1. Modern Horizons 2 Limited Events/Draft

   Dear MTG Arena Team!

   I would like to inquire whether a Modern Horizons 2 Draft will be offered in MTG Arena in the foreseeable future. I have noticed that many cards from Modern Horizons 2 are already available in the client, which is why I am wondering whether a corresponding Limited event is planned or whether a date has already been set.

   I would greatly appreciate a brief response regarding the current plans.

2. Kicked out of premier draft game causing loss

   Randomly Kicked from Duskmorn premier draft game and given a loss.
   During the match I was randomly kicked from the game (sudden black screen, no loading or "waiting for server") and was returned to the draft screen. I had no loss at first but after checking the deck when I returned to the screen I had 1 loss. It happened so suddenly I wasn't able to capture any footage or screenshot. First time I've had this issue

3. Banishing Light requires common wildcard for same visualization I already have 4 of

   On Windows 10. Specific card affected is the Jumpstart Banishing Light. Obviously I have a common wildcard to spare but this bug could be serious if it repeats on a card at rare or mythic.

4. No window to response with an instant

   Hello,

   I encountered what I believe to be a bug involving the card Traveling Chocobo. In my match, my opponent cast Traveling Chocobo, and I intended to destroy it immediately after it entered the battlefield—before its ability could be used—by playing another Chocobo along with a land.

   However, the game did not provide me with a priority window to act at that point. Instead, it skipped directly to the moment when my opponent was able to play a land to trigger the ability. At that stage, even if I destroyed the Traveling Chocobo, the effect had already been triggered, and it was too late to stop it.

   This effectively makes it impossible to respond with any instant-speed removal unless you have a counterspell, which means that if you are not playing blue, you cannot prevent the ability from resolving. This feels extremely unfair and inconsistent with the expected rules interaction, where instant-speed removal should be allowed before such a trigger occurs.

   Could you please review this interaction? I believe the game is incorrectly skipping a priority pass between the Traveling Chocobo entering the battlefield and its controller playing a land.

5. RNG Issue

   YES I AM GOING ALL CAPS TO SHOW MY ABSOLUTE DISGUST WITH HOW CORRUPT WIZARDS HAS BECOME!!!!

   FIX YOUR ******* RNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   24 LANDS IN A 60 CARD LIBRARY AND 1 OF 3 THINGS HAPPEN IN 5 DRAWS AT EVERY GAME NOW 1) I GET 1-2 LANDS WITH NOTHING ELSE IN TERMS OF MANA, 2) I ONLY DRAW THE 6 LANDS THAT ENTER TAPPED OUT OF THE TOTAL OF 24, OR 3) I JUST DRAW LANDS WITH NOTHING ELSE TO CAST AND PUT INTO PLAY!!!!!!!!

   DO NOT GIVE ME THE ******* ******** THAT YOUR RNG IS "FAIR AND TOTALLY RANDOM", WHEN I NOTICED THAT FOR A FACT IT IS NOT!!!!!

   2 ELIXIR CARDS AND 4 YUNA, HOPE OF SPIRA CARDS, IN THE LAST 6 GAMES THE ELIXIR POPPED UP CONSECUTIVELY IN MY DRAWS BUT NOT YUNA, THE ODDS OF 2 OF THE SAME CARDS APPEARING MORE OFTEN IN DRAWS AFTER MULTIPLE GAMES RATHER THAN 4 OF THE SAME CARDS DOES NOT ADD UP!!!!!

   ALSO I FIND IMPOSSIBLE THAT I CAN NOT GET GOOD DRAWS 8 GAMES IN A ROW WITHIN 5 TURNS YET THE PLAYERS I GO AGAINST GET WHAT CAN BE CONSIDERED "PERFECT DRAWS" AND PLAY THEIR DECKS WITH FLOWING EASE!!!!!!!! 6. Card bug

   I don't know how to explain this bug.
   but it is happening on tutorial gameplay!
   In the first two tutorial games, none of this happened.
   After I cast the first card, all the others bug like this and it becomes almost impossible to play

7. Unravel card draw

   The new Unravel card is drawing a card after countering a card where mana to cast it was MORE than its mana value, probably related to the warp ability.

   How to reproduce:

   • Have cards Unravel and Broodguard Elite on your hand
   • Have 8 mana available, at least 1G and 2U
   • Cast Broodguard Elite for its warp cost, where X is 4
   • While on the stack, counter it with Unravel Then you will draw a card due to Unravel, where you shouldn't.

8. Incorrect rules interactions

   Interaction between Weftwalking and Zero point Ballad. Even tho Weftwalking enchantment have wording "May cast without paying it's manacost" Casting Zero point Ballad didnt give you option to choose.

9. Cannot queue Standard Ranked

   On my account (but not on other accounts I open up with my PC) I am unable to play Standard Ranked. The "Play" icon shows up, but when I click it nothing happens. Whenever I select the Standard Ranked gamemode, the ranked icon disappears and multiple other visual bugs occur.

10. set completionist II achievement not working

    1. Steps to reproduce the bug - acquire 4 copies of each card in an alchemy set
    2. Platform I am using - PC
    3. Result I was experiencing - achievement did not unlock
    4. Expected results - Set completionist II achievement unlocked
    5. Screenshots - see below
    6. Workaround - Fix notes on the achievement to reflect restrictions/conditions that alchemy sets don't count or fix the achievement to unlock when an alchemy set is completed

    As a side note I spent between 50,000 to 60,000 in coins as well as several mythic and rare wildcards to complete this set to not have the achievement unlock is highly irritating. I am requesting a refund of items spent or the achievement to be unlocked. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response, Aaron

11. Soft lock

    Game soft locked when activating the exile card for Mana ability on Molt Tender and opponent simultaneously quits. No ability resolution, no exit menu available. Cards, pets, timing rope and gestures will activate. Unranked play. Had to close app. Android pixel 5 or 6.

12. Waiting for opponent

    Stuck on waiting for opponent after the new (3 June 2025) update. Have tried both restarting the device (iPad) and uninstalling and reinstalling MTG arena and neither has worked. Have tried brawl standard and pioneer with the same results.

13. Suddenly returned to main menu during a match

    I am regularly experiencing a bug on PC where I am suddenly returned to the main menu screen during a match. It can happen right away at hand selection or after several turns of normal gameplay. While at the main menu, the music from the match I was just kicked from continues playing. Queueing up again does not return me to game but starts a new match. During that new match, I hear the previous match's music as well as the current match's music. I have found that I can return to game I was kicked from if I quickly exit and restart the client immediately after being kicked. Sometimes if the restart is not fast enough it results in me missing turns. This is especially frustrating during draft events where I have spent resources to play and every turn counts.

    Happened again a few days later. Took the log before I restarted to hop back into the game. Uploaded log from this instance as well.

16. Abandoned Air Temple entered tapped with basic lands on battlefield.

    MtGA on Android, Standard Ranked.

    In my most recent game, I brought out an Abandoned Air Temple with a basic plain and 2 basic forests on the battlefield. The Air Temple entered tapped, and I was unable to use it for that turn.

17. holding priority during combat

    I'm so sick and tired of the fing bug that WOTC knows about where we can't hold priority after declaring blockers. FIX THIS F*ING BUG! I'm so tired of my Giada dying with The Seriema out and activated because I can't fing tap Giada after declaring her as a blocker. For F's sake FIX THIS.

18. Unable to purchase anything with money

    Any time I try to buy anything that costs money (gems, wildcards, etc), clicking the price to purchase the item causes "Waiting for Server" to appear and it hangs like that and never times out or resolves. Ideally being able to purchase things would be nice, but at the very least, could you make it so the Waiting For Server message times out or has a cancel button or something?

19. Eminence

    Eminence cards for brawl specifically. Eminence are cards that's specify "when in the command zone" eg Oloro, Ageless Ascetic - At the beginning of your upkeep, you gain 2 life.
    Whenever you gain life, you may pay {1}. If you do, draw a card and each opponent loses 1 life.
    At the beginning of your upkeep, if Oloro is in the command zone, you gain 2 life.

20. Jumpstart packs with hybrid cards should display as few colors as possible during pack selection

    The A:tLA Jumpstart packs contain cards costing hybrid mana. For example, "Librarian" contains Professor Zei, Anthropologist, and (IIRC) "At the Zoo" contains Hog-Monkey Rampage. I like that.

    However, the hybrid cards have only colorless activated abilities. Moreover, the half-decks are otherwise mono-color. For example, every other card in Librarian is blue, and every other card in At the Zoo is green.

    But Arena displays the packs as (respectively) red-blue and red-green during pack selection when I build my Jumpstart deck. It's annoying to select a mono-color pack in the first screen, and an apparently two-color pack in the second screen, and then receive a (surprise!) mono-color deck.

    Please display the packs with the minimal colors necessary to play all the cards and activate all their abilities; thus Librarian should display as mono-blue, At the Zoo as mono-green, etc.

    (I recognize that this mean the colors displayed during pack selection can't be just a simple aggregate of the color identities of the cards contained. But the "aggregate of all costs" algorithm above seems to this non-expert as easy enough to code.

    The same problem occurs in the Deck/Collection screen, but it's more fixable there because I know what cards I put in my decks. I don't know the Jumpstart packs until I've selected them, and by then it's too late.)
