How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Problems with the store
I tried to purchase a pack with the money of the game...the first time the store wasn't available, so I tried to restorethe data of the game (in options). I entered the game again and I could go in the store but not purchase anything. It says "error of the intern store"

Frozen Timout
Opponent timed out, but the game never ended. It's draft so I don't want to just concede and count the loss

filter condition more than 4
Steps:
1)Go to decks
2)Go to collection
3)Chose advance filter
4)In the collection separator select x4Result:
All cards that you have more than 4 (i.e. cards that you have from more than 2 editions, for example crackle with power 4 from the cowboy set and 1 from mystical archive) will not show up.1 vote -

Opponent Spamming and Timer
I’ve had yet another player start spamming comments “your go” “nice” “good game” during my turn to be distracting. It happened during another pivotal turn where I needed to be very careful with my cards and timing.
Fortunately I remembered to mute them so it didn’t distract me. I won and had my first 7-0. Yay!
But I had a thought.
What if every time someone comments, “nice “hi” what ever, it resets the timer?
Most of the time it won’t matter.
But if a player spams comments to be distracting, they end up helping their opponent.

Newly aquired cards not being added to inventory
I've had this issue for a while but I wasn't entirely sure but I've just confirmed it now. I collect cards from boosters that dont actually end up in my inventory. I confirm this when I collect a SECOND copy of said card in a later booster. E.G. Zombify from the new Strixhaven. I opened a copy on Arena from a reward booster last week with the new mystical archive treatment but my inventory didnt update. I then aquired a 2nd copy just now from a booster on arena, this second one also noted it was a 'First Time!" pull…

Prepared spells are remaining available to players after the prepared creature has left the battlefield
Opponent had Quill-Blade Laureate on the battlefield with its prepared spell Twofold Intent available to cast. He then cast daydream targeting his Quill-Blade Laureate. This caused a second copy of Twofold Intent to become available for him to cast. The first should've become unavailable when the creature left the battlefield.
I have also seen this happen when creatures died and were reanimated, but I cannot recall the exact cards in play.

Living History visual display bug
Living History is incorrectly displaying the text of other cards.
Also this process to submit feedback is a PITA.

Opened packs with mythic wildcards and didn't receive wildcards in my overall total.
I opened up 2 packs from the mastery track rewards. One was Strixhaven the other was Lorwyn.
Both packs contained Mythic wildcards (total of 2).
My mythic wildcards never updated with those two new opened wildcards.
Same with uncommons from the same pack from the wheel icon that fills. Total account number of wildcards did not change.

I need an interrupt to tap my Fanatic of Rhonas before URO, Titan of Nature’s Wrath sacrifices himself… I need that 4 green mana babyyy
Currently only works if I have a land in my hand to choose to put on the battlefield… already tried turning off all the “auto” gameplay options.. no success

Match wouldn't load
I entered SOS pick 2 draft and did the draft. Then went into my first game and while the player avatars loaded in the cards wouldn't. I closed the game and reopened, and it was still the case when it reloaded. All I could do was press concede.
I would really like that loss rescinded OR my 6000 gold back. I don't feel comfortable continuing that run unless this is addressed. I'm a returning player who doesn't want to spend money until I'm confident I'll keep playing... so gold and draft entries are tight for me right now.

Marsh Flats old border style can't be purchased
This land style can't be purchased for some reason. All the other fetchland styles are available, so this one being the only one locked out seems like a bug.

product suggestion
If there is an issue with Arena then it shouldn't let you start the game, or provide you that update when you start the game. I don't get much of a chance to play and I was excited to continue a premier draft I started earlier this week, but I kept getting connection issue errors when I tried to start a game. After some troubleshooting on my side, I checked the Arena Status website and found out scheduled maintenance is occuring. Reconnect bug
Im playing on movile (Android) and in the midle of a ranked standard game , I got disconnected and instantly the message to connect appeared, I clicked it and the game froze, the opposing player's time ran out and nothing happened

Issues In New Update
- I tried to craft a Force of Will with a Mythic Rare Wildcard, but it bugged out and didn't craft a card. Still, it consumed a wildcard.
- I earned two strixhaven packs through the mastery progression. I couldn't open them. When I tried to open them, they simply vanished, and I was prompted with an empty user dialog that I only had an "Ok" option on.
- I bought a strixhaven pack that I similarly consumed without getting any cards, but the gold was nonetheless used up.

Applied geometry interface bug when copying a Siege Enchantment
When using Applied Geometry to copy Hollowmurk Siege, you are being asked to select Abzan or Sultai.
However, selecting Abzan results in the copied Hollowmurk siege 0/0 creature entering in Sultai mode, and vice-versa.
My deck intends to copy Hollowmurk Siege on Sultai mode, so that the placing of the counters on the Hollowmurk Siege creature triggers its ability. This does work, but I have to remember to select the Abzan button to get it in the right mode.
This happens every time. Tested it on PC gameplay.
