How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. BUG: Unable to select province when adding credit card

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Open MtG: Arena client (localized to Canada, English)
    2) Click "Store"
    3) Click "Change Payment Method"
    4) In the Xsolla window, click "Card"
    5) Enter card information and click "Save"
    6) Scroll the Xsolla window to "State or Province"
    7) Click the State or Province dropdown
    8) Observe that there is no scroll bar within the dropdown, and the last province shown is Nova Scotia (leaving out Ontario and beyond) -- additionally, the interactable area for the "Nova Scotia" entry extends past the bottom of the dropdown

    Please add the Moogle Companion to the store.
    It was said before the release of the Final Fantasy set that it was part of a pre-order, so I thought that it could still be bought at release and not exclusively as a pre-order.

  8. redeeming pack with uncommon wildcard did not add the wildcard to my collection

    Redeemed a pack with a mythic and uncommon wildcard, it added the mythic to my collection but not the uncommon wildcard. I had zero uncommon wildcards before and after opening the pack, and still zero even after restarting client. I am on steam

  9. Received a rare wildcard in a mythic pack

    Like many before me, I too purchased a mythic pack for FCA and got a rare wildcard. Considering I spent the extra gems on it, I would at the very least like a refund of my gems, if not a full pack replacement. It's truly frustrating to see people posting about this for years now with no solution.

  10. Bug - Final Fantasy Full Art Basic Lands Not Showing In Store

    The full art basic lands for Final Fantasy aren't available in the store anymore after I used a jump in token. I think this is because some of the lands are in the packets, but if I had known this would happen, I would have just bought all the full art basic lands from the store first. Please fix this so that those bundles are available in the store again.

    It's June 10th and I'm unable to open my pack. I purchased all the pre-release items and I waited till Midnight last night and it didn't open. Figured maybe all of the USA needs to be at midnight. So I waited till this morning and it's still not letting me open my items. I tried on my tablet, mobile phone, and even my PC just in case it may have been an app related bug.   12. Overcharged for gems

    Sorry, I can’t find any other way to file this complaint on your site. I’ve been buying the $19.99 gem deal but I’ve been apparently getting charged $39.98 each time. It’s happened at least five times I can see. Can someone help me?

  16. Buying packs from store not available

    After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

  17. 開封中のパックのレアカードが、消え

    パック開封中にレア以外のカードは確認した状態で別のアプリを開いた。戻ってくると、サーバーが応答中になり一旦アプリを閉じて再起動した。
    するとパック開封は終わっており、確認したコモンアンコモンは貰えていたが、レアカードは貰えていなかった

  18. I can not buy my ff7 pack bundle , because of too low embedded browser resolution

    When I want to buy my ff7 pre-order bundle,
    in the last step to process my pre-order, it says:
    the browser or embedded browser is not compatible with the 3-D secure authentication, while i could buy rare bundles,

  19. Mastery Pass

    The issue with the Mastery Pass is not in its value, it is the gate they put on it to earn levels. They need to let you grind it out. Most people will see there are 20 days left on the mastery pass and grab it thinking they can complete it. Only to feel really bad when they realize that no matter how much you play you cannot. The Mastery Pass should be an incentive to play, not make you feel defeated with no catch up mechanics. At minimum disclose how many levels are possible within a given week, so…

  20. Can't Buy Gems

    Can't buy gems. It is getting stuck when I select the amount I want to buy (750) and it tries to take me to the semi-external purchase part. Just stuck with black screen and "Waiting for the Server..." message with the orange twerly bar going. Notably the "Return to Arena" button hasn't fully loaded in and is greyed out and unclickable, so I can't play without restarting. Worse for you I cannot give you my money which is your real incentive to fix this.
