How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Opponent ropes, warning message, attention please
Opponent ropes, warning message, when opponent finishes roping the options button disappears, music and animations "companion" still work but no other way to interact. Android tablet. Have repaired game files, 3 times now, can't play. Your attention would be appreciated.

Force of Negation is not usable in Timeless because I crafted the OG art, not Avatar
Title. I can't use my 4 copies of FoN. Arena removed all my copies from all my decks. I would like to play the card.

companions not showing up
When I open a deck (on PC, Steam, Windows) I can't see any of my companions, and I can't change from the default. None of my other companions show up in that area. This happens on both of my computers.

"Show Phases" Option Not Working
After I switch accounts by logging out from the MTGA client and signing into a different one I am unable to see phases as the options disables itself. When I go to click on the option to show phases, it disables itself once I click out of the menu.

Avatar Limited draft redeemed now event missing after deck drafted and 30 mins of queuing wasted.
Just spent 10k currency and built the limited draft deck, spent 30 mins queuing and now the event is missing along with the drafted deck.

"What an adventure!" Bug
that weird light thing keeps popping up every time I hit home, it tells me “What an adventure!” You're well on your way to being a great plainswalker" “You've got a quest! If you complete it, you'll get a reward.” “click here to play a game.”

Is this a scam and why is it showing up after every single time I arrive at the menu? ie: every time after a game

Brushwagg is getting brushed
I need to join in the frustration of missing out on Brushwagg as a companion for MTG Arena. I guess the word would be "textures" and these "textures" have changed to a pink silhouette. I take great pride in having Brushwagg accompany me during my in-game play, and would politely ask that "the powers that be" make the necessary modifications in an upcoming update, to include him as the choiciest companion for us.

Companions not loading
My companions do not come up at all when I go to that section when editing a deck. They come up just fine from my profile, but not when I want to apply one to a deck when editing. PLEASE FIX THIS

Hi, my non-avatar copies that I crafted of force of negation and dark depth are disappeared. in fact my decks are invalid at the moment.

South Wind Avatar's life gain trigger didn't happen on other creature's death, lost me a draft because of it.
South Wind Avatar did not give me life when a creature died and i lost a draft because of it.

I need a refund
The game does not work. I have payed 1500 gems for an Avatar Premium Draft that i can not play, and now the event have even been taken down. Give me back my gems.

Game freezing
Since a few days, I often experience Arena freezing mid-game (Android Phone). This happens once every 3-5 matches at random times. Usually I manahe to restart the game in time to rejoin the match, but just now it did not work and I was awarded a loss. This is quite frustrating as it was in a premier draft event that I paid for.

game freezes randomly, was on token sacrafice but now its a plethora of game actions that freeze
use to freeze on token sac, now its just any random sac. I've literally made a mono green deck with no token generation to try and play a game and its still persisting.

omniscience quick draft is falling
Avatar omniscience quick draft is falling
I I entered the Avatar Quick Draft event with the Omniscience emblem, but the program wouldn’t let me finish it. Every time I started a match, the timer froze and the game wouldn’t begin. I wasn’t able to complete the event despite having no losses.

MTG Arena Status - not working
The website https://magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io/ is not working probably. When i go to the website, it tells me "All systems operational", even though they are not. The Avatar Premier Draft game I was just playing crashed, and now I cant enter a new one. I have seen others complain about it. Still the website says that there are no problems...

Bandit's Talent Cannot Choose Option
After playing Bandit's Talent, and then leveling it up to Level 2, the "Choose One" screen appears. However, both options are unable to be selected (even though the required mana is available), the cancel button doesn't work either. The only available button is "View Battlefield", which appears to fix it, however, from there all that can be done is "View Battlefield" (showing the browser again instead of the battlefield) which brings the option screen back up. From there, the game is fully softlocked, and the only option to proceed is to concede. I have duplicated this twice now.

GOLDEN
GOLDEN PACK - DUPLICATE PROTECTION MALFUNCTIONING.
I have a full 4x collection of all standard sets from Avatar thru Bloomburrow. I opened 7 Golden packs today, and received 7 x 20gem cards with Avatar icons on the bottom of them. The remaining cards were appropriate.
Aren't duplicate protections for Golden packs supposed to kick the Rares and Mythics down to all available standard sets before turning cards into gems? Those Gem's should have instead been 7 Rares from OTJ thru WOE. In the past, all of the rares would have defaulted to OTJ, but I'm not sure that is expected.

boiling rock rioter unable to cast allies it has exiled
When in a sealed event with the new avatar set I played Boiling Rock Rioter. I used his ability several times to exile Ally creature cards from my opponents graveyard including Appa steadfast guardian and Poxbearers. I was playing white and black and had the lands necessary to cast some of these ally spells however when I attached with the rioter the trigger went on the stack and then I was not given an option or window to cast said spells. Am I missing something?

Bug with sealed draft gems/packs
I’m having issues with receiving gems/packs after wins for sealed avatar event. I’ve gotten 3 wins so I should have won multiple packs and gems but haven’t. This is for IOS

Premier Draft Deck Building Screen Issue
On the deck building screen for the currently ongoing Avatar Premier Draft, if you edit your deck and then move to the deck details screen, you will no longer be able to return to the editing screen, and the only way to return is to select Change Deck.
