How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Prerelease code not working?

    I bought a Kaldheim prerelease like 2 weeks ago at my lgs and arena is saying the code is invalid, and I have no idea why. I know I put the code in right, and I don’t think I have used another prerelease. I also made sure I didn’t show anyone the code, any aid that can be provided would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, and keep up the good work! This happened on Windows 10 by the way.

    P.S. Any possibility of allowing codes to be put in on mobile in the future?

  2. Selected card styles not appearing in game.

    After purchasing several card styles and selecting them, they are not appearing in games. Currently on PC, all purchases were with gold for mystical archive Japanese Snakeskin Veil, Primal Command, Stone Rain, and Kaldheim Esika's Chariot. Purchase date was 4/23/21

  3. Buying packs of cards and not getting all packs I bought

    I bought 2 packs of 6 cards for 2400 gems and it only gave me 4 packs to open plz resolve this issue and give my account the gems back or my packs I am supposed to have plz

    Card missing from collection

    Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
    Open packs.
    Notice the cards that you get.
    They don't appear in my collection.

  5. Receiving a Mythic Rare wildcard in an opened pack did not increase my number of available Mythic Rare wildcards

    This week I opened a pack that I had purchased in the store. It contained a Mythic Rare wildcard. Before opening that pack, I had 5 Mythic Rare wildcards available. After opening the pack, I still had 5 available; it did not increase as it should have. Playing on PC. One-time issue.

  6. Prepurchase of the Kasmina Pack Bundle problem with the payment

    At the point of verifying my payment and check out, this message popped "2001: Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account. Please try again." My account has money in it of course..

  7. Duplicate Protection Failure

    I bought a throne of eldraine booster for sale today. I opened it and got 20 gems. Digging through my collection, I discovered that there's plenty of rare cards in that set that i don't have 4 of.

  8. Mobile App Store not working

    I have been playing on the mobile app for around a week now, and I have been unable to access the store since day 1. I thought this was just an issue with the beta but seems others are using store just fine. I reported issue and was told to uninstall and re-download which I did. Same issue still. I was also told to report issue here if reinstalling doesn't work. I'm playing on a new galaxy note 20.

    I just purchased Jace, Mirror Mage from the Daily Deals, and it is not showing up as owned in my collection

  10. Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...

    This is a defect. Steps to repro:

    1. Open application
    2. Log in
    3. Navigate to the Store
    4. Select any item to purchase

    Actual Result:

    The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

    [19249] [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure.xsolla.com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED

    I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla

    Expected Result:

    The use is able to reach the Store page and to purchase item(s)

  11. Buy several card packs at once.

    For example, I'm about to buy more than 130 kaldheim packs with gold... that will be 390 clicks.
    Please, consider adding in the future a way to buy a customizable number of packs at the same time.

  13. 20 gem "rare" cards don't actually give gems.

  14. card style double purchase - please refund.

    Hi there

    I just purchased the Lurrus Card Style. I didn¨t realise that i already own that card style. The system allowed me to still buy the style, that is a bug in my opinion.

    Please refund the 2000 gold spent.

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  16. please make the historic anthology cards and jump start permanently available and gem purchase balance

    I want to use jumpstart and anthology cards, it is unfair that it was a limited time product that can be used in the historic format(that is growing popular by the way)by people who purchased them when they are available. They should be permanently available in the shop, along side other products that have come and gone. MTGA has had horrible business practices from the start and I would like to see them change so I can justify spending wads of cash on it. Paying upwards of 20+ dollars on gems should be giving more gems, it is unfair that…

  17. Mastery Pass Pet Rewards Not Received

    Only the Rock Elemental and Ondu Elemental show up in pet selection from the Zendikar Mastery rewards. I am currently level 83 and should have several more elemental pets.

  18. opening packs

    Just tried to open 10 packs at a time for the new set (Zendikar Rising) and got an error message that packs couldnt be opened at this time, which then took me to the home screen. When I went back to check on my packs, I was short 10, but without the associated wild cards added to my library.

    Just spent 10,000 gold for nothing...

  19. perdida de sobre de cartas

    Compre un sobre de cartas, fui a abrirlo pero salio error, me llevo a la pagina de inicio y cuando fue nuevamente a abrir mi sobre ya no estaba, por lo que fui a ver mi maso para ver si había cartas nuevas, pero no había nada.

  20. Triome art style bugged

    I bought the art style for the tromes, however, whenever I play them, they only show as regular art style, I tried to enable the art style but nothing happen. In my deck it shows as alternate art but not in the game.

    My gem purchase goes to the drain. Please fix it.
