How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Golden packs progression

    Hi, yesterday I've utilized 6 codes for the march of the machine set, 1x prerelease and 5x promo pack but my progression is still at the same level. Furthermore I would like to ask You if You can deduct 30 gold from my account or add 20 beause not seeing ann integer number hurts my feelings a lot. Thanks for comprehension.

  2. Wandering Emperor card style motion bug

    The Wandering Emperor borderless card style with moving art (on sale in Store today) has a bug, where the portion of the art behind the text box is moving separately from the main art frame and it looks very odd once you notice it! Not a good purchase unless bug is fixed.

  3. Shadows of the Past Mythic Drop Rate lower than published drop rate

    Shadows of the Past Mythic cards should drop in 1/30 packs, per the official drop page. However, during a very large pack opening on the LotR Streamer event on 6/15/23, the Mythic drop rate was observed at a 1/60 rate, the odds of which are 1/15,000. I believe there is a bug in the actual drop rate.

  9. golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack

    did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
    saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am
    i will be waiting for the response

  10. no credit for purchasing packs

    Game says I purchase X packs and get a golden pack. Well, i purchased a pack, granted it was 10% off but I still fulfilled my obligation of purchasing a pack. I expected to receive progress towards a golden pack because I PURCHASED A PACK but did not get credit. Fix this issue or make it clear that purchasing a pack at a discount disqualifies a customer from getting what should seem obvious. thanks.

  12. Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress

    I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

    I bought the MoM Pack in the Daily Deals, but the Golden Pack counter did not go up by one.

  14. Golden Pack don't contain 6 Rares or Mythic across standard sets

    I bought 10 packs of March of The Machine The Aftermatch to get 1 golden pack, interested in standard cards. I opened the golden pack and didn't recivieve 6 Rares or Mythic across standard sets acorrding to the description. I recieved 4 standard cards and 2 from Lord of The Rind, which is not a standard set. I need a refound of my 10000 golds I spend to purchased the first packs.

  15. Golden pack gave alchemy card

    I opened a golden pack just now and, despite my understanding being that they only contained standard-legal cards, this one had a rare from the LOTR alchemy set in it as one of the six which as far as I know isn’t standard legal.

    Hi Wizards,
    I’ve just opened a Golden pack which gave me a card from the new LOTR set. I read the description on the main WotC that Golden pack only contains cards from Standard. Please help me to understand this

  18. March of the Machine: Aftermath 10x pack did not show acquisition pre-restart. No awarded Gold Packs, too.

    I was thinking of buying some Aftermath packs to progress Wildcard Progression. Went to the store and finally decided to get a x10 pack that contained Jolrael. When I clicked purchase, I did receive Jolrael and the card style but none of the packs initially. No gold packs were awarded, too. My coins showed no sign of deduction, so I tried again. Same result. No x10 pack but a copy of Jolrael. No coin deduction. I decided to restart.

    My coins were deducted for x20 packs which can be seen in the packs section, two copies of Jolrael remain and…

  20. Packs From Pre-Release

    I went to a pre-release and got one of those code cards to put some packs in. I did so and the packs were there, but after the update/maintenance today they're just gone. They haven't been opened, I checked my collection and only the cards I got from my inbox and one of the class steps. I'd like my packs please Wizard, please contact me if you need anything like the code, I still have it.
