How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug
Estava a jogar pionner naquele formato que só se pode perder 3 vezes e o jogo por duas vezes bloqueia e nao me deixa voltar a batalha, até eu perder por time out. Perdi Moedas a conta disso peço que pelo menos me devolvam as moedas que gastei para entrar no evento. Obrigado

Lost Egg & Rollover Rewards
I logged in and just as I was seeing packs/cards/whatever pop up the app crashed. I opened the app a second time and saw my gift egg. As I clicked on it, the app crashed again. I am a new player and I have no idea what sort of packs/rewards/gifts/etc I was supposed to get. I have no idea if anything was added to my collection either as I am not seeing "New" above any of the cards in my collection. I'm pretty positive I should have had 1 Final Fantasy pack as a ranked or mastery reward but I…

Lost a Booster Pack
I had 10 Edge of Eternities booster packs. (6 from prerelease, 3 from the email, and 1 from the mastery track.
I tried to open one. It waited for a while, and then gave me a blank error message. I clicked the button to exit out of that and played a game or two. I returned to the Packs interface. I still had 10 booster packs. I opened one. It was slow, but the pack opened normally. However, after looking at the cards I opened, I only had 8 packs remaining.
I assume the problem is due to excessive load…

MTGAが起動できない
久遠の終端のダウンロードが終わって、プレオーダーで買ったものが解放されたところまでは進んだのですが、それ以降サーバーにアクセスできなくなり、ゲームができなくなりました。
以前も同様のことがPCでできて、iPhoneではできなくなったことがありました。今、PCがない状況なので、それ以上進めることができません。

Timeout On Android
I was disconnected from the service on Android, and when I click reconnect I am met with the following prompt: "Authentication failed for _username: Timeout". When I click reconnect again, all I get is a black screen.

Pack loading error
When I opened my 6 gold packs it showed the error prompt with only ok and when i clicked it my client glitched out and wouldn't let me join back and when i did my gold packs were gone with no new cards showing up when i looked, I'm on pc but I'm not sure I got anything from the pack.

Through the ages art style
Reprinted cards in FF under new name and art has a style that makes them mostly unreadable and unrecognisable. Even if you have "hide alternate art" checked they ate shown with this art on. Please make the "hide alternate art" option work for the through the ages reprints. Im aware of the "show simplified" option but its obnoxious.

Ishgaard - Sorcery Adventure does not count towards delirium with Patchwork Beastie
As described in title, Ishgaard’s Sorcery - Adventure portion is not being counted towards the delirium on Patchwork Beastie even though rulings per online say it should.

Deck Builder Card Count text is inaccessible (eg, “0/100”)
The red text on bronze background for the card count is so hard to read and definitely not accessible. Would be awesome to get a bug fix in for this.

sheltered by ghost
Enchanting my creature ( Fear of Isolation) with Sheltered by Ghosts caused my game to crash and continue to crash when I tried to reload the game. the game would only load without crashing after the timer running down caused me to forfeit the match. This happened in Standard ranked in 2 separate and consecutive games.
