Fix it ticket
Here's a brand spanking new idea I'm sure nobody has thought of... actually it's a 2-option idea... either let people chat instead of using childish emojis or FIX the game they screwed up! There's no strategy anymore. It's people copying peoples' decks. Sure anyone can do it but playing the same decks over and over from millions of people is just annoying. The game is dead from what it was. THEN... you guys royally effed it up by pandering to people to have uber-powerful decks. The balanced is screwed. There are so many destroy/exile cards now people create decks just…

Surveil Land Bugged
When using a Surveil land, when I tried putting the card in the graveyard, instead the card displayed as on top of my library and I was unable to target it.
This occurred on my Windows PC.
I should been able to target the card with my ghost vacuum, but instead only my opponent was able to target my spire industry.2 votes -
Mana flooding and time out.
1) I shouldn’t get Mana flooded in a deck with 20 lands in it 4 to 5 matches in a row! On Ranked or Non Ranked then what exactly am I being ranked on my luck?
2) I shouldn’t be getting ZERO mana in a deck with 24 lands and mana Excel! On ranked or any mode.
3) I shouldn’t have to wait for my opponent to completely time out to win a match!
4) Having a full time job means I can only get about 30 minutes to play at most a day I shouldn’t have to lose all…2 votes -

15 land deck, game 1, 9 land and 4 spells - lost. Game 2 4 spells 9 land - lost. Game 3 9 land 4 spells, lost. Every game I drew 9 land by 7
Shuffler doesn't work with DLC and 15 land decks. Refund me

Product suggestion
I suggest a 4 player brawl and a ranked system to brawl. I prefer brawl as I need only worry about one copy of a card. Yes there may be multiple cards with the same effect but only one can be had in each deck. Not sure what it would look like or if it would even be a part of the current ranking system, but I like receiving my rewards for reach platinum. Thanks for reading and I look forward to the future of MTG Arena.

Rng
Fix the Rng I drew 6 land in a row in a 20 land deck and drew 10 lands in a 24 land deck. I could take a pros deck and this still happens. You guys need to make a Public announcement on the state of your Rng because the game is as close to unplayable

Game Crash Mobile
Playing on my iPad the game has been crashing after matchmaking has completed and while entering the match. When restarting the app the game will load and try to enter the match but will again crash. If I wait until what I suspect is timing out from the match I can then restart the app.

Matches spontaneously ending mid match. Could be VPN gaming of the system.
Matches are spontaneously restarting or ended mid match. There is no progress captured; for example, if I need to play certain coloured spells to receive coins, the counter will not record the cards I played from said match. This is extremely frustrating and seems to happen when I'm winning a match. Rarely happens when I'm losing. See attached recordings. I think people are disconnecting from VPNs triggering the matches to end when they're losing.

Stop on upkeep doesn't work under some circumstances
The upkeep stop doesn't work if you will lose during your draw step. Instead of letting you pause during your upkeep to take an action, it instead just automatically makes you lose. I was just playing against a mill deck using a deck with burn spells, and they milled me out, but I could have untapped and killed them during my upkeep if the stop had worked. But it didn't. So instead of winning, I lost. This is not some obscure interaction. Letting players take actions during their upkeep is a fundamental part of the game and comes up often.…

Enduring Tenacity are not returning to the battlefield. The cards are exiling instead of becoming and enchantment.

stuck on waiting for opponent
I am stuck on waiting for opponent, spent more than 10 minutes per time, I restarted MTGA 2 times and always the same, I also tried to start Arena on my android smartphone and the problem is still the same, I start the game and it goes directly to the match and it stucks on waiting for opponent

Block Players
It can be hard to keep on top of bugs, exploits, OP'd cards & 'cheat' metas, and toxic player behavior. I'd really love at least the option to block a player and never be paired again with someone spamming 'your go' at me, metagaming with some endless loop instant-win combo, Scute Swarm, or Second Sun, or purposely trying to annoy the opponent into quitting by taking a full timer every single turn. Please give us a block option along with a friendlist that prefers friends in random matches.

Limited match dropped mid match
Playing game of limited, was about to win when the game dropped. No option to reconnect. Client was unresponsive several times during match. Returned to draft homepage with a game loss. Incredibly frustrated.

I lose a game instead of the opponent
I had 15 life when I destroyed a card with ward - Pay 7 life. My life got to 8 and after that the opponent had 0 cards in the deck. When I passed my turn, suddenly my life turns 0 and I lose the game.

second main phase auto ending
After combat I activated the abilities on my Sinister Monolitchs (2) drew 4 cards, played a land (mnt) and had a soccery I could cast with it or with an existing untapped land (Tectonic Hazard) which would have taken out the other player. Right after the mnt hit the table my second main phase ended and passed turn.

A win in the premier draft became a loss.
When winning from a 3-2 loss situation in the premier draft at the mtg arena, the win and loss were processed simultaneously and the draft ended as a 4-3 loss.

Cannot Connect
Stuck at launch screen since update started today (12/12). Device is irrelevant, reinstall is irrelevant - have used all prior troubleshooting articles. Customer service won't help
