 13.3.1
    3. Game locks down
    4. Effective option to purchase of gems by entering CC info.
    5. Attached along with log.
    6. None to mention. I wanted to play the game, but I guess I can't.

  17. Mythic rare cards opened in oacks, not showing in my inventory

    I recently opened a mythic rare packs and got the new Sheoldred and Jin-Gitaxis from MOM. They both had the alternative art and after it was opened neither was in my card inventory... Anyone else have this happen?

  18. Product Suggestion

    Stop putting non standard cards in standard packs! The last 10 or so packs I purchased for March of the Machines all had the rare/mythic card as a non standard card. It’s pretty **** tough to play your new expansion if you won’t provide the better cards to do so.

  19. Card styles now appearing in New packs is an annoying feature that only takes up space for actual useful cards. Please help!

    I just noticed that MTG Arena is including card styles of old cards in new packs of MoM now and it's pretty annoying. How can I turn this feature off? I don't want card styles of old cards. I just want to collect new cards from March of the Machine. These card styles are just taking up space for actual new cards I'm trying to collect from these new sets. I don't know if it's a ploy they are doing to try to get extra money out of people but this means that I would now need to open more…

  20. Boutique "erreur du program" (sous wine -linux)

    Bonjour, dès que j'essaye d'acheter un produit dans la boutique en ligne mtga je reçois ce message d'erreur (voire photo) et suis obligée de fermer le jeu. J'ai déjà désinstallé réinstaller et même résultat.
    Je suis sur Ubuntu sur ordinateur et j'utilise WINE pour faire tourner le jeu. Est-ce impossible d'accéder à la boutique sous wine ou y a t il une manière de débloquer ça? Merci d'avance
