How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Scute Swarm Landfall Bug

    Scute Swarm - Landfall does not generate additional tokens beyond 248.

    1. To duplicate, play Scute Swarm and trigger its ability repeatedly by playing lands. Once the swarm of tokens reaches 248, no further tokens will be generated.

    2. PC

    3. At 248 tokens, no further tokens are generated by triggering landfall

    4. Tokens should continue to generate regardless of number

    5. None, can recreate if needed

  2. Sideboarding Rank-Up Error

    When my opponent concedes during sideboarding in a BO3 ranked match, I only get 1 pip of rank and I believe they only lose 1 pip as well. This provides an incentive to concede during sideboarding against a poor matchup to save rank.

  3. Historic Brawl has become toxic

    When historic brawl first came out, it was a lot of fun to play. Everyone used a variety of commanders and different strategies. Now, every deck I verse is either Kinnan, Golos, Winota, or a counter magic deck. I think a dev needs to spend some time playing this mode and see the toxicity behind it and make changes. Limit the amount of counter spells in a deck, ban Winota as a commander, and get rid of land destruction cards. This game mode is supposed to feel like real commander, longer and more of a build up to get your…

  5. Won three Standard Rank, no progress in Bronze Rank Constructed

    Over the last few days I've won three BO1 Constructed matches and received no credit (says that I must play a game this season to receive season rewards).

  6. 4 lands in starting hand = nearly always a mana flood

    I noticed that for a long time, but now I did an analysis. With a 40 card draft deck when I have 4 lands in my starting hand that is nearly an auto-loss, because the next cards I draw are usually flooded with lands. From my last 30 matches with a 4-land starting hand the first 5 cards I drew were 5 lands once, 4 lands 18 times, 3 lands 7 times, 2 lands 3 times and 1 land once. I usually play 16 or 17 lands.   7. Game stopped on opponent's turn, timer not working, softlock forever

    Playing a game against an opponent. They had the upper hand, so I can't imagine them doing this on purpose, but the game would just sit there. No timers showed up (opponent had x2 ready to go) but the timers never triggered, and the game is just sitting there waiting for the opponent to continue their turn.

  8. timer active while triggers resolve

    To reproduce: put lots of triggers onto the stack, eg by playing a Scute Swarm deck, do so while the timeout cord is showing to see full effect
    Results (on PC): My timer keeps running while the triggers resolve, if it runs out, I automatically pass to combat/the turn/etc when all triggers have resolved.
    Expected results: my timer does not countdown while triggers are resolving because I am unable to take any actions.
    EDIT: this is much less of an issue on my new computer, as triggers resolve much faster than they did on my old laptop.

  11. deathtouch + "deals damage equal to creature's power" is broken

    I've now played 3 games against decks using this exploit, which is not (I believe) cards as intended.

    Effects that read "deals damage equal to creature's power" like Ram Through and Devouring Tendrils should NOT read for the player's creature's deathtouch, it should just deal damage equal to the number in the box.

    deathtouch + "deals damage equal to creature's power" is broken.

    Game is a 100% rigged
    THIS IS A PAY TO WIN SYSTEM WAIZARDS HAVE IMPLEMENTED!!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
    You pay with money to buy data and in return you get better odds in every match you play for a period of time till it ends and you pay more and repeat the cycle. The algorithm is rigged with match making/card draw/ starting hands and several others. Decks that have a 70-90% chance of win on tabletop is a 20% chance to win in Arena unless you pay for more data as a rigged cash cow! F-you, Wizards made me quite…

    After play a game we need to wait long time to load home screen.

  15. Clicking mulligan results in keeping hand

    When selecting to mulligan, the game just kept the hand. Clearly, no one is keeping a one lander hand in limited - resulting in loss due to lack of lands

  16. Only getting one point in BO3 if opponent quits during sideboarding

    Whenever a player quits during Sideboard in BO3, the winner only gets one point when before it was two. This needs to be addressed as it can get very abusive. Easiest way to reproduce bug is to play a BO3 ranked match and quit right away and concede during side boarding, checking the rank afterwords as it should only go up or down by 1 point

  18. プレミアムドラフト中に突然の敗北

    日本時間2021年10/11(日)20:20頃。プレミアムドラフト4勝2敗で迎えた7戦目、10ターン程経ったところで突然の爆発と敗北表示が出ました。勿論投了ボタンは押してませんし、コンバット中ではなく、自ターンに返ってきた直後の出来事なのでライフルーズによる敗北もありません。
    対戦相手に勝利条件カードがあったわけでもありませんし、私の場や手札に敗北条件カードがあったわけでもありません。
    優勢な場だっただけに悔しいです。獲得できたはずのジェムと、参加のためのジェム返還は勿論、バグ報告に費やされた手間や時間に対する補償を要求します。

  19. Ban Tasha’s Hideous Laughter

    I’m starting this as a prediction that this card will cause major problems.

    I’m surprised that this was a preview card, like Wizards is trying to troll us now, or that they think mill is so awesome that this card will get players excited for Adventures in Forgotten Realms, on par with the Tiamat or Drizzt reveals.

    You might as well ban this card now, before release. Mill is bad enough, and now this? Clearly Wizards isn’t paying attention. It‘ll either be unfun, OP, or both, but the lack of caring either way by Mark Rosewater and team is evident.

  20. Paradox Engine Isn't Banned

    Not sure how you missed it but Paradox Engine is completely legal on Arena in Historic and Historic Brawl. It's banned in Commander for a reason... there's no way you should be allowing it in Brawl. What's the deal? Sheoldred is too powerful to include but cards like Ulamog and Paradox engine are fine for a fun and friendly experience???? Why?
