How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Reward count not working
The daily win reward and killing opponent creatures reward is not working.

Unable to block
Arena hung today during a Bo1 ECL game; when I reconnected, I could not block. Tapping my creatures did not select them, to be precise. I lost the game as a result (ending my draft). This was in iOS after today's update.
Please refund my draft cost.

My companions are not showing, it will only let me use my default companion

Daily/Weekly Quests doesn't appear - Bug
Every day, I try to check my daily mission in the game, but it simply doesn't appear. I can't collect my coins, and it's frustrating. I'll have to stop playing the game.
I've tried everything: reinstalling, logging out, installing on iOS, but it's always the same. Either the mission doesn't appear, or the mission space appears but the mission is never there; it always says it's counting down to a new one, but I never get the reward.
I have a friend in the exact same situation, and you haven't given him any answer.
PS: I've already finished the tutorial…

Game freezing
Game is freezing during combat for me, with no way to fix.
I need to close and reopen the game and hope I haven't skipped any phases - this has cost me losses in both of my last 2 ECL premier drafts. This is on Android and it's only happened since TMNT updated on Arena.
Can I get a refund or something?

I can't buy gems (get a problem with with paypal)
I want to buy some gems, and connect to the paypal window, but after entering my email address and my password, the window stay blank...(white), I don't see the payment page.

full screen mode not staying active
Full screen mode will not stay active no matter how many times i go in a reset it to full screen every single time the screen changes scenes it goes back to windowed mode. How do I fix this

Sideboarding bug
While playing best of three alchemy games, during sideboarding I’m only able to add cards from my sideboard to my deck but not remove cards. I’m playing on iOS mobile device

Authentication failure: timeout for Arena on iOS
The Arena app for iOS keeps saying “unable to login” due to an authentication error, “Timeout” for my account. I was playing normally this morning when the app went dark after my match, and kept showing this error message. I reset, logged out and back in, and then later reinstalled the app, but the same error keeps happening. The app will appear as a black screen for a few seconds, then display the error message, and when trying to “reconnect” (the middle button on the display), the screen goes black and features three empty buttons. ALGORITHM NEEDS TO GO AWAY
GET RID OF THE ALGORITHM! Balance the game with the ban list like the good lord intended. You have collected enough of my money to hear me out on this. I’m sick of crafting decks just for them to be targeted by the same cards over and over. How is that fun? Remove the algorithm and let us play the game.

Game is hanging for no reason
Get your **** show in order WOTC. I have spent money in good faith that the product you offer will work correctly. I have started 7 total games today and 5 of the 7 have been with 3 separate decks. The first deck froze two times out of 3 games when all I did was tap to activate an earthbent Fabled Passage. In both games.
The next deck, froze once and finished one.
3rd deck if froze two consecutive games around turn 5. All the freezes have taken place after stabilizing or when I am attacking in with lethal trying…12 votes -
Unable to remove cards in Bo3
After updating my game to version 2026.59.0.6120.1270750 on the android play store, I played two best-of-three ranked standard matches. In both matches, in between games, I was able to click on cards in my sideboard to add them to my deck, but unable to click on cards in my deck to move them from the sideboard, resulting in being forced to play with a deck with more than 60 cards. Fullscreen setting doesn't stick
On Windows 10, playing game through Steam for PC, when I change the graphics setting to fullscreen it stays that way only for the tab you are on. For example, on the main game bar at the top you select the "Packs" tab and enable full screen it will remain that way while on that tab. The moment you switch to another tab such as "Home" or "Store" it will revert to a windowed version of the game when it gathers data from the server. Game is not awarding wins in midweek magic event or quest progress.

Final Win to obtain Mythic not awarded
I needed one win to advance to mythic; got the win and...no ranking update on the Victory screen. Looked at my rank and I was still Diamond 1 with one win needed. This was on iOS - I'm reporting here because the drop down menus don't work on my phone. Please advance me to Mythic. Thank you.

App keeps crashing since new update
Since the new update (02/25/2026), app keeps crashing on opening screen. I've tried force stop/ restart to the same effect. After checking multiple times, it seems to to happen at the "loading initial scene" part of the loading screen.
This issue is happening on Android for me and so far I haven't made it any further than the losing screen.

Got the wrong packs as reward!!!
Suposed to get 3 lorwin packs as 4th mastery pass reward, received edge of eternities instead. Would like the 3 packs of new set.
