How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    I bought the Borderless anime white pack from the store. After the purchase I received an error message, now the gems that I spent are gone and no pack to show for it.

  2. Store Issue - Wilds of Eldraine Sticker Bundle

    On PC, if I mouse anywhere near the left side of the top border of the sticker bundle in the MTGA store, it will flash and stutter infinitely. None of the other bundles seem to do that.

  3. Visual artifact: card remaining on screen

    Visual artifact: card overview remaining on screen after quitting store. I long pressed on a touchscreen to open the overview but this issue occurred one time only. In the menu, it was only hiding text.

  5. Golden Pack yielding 1 rare

    I bought the DMU golden pack from a daily deal. When I opened it, I only got 1 rare. The platform is PC.

  6. Mastery Tree Issue

    After getting an orb, I'm unable to actually use it in the mastery tree. I try to choose the set of sleeves that I want (I've already unlocked each of the steps leading up to it) and then it just says there's been an error and leaves the mastery tree.

    I click to buy gems and it just stays on the loading screen and never changes. Same for all gem buying options. Cant draft since I cant buy gems.....

  8. 15 Alchemy boosters?

    Hello, in the shop there's no more the option to buy 15 Alchemy boosters at the discounted price of 10000 gold (and I assure you I never ever bought cards this way). Can you please restore this feature, Wizards (maybe when Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy will come out)?

  10. Purchased infinity orbital lands for the first time on iphone but they are not showing up in my collection.

    I’m using an iPhone and I just purchased the unfinity orbital lands in the store for the first time for 4000 gold. When I went to add them to my deck they aren’t showing up in my collection. No matter how I search for them. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

  11. Issue with opening packs

    I opened 10 mythic rare packs and 4 regular packs from Wilds of Eldraine. Many of the cards required from the packs are not in my card selection (Spellbook vendor, Food coma, Three blind mice to name a few). I used three rare and eight common wildcards (that I can remember) to redeem cards before noticed that many cards are missing.

  12. Standard packs: ONE appears with a warning that is not standard legal

    If you select some Standard expansions (i.e. ONE), when you buy packs, it appears that they are not Standard legal. I think this may depend from the fact that the rotation changed this year.

  13. Dominaria cannot be played in the current Standard

    Hello, I would like to buy few boosters of Dominaria United in the store, however there is written "Important Note: This cannot be played in the current Standard format". I see only three sets where this note is not written. Am I missing something? I came back to MTG so I am rather a new player still.

  14. Issues with gem purchases

    I cannot purchase gems. Every time I click purchase, I get a loading screen that flashes the message "Waiting for server..." Incredibly frustrating seeing as I am trying to give you all money.

  20. Make Mastery Pass Benefits Clearer

    I purchased the Mastery Pass for LoTR and after watching numerous online videos of what I would receive by purchasing the Mastery Pass, I did not receive what I was told I would. I then had some back and forth with WoTC customer service and they eventually refunded me the pass (which I did very much appreciate), as I was not pleased with the purchase.

    They did say however that there was no bug and I received the proper items, which were much smaller than I was lead to believe, so I think it would be very helpful to players…
