How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    It's June 10th and I'm unable to open my pack. I purchased all the pre-release items and I waited till Midnight last night and it didn't open. Figured maybe all of the USA needs to be at midnight. So I waited till this morning and it's still not letting me open my items.   2. Overcharged for gems

    Sorry, I can’t find any other way to file this complaint on your site. I’ve been buying the $19.99 gem deal but I’ve been apparently getting charged $39.98 each time. It’s happened at least five times I can see. Can someone help me?

  6. Buying packs from store not available

    After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

  7. 開封中のパックのレアカードが、消え

    パック開封中にレア以外のカードは確認した状態で別のアプリを開いた。戻ってくると、サーバーが応答中になり一旦アプリを閉じて再起動した。
    するとパック開封は終わっており、確認したコモンアンコモンは貰えていたが、レアカードは貰えていなかった

  8. I can not buy my ff7 pack bundle , because of too low embedded browser resolution

    When I want to buy my ff7 pre-order bundle,
    in the last step to process my pre-order, it says:
    the browser or embedded browser is not compatible with the 3-D secure authentication, while i could buy rare bundles,
    please can you check how I can solve this issue ?

  9. Mastery Pass

    The issue with the Mastery Pass is not in its value, it is the gate they put on it to earn levels. They need to let you grind it out. Most people will see there are 20 days left on the mastery pass and grab it thinking they can complete it. Only to feel really bad when they realize that no matter how much you play you cannot. The Mastery Pass should be an incentive to play, not make you feel defeated with no catch up mechanics. At minimum disclose how many levels are possible within a given week, so…

  10. Can't Buy Gems

    Can't buy gems. It is getting stuck when I select the amount I want to buy (750) and it tries to take me to the semi-external purchase part. Just stuck with black screen and "Waiting for the Server..." message with the orange twerly bar going. Notably the "Return to Arena" button hasn't fully loaded in and is greyed out and unclickable, so I can't play without restarting. Worse for you I cannot give you my money which is your real incentive to fix this.

  12. Paypal Loop

    I've been trying to buy the Final Fantasy bundle, but your checkout isn't working. When I try to login into Paypal, it keeps starting me over. I've input the phone code correctly numerous times, I've tried logging in with password. It always ends with the prompt to put in my email or phone number again. Please fix this, or do you not like money?

  13. Paypal Store purchase dosnt work

    When attempting to purchase anything from MTG Arena with Paypal option on infinite loop ...enter Username enter Password, thats all I get I only have paypal option as i do NOT have a credit cards only a savings debit card they dont work i have submitted this info 3 times under technical problems NO response in weeks I emailed their 3rd party people via messenger that run/control their payment system Wizards know of this issue and have yet to do anything about it.

  14. [BUG] MTG Arena shows the wrong currency in the store

    MTG Arena on macOS shows the wrong currency in the store (Euro instead of US Dollar) despite living and being located in the US.

    Entire purchase flow shows Euro prices.

    Issue is isolated to MTG Arena on macOS, on Windows and iOS the correct currency (US Dollar) is being shown

  15. Arena wildcard mythic packs

    1. Received rare wildcard after purchasing mythic pack
    2. PC (windows)
    3. Paid for 2 mythic packs, received only 1 mythic card
    4. I expected 2 mythic cards

    I just purchased a Mythic pack for Tarkir Dragonstorm, however I received a Rare Wildcard, No Mythic... I thought a Mythic pack guarenteed a Mythic? Is there a chance for the Mythic pack to not contain mythic?

    Unable to log into Paypal through the xsolla store. When I input email and password it just loops me back into the login screen. It registers if my information is incorrect, but on correct entry it just resets. I have tried both login in with password and with one time code.

    I live in Spain and keep getting an Xsolla message telling me there are no payment methods available in my region.
    I contacted Xsolla, and they have not provided any solutions or useful information.

  19. Store not counting packs towards golden pack

    yesterday I bought 9 packs then 3 and 1 packs of Pionier masters and none of them updated my progress towards a golden pack the first 9 packs should have given me a goldent pack as the marker is stuck at 2 I hoped this was just a tempoarry glich but i still havent seen the bar moved or gotten a pack. Im using the Android version with a Galaxy 24+
