How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Cannot purchase summer sticker pack with gems
I have enough gems to purchase the summer sticker pack, but when I click buy, I am told I do not have enough total gems.

"Not Enough Gold" Despite Having Enough
Trying to buy Praetor bundle with gold but store says I don't have enough, not sure if intentional bug to get me to buy gems for it or if it's just an actual bug.

Can't pay on mac
I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

Summer Deals Land Purchase Bought for Full Price When I Owned Some of Them Already
I bought the Summer Deal for lands for 11,000 gold, but I should have been charged for less because I already had some of the items in the bundle.

28 rares missing from LOTR packs
Almost finished my LOTR collection, but with 32 rares still missing.
This morning I opened 4 packs but I only received Gems instead of rare cards!Except the Witch-King Bringer of Ruin that should be added from the Mastery, the other rares cannot be found in packs.
the list of missing cards is the following:
Frodo Determined Hero
Gandalf White Rider
Gollum scheming guide
Fires of the mount doom
Galadriel gift giver
The Balrog, flame of Udun

Golden Packs given Alchemy Cards
I do not play Alchemy nor have any desire to play Alchemy. When I opened up my most recent Golden Pack I have received cards from Lord of the Rings.
I now don’t want to open up any more of my Golden Packs because I don’t want to waste the rare spots from them.4 votes -
Request to change the wording to a less insinuative word.
Can we please change the word from "purchased" to "acquired"?
I don't need my parent/wife/partner/etc thinking that I've spent money on Arena acquiring a particular item when in reality I may or may not have.
"Purchased" has a much stronger association with spending funds than "acquired" does.

Card bought on daiky deals
I have a problem with a purchase that I made in daily deals, the card blast zone was bought, game currency was spent, but the card is not available when I try to create a new deck

Store
It's unfair that mtga doesn't have a official store on their website where I can buy all the cardsleeves and cosmetics; why do I have to wait??? For them to appear???? Is it because so we can stay on the thirst by doing quests & buy gems??!!!

MOM's set collection is not finish ,but today i open new pack, i only have gem, no new rare or mr card, i try two time is also only have gem.

Fix the ingame store your gam
Fix the ingame store there are times we pay for things and nothing happens I just bought the phylax and rat pack and it's been 5weeks now and still don't have any of the cards I bought

Says I can't purchase the discounted 'The One Ring' Bundle (2,490 gems) when I have 3,405 gems available
Store error when I try to purchase the discounted 'The One Ring' Bundle (2,490 gems) when I have 3,405 gems available. Is this because I'm Gandalf and shouldn't be touching the One Ring? Do I need a hobbit to purchase this on my behalf? Best regards, the Flame of Anor.

I had an offer in the store for 850 gold for new capena pack
couldn'T claim it ( eveything seemed fine with the game tought )
I shutdown MTG Arena and rebooted...just in case

Problem purchasing daily deal
I tried to buy the daily deal (1 pack of New Capenna for 850 gold) and it won't let me purchase it.
Went to report a bug, and when I try to type in the subject, the website clears the screen and forwards me here.
I've attempted to do this several times, using tab instead of clicking etc.

Can't buy pack from daily deal
Cannot buy booster pack from today's daily deals (07/21/2023). When clicking the button, nothing happens. I'm on PC client.

Gems
A few days ago gems were in the daily offer, but they had an incorrect price (too high); I tryied to purchase them but i had not enough gold, i did a few matches and when i went in back later with the right money, gems offer was no more there in the daily offers and there was another offer in substitution. The day after i received a 100 gems gift because the price was too high, but i never purchase them cause gems offer was no more there. Please let me purchase them, i need those gems. Thank you

Absurd costing
It costs $67.99 canadian to buy enough gems to get the lotr lands. Vote if you'd be willing to pay $10
