How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Frozen arena game cause me to lose last draft match due to timeout

    Lost real money cause of the gems. This game is so annoying and full of bugs. I'm just going to play something else. Please give me my money back.

  2. Cruelclaw's heist not in deckbuilder

    The new Bloomburrow card Cruelclaw's heist is not showing in the deckbuilder. I have tried setting the format to Standard, Explorer and Timeless and the card does not show in any of them.

  4. Bloomburrow Draft Disconnect

    I was playing bo1 draft games, when suddenly my game kinda froze, I could interact with board and cards, but my effects didnt want to go through. Irestarted my PC, but it happened again in the second game. After that i decided to restart my router, but it happened again in my third and final game. I cant concede and I have to wait for automatic disconnect. I checked my onternet connection and everything works fine. Can I get my gems back? Or can i get draft entry back?

  7. BUG - The orb has disappeared

    Hello,

    I got a bug when I tried to buy a card style on the mastery store. The orb has just disappeared but I didn't receive it.

  8. Product doesn't show up on screen and cannot zoom in to see cards

    Product doesn't show up on screen and cannot zoom in to see cards. When I was drafting the zoom doesn't work to see the cards so some of the cards didn't know what I was drafting and couldn't see the product in which I did on my screen totally glitched.

  9. Match issues

    Hello I am Strifferthechaos on mtg arena and there has been issues with the gameplay when in between games when side boarding when you have the deck done after side boarding when you hit done it returns to the previous screen where the game was taking place and won't go to the waiting screen when you select done at all. So i dont know if you guys are attempting to fix this if so do you guys have a time frame on it? ALso if you could send me any information to my email I would appreciate it.

  10. Bug/ Product Suggestion

    Waiting for server made me lose a Premier Draft match.
    Arena server malfunction made me lose a match in a Bloomburrow Premier Draft, in terms of the game i lost a whole turn because of this, and of course it is fatal in a limited game. I was using my Pc and while waiting for the server i was looking up this page on Google so i can say my connection was working. So i guess i should receive a refund because it was an Mtg Arena issue.

  12. 【デッキ編集】スタイル変更の仕様変更によってカード枚数が変更できない

    7月31日午前のバージョン更新後、
    「デッキ編集」画面の、デッキに登録済みのカード枚数の部分が
    スタイル変更によってキラキラ印が表示されるようになりましたが、
    その状態ではカード枚数が何枚なのか分かりません。

    また、以前は4枚未満の場合、カード枚数にカーソルを合わせると
    +マークが表示され、クリックで枚数追加が可能でしたが、
    現状では、何も表示されずクリックすると枚数が減少します。
    (これまで追加は数字部分、減数はカード名をクリックで可能だった)
    現行、スタイル変更されたカードを枚数追加するのはわざわざ
    画面左に該当カードを表示させて選択することになるので、
    非常に面倒になりました。
    キラキラ印で登録カード枚数を見えなくする必要があるのでしょうか。
    そして、減数は簡単なのに追加は面倒になったのは何故ですか。

    はっきり言って、改悪です。要修正だと思われます。

  14. Softlock when claiming

    When a game ends and I have rewards to claim, it lets me claim them but then gives me an empty page of things to claim that I cannot click out of and cannot move on from unless I close and restart the game (mobile)

  15. Texture bug and client crashes after updates

    1. Background texture missing, and some of the buttoms are in the same black color which is hard to distinguish.

    2. client crashes frequently while playing games (usually every turn, especially when the stack is high), but seems to work fine during drafting

  16. Bug on end of matches

    After update, The end of Best of three games freezes in reward screens. Click on claim button or in screen doesnt close it. Its necessary restart the app to continue to play. Im playing on Android. Configs displayed on screenshot.

  19. BUG: Fetch lands not crackable after nantuko usage

    Wooded foothills not useable after nantuko usage. Steps are as follows:

    Played Birds of paradise
    Bestowed Nantuko onto birds of paradise
    Played wooded foothills triggering landfall
    Created another copy of birds of paradise
    Copy of birds of paradise is now black font and gold name plated
    Wooded foothills no longer selectable or fetchable for follow up landfall trigger

    PLEASE look into this, this is a critical bug that cost me a game

    After last update framerate have dropped to 0.1 FPS on PC, or simple unresponsible window. Haven't had issues many years. Even with low graphic settings the same unplayable result.
