How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Golden Pack don't contain 6 Rares or Mythic across standard sets
I bought 10 packs of March of The Machine The Aftermatch to get 1 golden pack, interested in standard cards. I opened the golden pack and didn't recivieve 6 Rares or Mythic across standard sets acorrding to the description. I recieved 4 standard cards and 2 from Lord of The Rind, which is not a standard set. I need a refound of my 10000 golds I spend to purchased the first packs.

Golden pack gave alchemy card
I opened a golden pack just now and, despite my understanding being that they only contained standard-legal cards, this one had a rare from the LOTR alchemy set in it as one of the six which as far as I know isn’t standard legal.

Golden Pack gives non-Standard cards
Hi Wizards,
I’ve just opened a Golden pack which gave me a card from the new LOTR set. I read the description on the main WotC that Golden pack only contains cards from Standard. Please help me to understand this10 votes -

March of the Machine: Aftermath 10x pack did not show acquisition pre-restart. No awarded Gold Packs, too.
I was thinking of buying some Aftermath packs to progress Wildcard Progression. Went to the store and finally decided to get a x10 pack that contained Jolrael. When I clicked purchase, I did receive Jolrael and the card style but none of the packs initially. No gold packs were awarded, too. My coins showed no sign of deduction, so I tried again. Same result. No x10 pack but a copy of Jolrael. No coin deduction. I decided to restart.
My coins were deducted for x20 packs which can be seen in the packs section, two copies of Jolrael remain and…

Store Won't Enter Payment Screen
My store won't enter to the payment screen and endlessly loops on the loading wheel. Using macOS 13.4, Epic Games as the launcher.

Packs From Pre-Release
I went to a pre-release and got one of those code cards to put some packs in. I did so and the packs were there, but after the update/maintenance today they're just gone. They haven't been opened, I checked my collection and only the cards I got from my inbox and one of the class steps. I'd like my packs please Wizard, please contact me if you need anything like the code, I still have it.

LOTR Prerelease Packs Gone
I entered in this code from the LoTR prerelease event on my Arena account:
AAE7F-A1DAD-3B88B-84AC0-D00CC
It showed that I claimed the six packs and told me that they would be available to open on June 20th, 2023. Upon updating the game, these packs disappeared. All I have now are the three packs given to everyone.
Please refund immediately.

No LOTR stardard cards and boosters, only alchemy.......
On my store and deckbuilding theres no Standard boosters or cards from LOTR new edition.....only Alchemy boosters and cards.....even the 3 free boosters.....

LOTR prerelease boosters lost after update
I redeemed LOTR prerelease boosters code last weekend. Six boosters was shown locked in the Packs section. After todays update boosters had disappeared and now the store says the code has been used.

mastery pass
MASTERY PASS UNAVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?!? i just grinded out to level fifty and told myself if i got to the akki pet, that the pass would be worth it, and i maxed out my xp and was still short... decided to just pay for the last level and now the mastery pass isnt available????

Arcane Signet - incorrect information on MTG Arena
When you try to buy Arcane Signet's 3D artwork, MTG Arena provides incorrect information - it says "This style is acquired by entering a code. Go to Magic: The Gathering Promotional website for more info." However, the words should read "This style was available at a special event but is no longer available."

Entering Prerelease code and now I cant purchase other packs
After entering my code from the prerelease kit I got at my LGS now I just see the locked packs that won't drop until June 20, but I can't look at or purchase other set packs

Mastery Orbs in the wrong Season
I completed Phyrexia: All Will Be One Mastery and had extra mastery orbs compared to the cosmetics I was able to unlock. I thought nothing of the issue because it wasn't harming anything. Upon completion of the March of the Machines Mastery, I am missing a Mastery Orb and can not unlock the final cosmetic on the red tree. With the season ending, I would like to be able to get the last cosmetic before it goes away and I would have to purchase it.

Mastery Pass Should Not Expire
I don't spend money on this game. I imagine many players like myself are looking for excuses to spend money on this game that we like, but I really think that the relatively low value of the things in the store is getting in the way of this. The mastery pass being able to expire makes its value to players like me incredibly low.
I play somewhat casually, but I find myself not able to max out the free mastery track before the set expires. Why then would I ever pay my hard-earned money on rewards that I'm not going…

Buy problem daily deals purchase
I purchased for mi second time, a booster Pack in the daily deals and it not went to my account, wasted the coins for nothing. The wedding announcement and ancient gold dragon.

I found a bug in the store daily deals not positive how it happened though
I found a bug I'm guessing i purchased all the ancient elder dragons on sale in daily deals (june 8th) but when I went to create a deck with them I copied a old deck changed commanders to the legendary dragon that has all 5 colors then I went to add the other 5 cards I bought and none of them are in my collection but it says I can craft them
