How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Bonjour,
    Le système de payement par gemmes/pièces d'or est bien. Sauf qu'il n'y a aucun suivi dedans.
    J'ai eu des problèmes et vu qu'il n'y a pas de suivi/facture/détail de l'achat effectué, c'est notre parole contre la votre lors de discussion pour arranger les problèmes.
    Il serait judicieux de mettre en place un suivi des achats via gemmes ou pièces d'or avec les détails de ce qu'y a été acheté.

  2. Wildcards

    Opening packs didnt get credited on my wildcards properly // i was supposed to get 2 rare wildcards and got only 1 // it just happend on both of my accounts 1 mythic rare wasnt credited.

    Mastery Pass gives you 32 gems but there are only 30 options to pick. Buying the pass to get all the unlocks means that you are buying 2 blank spaces.

  4. Sell more wild cards in the Store

    At the moment in the Store, we are limited to buying 10 x 4 wild cards of either Rare or Mythic Rare quality per season. Please can you make the purchasing of them unlimited.

    I would spend more money if you were selling an unlimited supply.

    This is because I am trying to collect 1 card of every type. This isn't feasible by buying packs. This is because the number of wild cards generated isn't enough if one is only looking to obtain 1 of each card.

    To solve this problem, I will have to wait every season to purchase…

  8. acquisition of "5 praetors of new phyrexia" offer in the "MTG Arena" store

    The purchase process for the "5 praetors of new phyrexia" offer in MTG Arena failed. Although the offer was redeemed at an approximate cost of 5,750, the cards were not added to the collection and the offer is no longer available in the "Offers" tab in the store.

    I described in the print the location of the offer and the value of the wallet, proving that I have gold to carry out the transaction.

  9. Not recieving my Mythic wild cards

    Didn't recieve my Mythic wild cards from pack nor compleating pack openings.

    As of today (march 21, 2023) I had just opened my free 3 gift packs of Shadows over Innistrad Remastered. I was also writting in my notebook the total amount of wild cards I had prior opening any new card packs.

    During my pack opening I hit the goal for a free Mythic wild card and I also found a Mythic wild card in one of the Innistrad packs. I had record que initially I started with 4 mythic wild cards prior opening packs, but after finding 1…

  11. Alchemy: Phyrexia packs giving bonus commons instead of wild cards

    I have had this problem before, and I think I was compensated for it, but I thought it was fixed. I am getting additional copes of cards I already have 4x of (in the correct printing) with packs that are not directly that set's cards. In this case, I opened an Alchemy: Phyrexia pack and got a Crawling Chorus (from ONE). I know that I was playing a constructed deck with 4x of the card, and I know how many wild cards I have, and the number of wild cards did not go up, and the collection still says that…

  12. Buy packages issue

    I buyed several packeges; however, the counter of purchased packs haven't increased as its supposed to be.

    I noticed on the last one purchased, reson why I wasn't able to get a screenshot.

    I'm running on Android.

    Please review the amount of packs purchsed and increase accordingly.

    I bought the Flensing Raptor pet and sleeve package as soon as I saw it on sale in the store for 3,000 gems. Only a few hours later, the price changed to 550 gems and now I am noticing that I don't have the sleeve (the pet is still in my possession, maybe because I already equipped it to some decks). Is there any way I could get refunded the difference, as I assume this is some sort of mix-up with the release of the Flensing Raptor where it was only meant to be made available today for the cheaper…

  16. Store Daily Deal card styles do not explain that they do not apply to all printings of a card name

    The Saturday, Feb 25, 2023 Daily Deal in the Store included a Mina Harker card style. As seen attached (from the ArenaDailyDeals twitter feed at https://twitter.com/ArenaDailyDeals/status/1629530368964476930/photo/2) the Mina Harker card style only says "Thalia, Guardian of Thraben card style".

    I purchased the Mina style today and then discovered that since my Thalia copies were from Historic Anthology 2, not from Crimson Vow, that the card style is useless.

    Support refused my request for a refund, stating that it is my responsiblity to " make sure you are certain" before purchase.

    But how can I do this is the Store…

    bonjour, je suis déçu car j'ai acheter la pass saisonnier 5400 gemmes en pensant qu'il serait plus long de 20% mais en réalité j'ai dépensé 2000 gemmes pour avancer de 20%, or cela ne m'intéresse pas! L'explication n'était pas assez claire, je suis déçu et j'ai perdu 2000 gemmes !
