How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Game animation lock
After any card that has an animation the game would freeze on that animation. Which would make it unplayable.

Since the last update (12 may), the game keeps freezing after I click on play. Never had this before. I'm on PC

Games freeze and crash since the last update
Since the last update (12 may) the game keeps freezing each time I click on play and then crash. I tried to lower the graphics but it keeps repeating. It is the first time I have a problem like this. I'm on PC.

Eaten Alive card not working.
I have seen a few times the card Eaten alive not working at all, the card doesn't exile creature objetive after sacrificing a creature.

FF Draft with omniscience emblem is broken
Most games one player doesn't even get a f@$&ing turn for crying out loud!

Games Do Not Connect on Mobile App
Since the final fantasy update I have not been able to connect to games. I am able to enter matchmaking and it seems to find an opponent, but it just hangs on “waiting for opponent” and never brings me to the actual game.

Draft
Can't use certain cards when exiled when card says you can use cards that are exiled. Card is Red Opera Love Song. Try using any other card in draft that exiles a card and return it. It will not work.

Ban all cards with a triggered ability that let a player draw a card in response to any condition
There is WAY too much cards draw in the format. Especially with easily triggered abilities like that of Caretaker's talent. Who cares if it's once per turn? Because there are multiple token producing lands in the format, and if there's nothing to do, suddenly is instant card advantage for no cost to the player's hand.

Unable to cast spells due to bugs/lag
Unable to cast spells. After I clicked on the spell, it is still my initiativ and then the turn just ends all of a sudden. My spell still seem to be on the stack but my opponent is taking his turn. On my turn I am able to click on a new card in hand; the spell "goes on the stack" (same as before). I now have two unresolved spells on the stack. I close the game and try to open it again, but now it cannot open. Connection is stable on my pc and other devices.

Daily Deal Pack
Went to buy the pack for 900 gold and the warning for the upcoming rotation popped up. Past that and purchased the pack and lagged for several seconds until a "Store Error" message popped up. Went to Main screen then Packs, nothing there. Back to Daily Deals and the pack shows Purchased.

Cant use full sideboard
During sideboarding, I can only see and use the first 7 cards in my sideboard despite having 15. The deck is saved as traditional timeless. Remaking the deck from scratch might fix the issue, but copying does not.

Did not receives level 59 Mastery pass reward
Did not receive aetherdrift mythic mastery cards upon leveling up to 59. Playing on mobile on iphone.

Bug with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild
Ashaya, Soul of the Wild lost all abilities due to Azure Beastbinder, but the other creatures were still Forests.

opponents creating loops timing out
Players shouldn't be able to weaponize effect loops and their resolution to beat their opponent by timing them out of the game thus forcing a forfeit.
If a player generates a recursive loop that THEY cannot interrupt, then it should count against THEIR timer to resolve it and not the player who didn't initiate the infinite loop.4 votes -
Dedicated Dollmaker bug
While playing ranked in high mythic I used Dedicated Dollmaker's ability to make all tokens I control indestructible but my token creature died from combat damage anyways, which costed me the game.
