How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Bug - can’t play the app “Asset Erorr”

    Hey I can’t launch the app in both my IPhone (13 pro OS 15.4.1) nor on my iPad (also 15.4.1). The problem is “Assent Error detected “.
    I deleted and reinstalled few times -didn’t work.
    Also with VPN - didn’t work.
    Can’t play , very very frustrating .
    Please assist

  4. Mastery Pass Mythic ICR Not Awarded

    I received a mythic ICR at Level 8 on the New Capenna Mastery Pass, but did not receive one at level 11 on the pass. I got an uncommon ICR from the Daily Win rewards and should have received the pass' mythic ICR at the same time.

  8. SNC Promo Pack Code 'Code Not Found'

    I have 2 SNC Arena codes from promo packs that I unsealed myself, and neither are redeeming for me. I've tried all permutations of swapping 0's and O's and entering the code with and without dashes. I have not redeemed any SNC promo pack codes yet, and redeemed my one prerelease kit code

    Mastery pass only has 30 new capenna booster packs instead of the 36 packs as advertised! Please fix this

  10. Wrong booster reward

    I bought 12 booter packs, so I decided to use the new booter opening feature of 10 packs at once, to open the other two packs afterwards.
    However, the game registered the wildcard countig as if I had opened only 3 packs, not all the 12 I bought and opened right after.

    I have a video to prove the 12 packs opening, but it's too heavy to send it here. If needed, I can send to an email account.

    It was resplendent marchall. The gold was substracted from my gold pile ;(

  13. Arena code not working

    I bought two of the New Capenna Pre-Release packs, I put in both codes for my six new packs a piece, but only one of the codes worked. The other tells me it’s not valid or has been redeemed. Can you please help me. It’s only showing six packs on my Arena screen.

  14. Featured Daily Deal is a Lie

    The Daily Deal makes it look like you can unlock the premium artwork for Llanowar Elves by buying the daily deal in the mobile client. It even shows the premium art when you click and hold to bring up the detailed art. But when you buy it, it flashes to the full art of the Dominaria print of Llanowar Elves. Confirmed in my collection that the art wasn't unlocked.

  16. Incorrect mana costs displaying on custom card art in store

    The mana cost displaying on these cards in the deals section of the shop are all 1 colorless less than they should be.

  17. Bug ao abrir buster mítico

    Após coletar 1300 comprei um buster mítico, travei a tela do celular para resolver uma atividade, logo destravei a tela e tentei abrir o buster e apenas apareceu um botão de "ok" e as cartas não apareceram na coleção.

  18. Neon Dynasty Mastery Pass Expiry Date

    I was going to get the Mastery Pass and finish getting to level 90 in time, but the pass now ends 7 days earlier than previously announced. at this rate, I don't think I'll be able to get all the rewards I'd envisioned. Is it a bug that the date has changed or was the date on Arena announced wrongly?
