Not able to spend tickets in Hideaway. Every time I click on an item it flashes red and does nothing.

I played bloomburrow pre release, but my pre release code is not working( i didnt used any before, its my first one). So i tryed another, and for my surprise is not working as well.

Bloomburrow Special Guest card replaced a rare / mythic instead of a common card
I received a pack of Bloomburrow cards as my seasonal Ranked rewards and when I opened it I noticed that I received a Special Guest card (exciting) but it replaced the wrong card slot in the pack.
It is supposed to replace an (un)common card but in my case as can be seen in the screenshot it replaced the rare/mythic card leaving me with a pack without a Standard legal rare/mythic card which is not supposed to happen.15 votes -

Golden packs rewarding MAT cards
When opening a golden pack I was given a MAT card. According to the changes to golden packs that was posted last year, since MAT is no longer legal in Alchemy, then I should not be getting MAT cards in golden packs.

Unable to purchase things from psychic frog event store
I've been trying to purchase stuff from psychic frog event store, however the only thing that happens is the screen flashing red, and nothing else. I have enough tickets to buy things nothing happens...

Gold pack progress not made when buying 7 packs
I bought 7 packs, my progress was at 7. I already had a golden pack. Progress didn't move after buying 7 more packs

Modern Horizons 3 Store Closed Early
I was just playing some last few games before modern horizons 3 to get the last card styles and finished at 9:58 7/30/2024 getting enough tickets. I was able to get all but 2 styles, but I got a message saying that there was an error with the store. Left the store then revisited, and the tab is now gone even though there was 5 hours left before it should have gone away. Here's some photos to prove this (my apologizes, it is in Spanish) of what styles I had left, the time remaining, and that I had enough tickets…

Psychic Frog Hideaway left store early
Psychic Frog's Hideaway said we had 4 hours left to use it. I bought it and started redeeming tickets. Starting at 11 AM EST, I received internal errors and when I closed out the program and brought it back, the store is gone despite having 3+ hours left (according to in game message) and hundreds of tickets left to spend. Please re-enable or refund this purchase.

Bloomburrow Arena Code Limit
Bloomburrow should allow players to redeem multiple arena codes! After multiple recent sets allowed 5 prerelease arena code redemptions per account, it made me even more excited to participate in more prereleases as a digital/Arena-only player. So I went into the Bloomburrow prereleases hoping to have some in-person fun and get a good amount of digital value to build my collection. However after trying my 2nd prerelease code I was really disappointed to learn that this set allows only one code per account to be redeemed. I’ve entered my promo codes with purchased decks and haven’t received anything within the game. I have secondary codes but it won’t give me anything or enter those.

Psychic Frog’s Horizon Hideaway appears to be mispriced
The Psychic Frog’s Horizon Hideaway shop appears to have had the wrong gem cost applied to it as the entry fee is 2800 gems and the rewards after maxing out progression are capped at 3100 gems worth of stuff, which is utterly ludicrous compared to the value of an actual Mastery Pass. Please address this issue before the store closes in two days.

BUG Cannot purchase Preorder Items in store.
Every time I try to purchase any of the Bloomburrow preorder Items, I get stuck with the "Waiting for the server" animation and have to force quit MtGA.

Horizon Hideaway Shop Options Disappear
I only ever bought 1 MH3 pack from the Hideaway, but now the option to buy any is completely gone. I also can't get any mythic cards even though I purchased 0 of those so far. I bought the draft token, some avatars, sleeves, and one pack.
Also the normal support ticket intake appears to be broken. Is this going to be seen by anyone? Should I contact support? I wouldn't have spent gems on this if I wasn't getting more than one pack out of it.2 votes -
Getting GEMS instead of Mythics in MH3 packs when I still need TWENTY-FIVE Mythics for completion
I'd like to get MYTHIC MH3 CARDS from the Mythic packs I bought instead of Gems. I still need TWENTY-FIVE Mythics to complete the set. Why am I getting Gems?

I opened 10 MH3 packs and 4 of the rares were given to me as gems even though the set is not complete. I have never had this issue with the past sets and usually do this to complete the rares.
It was my understanding that, "If you open a booster pack and already have four copies of all the rare and mythic cards in the set, you will receive gems instead."
Can I get a refund?

Gems instead of rares in MH3 packs
I opened ~200 modern horizons packs, instead of getting a complete set I got a bunch of gems, my rares collection is still incomplete. Missing cards: Flutterstorm x4, Ophiomancer x2, Laelia x2, Branching Evolution x1. I know others who have the same issue with getting gems instead of rares
Also, I got 40 gems instead of a Modern Horizons commander card after completing all mythics, when reward distribution clearly mentions that commander cards will replace mythics once all the mythic cards have been obtained
