3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

I found a bug in the store daily deals not positive how it happened though
I found a bug I'm guessing i purchased all the ancient elder dragons on sale in daily deals (june 8th) but when I went to create a deck with them I copied a old deck changed commanders to the legendary dragon that has all 5 colors then I went to add the other 5 cards I bought and none of them are in my collection but it says I can craft them

MTG arena card not going into my collection
I had saved up 600 gems to buy todays daily deals, I bout 2 dragons for 240 each. When I bought them, I checked my collection, and they never appeared. This sucks because I just wasted 480 gems.

Suggestion: Split Mastery Pass Into Cosmetic and Card Reward Tiers
The mastery pass is somewhat pricey for what you get. I don't care about cosmetics, so 40% of mastery level rewards, in addition to the level 1 avatar, sleeve, and pet hold 0 interest to me, and is actually holding me back from purchasing it, since I'll only be using at best, 60% of the items included (since packs aren't a guarantee of value).
I'd probably find myself spending ~2200 gems on the mastery pass if it included no cosmetics/orbs and only had the card/pack rewards that the current 3400 tier has.
My suggestion is to create a third tier…

duplicate protection
duplicate protection is not working; I have collected about half of MOM and I'm getting only Gems, no rates except from the special reprint add on list. Only gems as though I had collected the entire set, this is for the last 50 packs or so. I am possibly ready to quit the game over this.

store bug with sleeves and lands
i was getting sleeve changed to lands. i don't think i needed to purchase the lands. the sleeves were randomly popping up, and the lands took gems.

Store - Purchased Lands on 6/4 not showing in deck builder
Today, June 4, the 80’s style lands that I purchased are not showing up in my card collection. Is this a bug?

Even less pre order rewards
Pre order card and card style rewards for play bundle doesn't exist. This is getting sad at this point. You guys were already doing bare minimum as rewards now taking that away too. There is no efforts to encourage to buy the products or rewarding loyal player base. Cards, card styles and other cosmetics are already expensive for this game. instead of seeing improvements and more sales, valuable bundles,better pre order rewards etc. This company greeding over giving away one card and card style. JUST ONE!!! This is getting beyond ridicilous. Not even doing the bare minimum at this point.

March of the Machine pack purchase does not progress golden pack
I purchased 4 x packs of March of the Machine on 6/2/23 at approx. 520pm cst. Did not receive golden pack progression.

EU citizen discrimination via new payment policy when visiting and playing in non EU countries
Dear MTGA Team,
as an European MTGA player visiting the USA or any other nor EURO country I'am entiteld to have to same opportunities and conditions as the local residents. However with your new update I experience that despite being in the US I am not allowed to pay in US currency but still have to pay the new higher prices in EURO. This is clearly an act of customer discrimination based on country of residency / national origin / nationality. cannot purchase with real money
When trying to purchase with real money, i select the product, and then click the value to go to the next step.
At this time the application gives me the spining orange circle and doesn't go anywhere else.
Doing this on the mac version.

Can't buy gems or change payment method
I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

Golden Pack progression
I purchased 3 packs of Brother's War mythic packs and it didn't update my Golden Pack progression.

Mastery Pass Level 44 did not grant pack
Mastery Pass Level 44 did not grant a pack. Gained 750 EXP from win, went from level 43 to 44, no pack granted.

draft card style
I noticed that some card styles are avalible within the spell book version of the card vs the craftible variant.
Is this because an event was missed where we could aquire the styles for a limited time? Or something else?
Just a few cards I noticed since I mainly play white:
Divine Visitation
Youthful Valkyrie
Angelic Exaltation
Angelic GiftIs there a way we can make these card styles attainable for crafted cards?

Cannot complete purchase on steam version
On the Steam version of MTGA, the store purchase cannot be completed due to an unknown error. There are enough funds to complete my purchase in my Steam Wallet.
I am running MTGA on Windows 10, and my Steam region is in China. Other functions of the game seem to be running fine.

5/22/23 Daily Deals Error
I wanted to buy certain styles (like Reckoner Bankbuster and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker) since I really liked them and, because they were discounted I thought it was a really nice opportunity to get them, but the game doesn't let me purchase them and gives me an unknown error.

I purchased the May pet of the month (a cat with a fire tail). The store took my money, but didn’t give me the pet.

Cada vez que trato de abrir la tienda en el juego de PC el juego se cierra solo y no puedo comprar sobres ni nada en la Store, solo me pasa en el juego de PC.
