How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Mythic Booster Gold Rare Wildcard?

    What's with spending 1300 gold on a MYTHIC booster pack only to receive a gold rare wildcard? The extra gold spent on the Mythic pack suggests you are guaranteed a Mythic, at least if you haven't completed the Mythics in the set, which I had not.

    This is the second time I have spent the 1300 to get a MYTHIC booster pack, only to receive a regular gold rare wildcard from it. I doubt i will be purchasing more of those.

    This seems like false advertising. A scam of sorts. If you purchase a Mythic booster, you should ONLY be…

  2. Cards from packs all show as new when opening on Android

    When opening packs on my android all cards show as new, except for ones that have been opened before within the same instance. IE if I restart Arena, they go back to all showing as new. Would be nice it it actually checked my collection and didn't show every card as being "new"

  3. Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop

    Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop. They are some of the best on Arena and were only offered in very specific circumstances. I personally only have two (Forest and Mountain) and would love to complete my set. I find myself being excited about playing Red/Green/Gruul decks just so I can use these lands. They have gained a large amount of popularity from content creators such as LegenVD and would be a fan favorite.

  4. Unable to purchase welcome bundle

    Unable to Purchase Welcome Bundle. It makes the purchase noise but nothing happens. Nothing happens when clicking "change payment type" in the bottom right corner. Followed all your troubleshooting guides - steam overlay is indeed enabled everywhere; antivirus disabled.

  6. I bought a pack and didn’t receive it

    I’m on mobile, and I went to the in game store to buy a pack. I spent 1,300 gold on it, and lost that gold, but I didn’t receive the Caverns of Ixalan pack I bought.

  7. Missing LCI packs after update

    When logging in after today's update the LCI packs I had previously redeemed on my account (from pre-release code etc.) have disappeared.
    It was 10 packs "locked out" until 14th November. Now, after claiming the packs from the pop-up from the inbox there is only the 9 newly claimed.
    I have tried logging out and restarting the client but to no avail.

  8. My prerelease packs disapeared from arena

    I claimed my prerelease code and got the packs before the 14th. Now I went into arena to open them and they dissapeared.

    I'd like to know what happened and to get them back if possible.

  9. Experience bug

    Bug
    My MTGarena XP progression has stopped registering. I am stuck at 175/1000 Xp. I tried buying the next level with gems. The game deducted my gems but did not advance my level. It seems to be stuck. On iOS. I bought the mastery pass.

  13. Lost Gems from Wonky Drafting Servers

    Hello, I missed out on 3 drafts (4500 gems) while the server was being difficult the other day. I should have just stopped trying, but every time drafts came back online I hopped right back in. I was able to play the matches but my draft decks were always really screwed up and basically sealed pools. Will we be refunded for these events?

  14. (1) Wilds of Eldraine (Mythic) pack purchase does not increase gold pack count

    I purchased a single Wilds of Eldraine Mythic booster with 260 gems, but it did not increase the tracker for a gold pack. It was the last slot needed before being rewarded the pack.

  15. Dominaria United Mythic Packs turning into regular packs on PC

    Dominaria United Mythic booster packs switched to regular packs on PC

    I purchased x3 Dominaria United Mythic packs on My PC (Windows).

    packs purchased with in-game currency, not gems.

    I opened the first pack, but was not rewarded with a mythic rare.

    I then noticed that the packs were the normal versions, not having a reddish banner pattern.

    I went back to the store, double checking that I did indeed buy mythic packs by purchasing an additional one, using the same in-game credit.

    Upon going back to the tab to open packs the remaining packs as well as the newly…

  16. Pack purchase problem

    I just purchased a WOE mythic pack which is supposed to have a guaranteed mythic in it but I didn’t receive any mythics (see attached photo for what I did receive)…I am playing on an iPhone 8+ with os 16.3.1…can you please fix this issue and properly reward me the correct mythic prize that is supposed to be awarded in the pack

  18. Opened WOE free 3 packs but 1 pack missing

    On PC I got WOE free 3 packs from inbox.

    After opening the first pack, an empty message box is displayed. After pressing the ok button I opened the rest of the packs and found that there were 2 packs left that I could open. When I opened the Collection, I found only the cards in the 2 packs that were opened later.

    Then I bought 1 pack from the store to open it and found that it can be opened normally.

    Wrong artwork attributed to Eowyn card. The image on the card does not match the image provided by the Tolkein estate for Eowyn, and instead misattributes a random image to the card.
