How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Elvish Refueler's ability is (I think) bugged
During the first match of a limited match, I activated Elvish refueler's Exhaust ability during my opponent's turn. Then, during my turn, I activated it again (because it was the first activation during my turn, and her ability says you can use exhaust abilities as though they haven't been activated if you haven't exhausted yet during your turn). It worked fine. Then my opponent cast a vehicle that exiled my elvish refueler until it left the battlefield. I exiled that vehicle, so my elvish refueler came back. Wrong season rewards
I received Honor card style + Consult the Star Charts card style rewards (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-august-25-2025) at the end of this season instead of Vote Out card style + Lightstall Inquisitor card style (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-august-18-2025). The rewards I received should be for September's season

Cards removed from Arena Direct card pool
entered the modern horizons 3 arena direct this morning at 9am MST, I opened up the packs and was taking a look at the rares. After clicking to the next screen to build my deck, a few of the rares that it said I opened were not in the card pool.
One of the rares that is missing is “Abstruse Appropriation” which I know I saw in the pack opening. (see attached screenshots to see it is not present in the card pool).
Not sure how this one can be resolved, but I guess a refund of the event is…

Deck Sideboard bugged. Number of cards issue
I can't play more than 7 cards in the sideboard for bo3. As the picture shows, I have 9 cards in the sideboard rather than more than 15.

deck validation failed
After finishing ArenaCube Draft run, I cannot either finish or edit my deck. After any submit of changes, Arena always reports "Deck validation error". My assumption is that it has something to do with the card "Abrade" which always stays in the sideboard and cannot been moved

Still waiting on Fleem
Hi, I opened at least 10 Omenpath packs prior to September 30th, and the Fleem cosmetics were supposed to be sent out on October 1st. It's currently October 2nd, and they still don't appear to be in my collection. I understand you all must be busy but can we at least get an update as to when they might be arriving?

Hand Placement Offscreen Bug
- reproduce - start any game, mulligan or not, look at "viewing hand" and "hiding hand" placement on screen
- iOS (post-patch Arena 19Aug2025), iPad Air 11"
- Hand is hidden off bottom of screen. When hand size is one, selecting hand becomes overly difficult because it is hiding behind the "swipe up bar" portion of the iOS screen. Prior to 19Aug2025 patch, the "hiding hand" position was where the current "viewing hand" position is. Graphical artifacts are showing at bottom of screen during hidden hand. This is not tenable for play.

MTG Arena switches to windowed mode constantly for ultrawide aspect ratios
As of 2024.40.30.6688.1090994, everytime my client enters or exits a match the game switches from fullscreen mode to windowed mode. The issue only happens when I'm using an ultrawide resolution (3440 x 1440).
The cause of the bug has actually been found by nexus mod user skebbZ, attached is his explanation. (His mod actually fixes this issue)

Crabomination Bugged
Played Crabomination, let me select of it's modes but after that it skips the effect
Resolving Crabomination skips its trigger. Happened twice.

Arena crashed on OSX and PC
Arena is currently not allowing log ins on either PC or Mac. This is a problem for me and multiple other people in my playgroup.

Entering match bug
At the stage of entering the match, after a few seconds it crashes into the match selection menu, it is relevant for all types of matches, the same thing happens on the PC and mobile versions of the game.

7 cards sideboard in Bo3 ranked games
Recently I'm having this issue in Timeless Bo3 Ranked games in which I can only sideboard 7 cards. I have checked that the decks have been defined as Traditional Timeless in the deck editor tab.

Store won't let me purchase gems=

Arena play and connection works fine but I am unable to buy gems. The client always gets stuck on Waiting for the Server when I try to purchase. I have restarted and even reinstalled the client several times. please advise thank you.

can't have more than one hare apparent in my brawl deck since the last update!

Death by Vanilla not triggering
I have won three (3) different games with a deck with the only creatures in it being ability-less creatures and I still do not have Death by Vanilla.
