How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Can't buy gems when not using launcher
Buying gems doesn't work when not using the Epic Games Launcher on macOS (M1 Pro). It stays stuck on "Waiting for the Server" and I need to quit the game to be able to do anything.

Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

AFR missing from store
Since the release of Baulder’s Gate, Adventures in the Forgotten Realms boosters have been missing from the store. Both in iPhone and PC versions

A Bug where cards bought in 'daily deal' disappear
If I buy a card in the 'daily deal', the card I bought disappears and I can't find it. (Windows PC platform)

Mastery pass did not delivery mythic wildcards

Cannot purchase summer sticker pack with gems
I have enough gems to purchase the summer sticker pack, but when I click buy, I am told I do not have enough total gems.

Cannot complete purchase on steam version
On the Steam version of MTGA, the store purchase cannot be completed due to an unknown error. There are enough funds to complete my purchase in my Steam Wallet.
I am running MTGA on Windows 10, and my Steam region is in China. Other functions of the game seem to be running fine.

Multiverse legends duplicate protection not working
Based on the release notes for MOM, duplicate protection for the Multiverse Legends is supposed to take into account your existing versions of cards. I had three copies previously of Aurelia, but have since opened two copies from the MUL slot for a total of 5.

Shop missing summer sale bundles
The guildmaster collection and Matt Jukes lands bundles have disappeared from the shop.
They were available this morning, but have disappeared a few hours later.

Bug - can’t play the app “Asset Erorr”
Hey I can’t launch the app in both my IPhone (13 pro OS 15.4.1) nor on my iPad (also 15.4.1). The problem is “Assent Error detected “.
I deleted and reinstalled few times -didn’t work.
Also with VPN - didn’t work.
Can’t play , very very frustrating .

Missing 5th mythic pack from bundle
After opening 4 out of 5 mythic packs, the 5th pack disappeared.

Card bought does not shows in collection or deck
I bought chip of reality today spending 2500 coins, the coins were collected but the card is not in my collection. I checked 3 times rebooting the app but nothing happened. In the store I read the message bought already done but I have not the card. Could solve this problem and send me the card I bought from the store? I play on IPad on iOS.

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

Mobile App Store not working
I have been playing on the mobile app for around a week now, and I have been unable to access the store since day 1. I thought this was just an issue with the beta but seems others are using store just fine. I reported issue and was told to uninstall and re-download which I did. Same issue still. I was also told to report issue here if reinstalling doesn't work. I'm playing on a new galaxy note 20.
