How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Scrolling trough the Store. MAC
Hi, I've always had the same bug: In the store tab, when scrolling through the products the scrolling is too sensitive.
I'am on MAC.
Hope you fix this.

Drakuseth
Purchased Drakuseth card in the store and now the game says I don’t own that card as I try to locate it and add to my deck

Items in store
Currently on ios, there is no way to zoom in on cards or products in the store. Before you buy a package, you should be able to see detailed info about whats included, to include being able to zoom into each card and read the details. Also there is a bug currently where in the deck builder you are not able to zoom into a card until you add it to your deck, which was not the case before the last update. Please address these concerns.

Product suggestions
Im using a iPad I reported over a week ago that when I open packs from the store it is not going towards the gold pack I must have open between 10-20 packs and have been stuck on 4 for the past few weeks I’ve tried uninstalling and re installing but still not going up

Marsh flats
Currently, Marsh Flats seem to be the only fetch to have an unavailable art style. All the other are available for purchase and working but not that particular one.

I do not get redemption mails anymore from Wizards even thought i won some events
I dont get any redemption email anymore to claim my prices like i used to in the past.
I am now having prices for 2 events, that i cannot redeem.Kind regards

10th pack reward issue
I bought 10 packs. When I got my reward for the 10th pack I was opening the cards and got distracted, then my phone screen closed and when I opened my app back up I lost all the bonus cards I had just earned!!!! Feeling kinda bummed and annoyed.

Incorrect listing
Why are these listed under "historic" when they're currently "standard".... I'm very confused... you even tell us not to purchase them because they're not playable in standard... there are dozens of more issues like, like why did the buttons appear over the interface now, is this all vibe coded nonsense, because these bugs are coming fast and furious lately

Steam : game data space not cleaned after download
Between the 21st and 22nd, the game asked for 11,000 MB of free space during loading. I made the necessary space, but the game did not free it again once the new game files had finished loading.
I therefore deleted the download folder from my Steam files, ran the content verification, and launched the game. It downloaded another 1.5 GB when starting up, but overall I recovered roughly the 11 GB of space.

I BOUGHT MYTHIC PACKS WITH GEMSTONES AND RECIEVE A RARE WILDCARD. HAPPENED TO ME AT LEAST 6 TIME NO WAY THIS IS NOT A BUG
HAPPENED TO ME AT LEAST 6 TIMES BUT IM TIRED OF BUYING GEM WITH MY MONEY TO CHANCE A MYTHIC IN A CERTAIN SET TO THEN RECEIVE A RARE WILDCARD IN A MYTHIC PACK AT LEAST GIVE ME A CRAPY OR EVEN BANNED MYTHIC BUT A RARE WILDCARD HAS TO BE A BUG. Store Error: internal error
Internal store error when trying to buy gems. I've tried clearing cache on steam and different pcs and clients. I have the steam funds already in my steam account and when i click authorize i get this error

The Hobbit “Book Cover Styles” bundle is mispriced
The Book Cover Styles bundle indicates it’s based on 50% of the styles’ total default price, but that default total is listed as 8800 gems when in fact the total price of those styles is only 7200.
As a result, the bundle is priced at 4400, when it should be priced at 3600. I hope this is noticed and corrected while the bundle is still available.

8th riddle bugged
8th riddle says reward already redeemed but I received no reward and the riddle game has not moved forward. Its been 24 hours.

The Hobbit riddle bug skips to 8th riddle
I answered the first 4 riddles correctly but didn't notice it skipped to the eighth riddle. When I answered the eighth riddle it then opened up the final riddle, but I am missing 5, 6 and 7.

Riddles not working properly. First 3 were fine, then I got a message called "eighth riddle", which was "what have I got in my pocket". "Ring" didn't work so I started putting in the answers to other Bilbo-Gollum riddles, and "egg" worked. Presumably that was the 4th riddle? Next message was "sixth riddle", the fish one, and fish did work. Then I got 7th riddle, the time one, put in "time" and it said code already redeemed. Maybe because I already tried that for the 8th/4th one? At this point I gave up.
