How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks
How to submit product suggestions
- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

packs disappearing
Version 2022.22.50.4419.979269
One of the packs I purchased disappeared when I tried to open it.I purchased two brothers war 1000 gold packs and when I went to open them, the first pack only gave two cards and then the second pack disappeared and the program said I had no more packs to open. One of my packs disappeared before I could open it.
I didn't take a screenshot of the two cards screen because I was confused, but I have the log file. It seems too big for uploading here but I can provide it.

No way to know what's in bundles on mobile
There's absolutely no indication of what comes in any of the bundles on mobile. Some people don't have a computer and still want to spend money on the game. It kinda seems like common sense to add some kind of way to see what comes in the bundles...

Add Jace, the Mind Sculptor avatar to the store
When will this avatar (Jace, the Mind Sculptor) be added to the store for purchase?
I missed the event in 2021 where you could get it (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/play-and-win-big-mtg-arena-decathlon-2021-12-08) and i have been waiting to see that avatar pop up in the store since then.
Untill now, that hasn't happened.
Since the new set will have a new Jace planeswalker and features a Jace Pack Bundle (now available for pre-order in the store), this would be a great time to add the Jace, the Mind Sculptor avatar to the store!

Cannot purchase gems (ZFGameBrowser.exe crashes)
Platform - PC (windows7)
I've made multiple attempts to purchase the Adventurer bundle in the past couple of days (having not previously purchased it) - each time I instead receive the message that ZFGameBrowser.exe has stopped working (see screenshots for crash details).
I have checked and experience exactly the same problem when trying to purchase an ordinary gems bundle.
Essentially, I am unable to spend money on your store - I really hope this can be solved soon as I would like to purchase the current mastery pass, since it is the first one I have seen that includes cosmetics…

Did not receive an item I payed for
I purchased the Haunted Mire land card Holographic skin from the daily deals yesterday (1/7/23 or 1/8/23 depending on timezone). The gems were subtracted from my account, but the item is not available in my inventory and shows that I must pay for it.

Gold saved up gone
I played a lot of mtg in the beginning to save up some gold to be able to make a big buy, (got up to 19 000 gold) but then I got tired of the grind and delete the game. But now I got the will to play it again so I Download the game again. But when I logged in to my account I saw that all the gold I saved up was gone. That completely killed my will to play mtg again.

Dungeon module land style
The dungeon module art for lands is not displaying. (ie, the store says I purchased the Dungeon Module R11 Cave of the Frost Dragon artwork; but when I pull it up in deck builder it is still the old style.)

Can't enter the shop
When I try to open the shop it says "Waiting for server" and the client gets stuck. I've tried this on multiple clients, different networks, etc. Nothing works for me

Store bug
Spent gold to buy a few cards was about 5k and the cards are not in my collection anywhere.. I just wanted to build a piggy deck

Duplicate rare received in Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate pack
I bought a pack of Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate from the in-app store (PC version of Arena). The rare in that pack was one of which I already had 4 copies, so that I just had 20 gems added to my account.
Booster packs are supposed to be duplicate-protected, but this one wasn't.1 vote -

IOS Eldraine Mythic Pack gives Gems and Oko instead of one Mythic card that is missing on the collection or a Gold Wildcard
This was yesterday 14/12/2022 on Latest Patch on iPad, I did bought mythic packs after of Eldraine and they worked fine. I believe this was an API/Sync issue, but I could not replicate as a consumer.

Weird hazard card
I bought the new alchemy pack in the store rn and I got this weird looking card with a hazard sign. I'm not sure if this is a feature or smth but I've never seen this before and it looks really weird so idk

Pack has no rare and missing pictures
I bought a pack of Alchemy today and it gave me an Alchemy Streets of New Capenna pack. I opened it and it did not contain a rare or mythic. Instead it contained a retro ichor wellspring. It also had several cards that were missing. It had pictures of "Totally Lost" with an error symbol on them. I wasted 1000 coins to not even get a rare.

Don't See Unfinity Shocklands Listed in the MtGA Store
Hi! I'm interested in purchasing the Unfinity Shocklands from the MtGA store, but they aren't listed. I thought I had purchased them previously, but not all of them appear in my collection. Please either help me make the purchase or determine why, if I've already purchased them, not all of them are in my collection.
I play on an iPad Pro and a MacBook Pro. Both are running the latest versions of the OS.
