How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. I bought the mycotirant with dayli deals and appears none darken like the card I own but when I try to make a deck with it I need to craft

    Daily deals bug, bought mycotirant and I can see it in the cards not collected even though I paid for it and it appears not darken like I owned it but need to craft it if I want to use it

  2. Cannot Purchase Through Store on Mac

    Any time I try to purchase anything through the store I get a spinning wheel and a message saying "waiting for server" that never brings me to the payment screen. Have been trying off and on since August and have not been able to purchase anything. Using the Mac version.

  3. Game glitches out and crashes on mac whenever the gem shop is opened

    Game glitches out and crashes on mac whenever the gem shop is attempted to be opened by any means, and it flashes black rapidly and the screen freezes until the application is force closed.

  4. Game Crashes when trying to purchase gems

    I play Arena on my Laptop (Windows). Every other aspect of the store and game works perfectly. However, every time I click on the Gems icon or attempt to purchase gems, the game freezes and crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Please help

  7. Orb redemption not working in store

    Spent and orb for Overlord of the Hauntwoods but I didn’t receive the card after claiming it in the store. My orb total is back to zero, but the card is not available in store any longer despite it not appearing in my card library as well.

  10. Store bug 9/25/24

    Apparently WOTC doesn't want my money. I have tried two purchase gems since yesterday evening and when I choose the gems I want to get, it only shows that it is working but never completes the task. Ordinarily it goes to the screen showing the payment method and total but it is not functioning. It does nothing. I am unable to stop the action or do anything else in game. I have to manually force the application to quit. Great work by your computer sciences division. I hope you see this as sarcasm.

  12. Cannot Purchase Gems (no response from they game at all regarding gem purchase selection)

    Every time I select the option of the gem pack I want to purchase it just goes away as if I clicked off of it.

  13. mtg arena (Epic games launcher) starts on mac 2018, then freezes at first click

    I run mtg arena on a mac 2018 with epic games launcher.
    my issue started last week (the update before duskmourne).
    The game starts. Then when I click e.g. on a limited format, the graphics feezes, sound goes on. The activity monitor from mac shows that the GPU has '5 million minutes time usage'.
    This bug is strange as the start screen works.
    Strange also: when i click play and join a match directs - it works!
    It just eventually crashes.
    It always crashes when i click on a limited event (the screen where you can pay to join it)…

  14. Game stops responding and crashes if it has to connect to network.

    Every time I open the store on mac, the game stops responding and I have to force quit which creates an error message. It already crashed my laptop once. only happening post duskmourn update

  15. missing card from free DSK packs

    Just pulled an Unstoppable Slasher from the 3 free DSK Packs. I then pulled a 2nd copy from a 45 pack purchase and it didn't show FIRST on top cementing my memory, but when I checked my collection there was only 1 copy. This is after 1/5 of my card cosmetics were deactivated or turned off without any reason.

  16. Missing card bundle

    Before the update, I purchased a duskbourne card bundle and when I went to open my packs, they disappeared. I went to the store and the bundle isn’t even available anymore and I’m not too sure what I can do.

  17. Music suddenly stops while opening 3+ packs and does not come back until relaunch (PC)

    When I go to open packs, usually 3 or more, which is when the set's thematic music comes on, the music plays for a few moments, but then suddenly stops, and then the background ambience also suddenly stops. Sound effects still work, but ambience and music both stop permanently until the client is relaunched. This has happened with Bloomburrow packs and Duskmourn packs, I haven't tested any others. The only way to fix it that I've found is to relaunch the client.
