How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  4. Freezing timer to win

    While playing in Standart, the opponent was somehow able to freeze the timer. This occurred right at the beginning of the match.

  5. Mythic Reward Mastery Pass

    When winning the Mythic card reward in the Mastery Pass Outlaws of Thunder Junction, I keep receiving Uncommons instead of Mythics. This happened several times - I was under the impression that this had been fixed with one of the latest patch updates.

    Any updates on this one?

  6. Case Of The Gateway Express vs. Rotpriest

    While in a matchup, I had 2x Venerated Rotpriest on the battlefield. The opponent played a Case Of The Gateway Express, and "targetted" my Rotpriest. There was no trigger and poisoning of the opponent. I do not believe that the Gateway Express is coded properly to interact with the Rotpriest. I have attached the capture log.

    My opponent only had 6 lands but when he cast shivan devastator, it got 9 1+1 tokens. I attached proof

    Instead of a game I get two sparkys and an empty board. See screenshot. Have tried this a handful of times in Brawl. This was in Chromatic Cube. I restarted and when I logged back in I had lost the game.

  9. Unleash the Inferno/Vaultborn Tyrant token bug

    Playing MTG Arena on Android tablet, I had killed my opponent's Vaultborn Tyrant on a previous turn. Next turn, I killed his Freestrider Lookout with Unleash the Inferno, and it immediately passed priority and didn't let me destroy the Vaultborn Tyrant token. I looked it up, tokens have a mana value of zero, any additional damage should have been able to destroy that token, it was an artifact with mana value zero. BUG.

  11. mindleech ghoul exploit bug

    i was playing a silver ranked game and BlitzTr00per has 2 necroduality's on the field they play mindleech ghoul and then get an exploit trigger and there timer doesn't trigger and they just sit at that point holding you *******

  13. Doppleganger

    I played Doppleganger for x = 3, and targeted 3 permanents on the field. One of them being my own legendary creature (which was enchanted), one was the enchantment (a pacifism like enchantment), and the final permanent was an opponent's creature. The next step was to attach the 3 enchantments to other permanents on the field, at which I became stuck in the selection screen. I choose 3 valid options, but it would not continue resolving Doppleganger. So naturally I attempted to select the 4th glowing card thinking I made a mistake.   14. Got both a win and a loss at the same time.

    I suspect this may have something to do with the queue. I entered the matchmaking queue, realized I had to do something and hit cancel. Came back 2-3 minutes later and entered the queue and got paired. I won the match, but when I got back to the draft screen my wins/prizing had increased, but so had my losses and my event was now supposedly over.

    I really wanted to play this deck more. :-(

  15. Terror of the Peaks is unable to be targeted by “Rona’s Vortex”

    1. Terror of peaks entered field while I still had 17 health. I targeted creature with RONAS VORTEX.(payed 1 blue mana).then, Instead of prompting to “pay 3 life” after initial mana cost, game said “unplayable cost” and only the cancel function was available. This allowed opponent to attack freely and turn the game around in one turn as I had no feasible counter.
    2. Playing on IOS app
    3. Expected results were to pay 3 health on top of the 1 blue mana for RONAS VORTEX and return TERROR OF THE PEAKS to the owners hand

  16. Talion is bugged

    Talion triggers on X spells even though he shouldn’t. My opponent chose 2, and Talion triggered when I cast Old Stickfingers for X=3. This should have had a mana value of 5 on the stack and Talion should not have triggered but it did.

  18. Roaming Throne

    Possibly related to another bug reported here "Preacher of the Schism Trigger Bug" , since I had two Preachers of the schism out, I got a roaming throne and a Sheoldred in play with a breach the multiverse and named Phyrexian. I attacked with the two Preachers which normaly are Vampire Clerics and they triggered twice each creating 4 total vampire tokens, while and most importantly there was a blue letter addition next to their type of Phyrexian. So they had become Vampire Cleric Phyrexian, and this is why they triggered twice. The bug is that they should not have…

  20. Card pair that is impossible to beat

    I recently played a game in which my opponant's first two cards played were "Exquisite Blood" (Whenever an opponant loses life, you gain that much life) and "Marauding Blight Priest" (Whenever you gain life, each opponant loses 1 life). As soon as those 2 cards were played (They were the first and only cards played in the game, except for a couple of land cards, btw) the match was over. It's a perpetual motion combo that continues feeding off each other until the other player reaches zero life. After his second card was played (in the 3rd round, I believe)…
