How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Did not get my Mastery Season Paywall rewards from level 34 onwards

    Did not get my Mastery Season Paywall rewards from level 34 onwards.

    I spent the 3400 gems to unlock it.

    Up to level 34 i received every Reward from the Duskmorun: House of Horror Mastery. Up until then everything was fine. I noticed, that I don't received the 2 Mythic Card-Rewards by reaching lvl 34. Today i noticed, that my gemcount didn't changes as i reached lvl 37, so i checked the cardstyles i from lvl 36 and 38. I didn't got them either. Today i got 4 levels (Daily and weekly 15) and i only got the 2 Boosters…

  2. Refund/replacement for mythic pack - Mythic Pack False Advertising

    I purchased a mythic rare pack and did not receive a mythic rare nor a mythic rare wildcard. This is at least the second time this has happened and seems to be an issue that has been happening for quite some time. Please fix this issue, that's false advertising!

  3. Bugged Mastery Pass (Reward NOT received)

    Reached level 20 on Duskmourn Mastery pass and didn't receive the corresponding reward (2000 gold). I have previously 2650 gold from daily quests and should be at 4650 gold after complete level 20

  4. Store/Packs

    After update, I can't go to get new packs. When I click on the packs tab the MTGA application stops responding. I'm playing through steam.

  5. Bloomburrow Special Guest card replaced a rare / mythic instead of a common card

    I received a pack of Bloomburrow cards as my seasonal Ranked rewards and when I opened it I noticed that I received a Special Guest card (exciting) but it replaced the wrong card slot in the pack.

    It is supposed to replace an (un)common card but in my case as can be seen in the screenshot it replaced the rare/mythic card leaving me with a pack without a Standard legal rare/mythic card which is not supposed to happen.

  6. Coins total not updating

    I'm not getting all my won coins. This has been going on for a few weeks. See screen shots 1) announcing 1250 coins won and 2) immediately afterwards when I have only 825 coins.

  7. 2000 gold not received Duskmourn

    Just completed the tier of the battlepass that gives 2k gold and I'm still sitting on 1600 from my quests. Relogged, restarted, revalidated files, still no reward. Android arena app

  8. Bought Pack, but Golden Pack meter did not advance

    I bought the MoM Pack in the Daily Deals, but the Golden Pack counter did not go up by one.
    Can you take a look and maybe fix it. Thanks

  9. Golden Pack error

    I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory

    I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

  10. Gold Wild cards drop from Mythic packs

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

  11. Receiving a Mythic Rare wildcard in an opened pack did not increase my number of available Mythic Rare wildcards

    This week I opened a pack that I had purchased in the store. It contained a Mythic Rare wildcard. Before opening that pack, I had 5 Mythic Rare wildcards available. After opening the pack, I still had 5 available; it did not increase as it should have. Playing on PC. One-time issue.

  12. golden pack tick not progressing after purchasing pack

    did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal
    saw people suggesting to ask MTG Arena support about it to get the tick so here i am
    i will be waiting for the response

  13. Golden Pack progression

    I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

  15. PURCHASE PLANESWALKER PACKAGE

    On 11/27/2021, I purchased a 4000 gold planeswalker bundle, but despite the fact that the coins have been scaled, the planeswalkers purchased are not in my collection.
    I have already opened the ticket n ° 2259053 but I have not received any reply.

  17. Compré el pase de maestría y no recibí algunas recompensas.

    Compré el pase de maestría estando en el nivel 24 de la maestría gratuita, sin embargo no recibí algunas recompensas previas como recompensas de cartas. No sé si se supone que ha de ser así, pero imagino que no, ¿no?

  19. Golden Pack gives non-Standard cards

    Hi Wizards,
    I’ve just opened a Golden pack which gave me a card from the new LOTR set. I read the description on the main WotC that Golden pack only contains cards from Standard. Please help me to understand this
