How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. We present solutions to 183 cases of Korean mistranslation.

    I am a user who is having fun playing MTG in Korea.

    But I'm tired of your hundreds of mistranslations. so I checked your DB files and distributed translation modification patches.

    Nevertheless, I report like this to solve the situation that cannot be solved by mistranslation and user patches pouring out every patch.

    I noted the record that needs to be changed by referring to your DB table.

  4. Graveyard Priority Lag

    When playing (Bloomburrow Premier Draft, around 4-6pm on 7/30/23) and the other player has priority, I've been unable to click on the graveyard apart from seeing the top card. Once priority passes to me, or some other unknown period of time triggers, the graveyard is shown to me, even if several minutes/phases later. When it's my priority, I'm freely able to view their graveyard as normal.

  6. Planeswalker UI bug

    The match runs smoothly on iOS with app version 2025.44.50.2035.1111663, but as soon as an opponent casts a planeswalker the art gets stuck in the stack area and any spell cast after that doesn’t go to the field. Screenshots below are either on my turn or while my opponent resolved other spells/abilities

  7. Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.

    Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

  9. Achievements Awards not being given

    Several Achievements Awards are not being given, as seems you already know based on previous reports. Two more that have not been awarded are Test of Endurance and Going Wide, as shown in the attached image. Also, if colors don't matter (based on Green's "Count on it" being awarded to me for counters on white creatures), there are others as well.

  10. No message to claim foundations starter decks

    A friend of mine got me interested in the game when me told me he received 10 foundations starter decks. After creating my account and unlocking game modes I did not have the inbox message to claim the cards

    Am I out of luck on all the free cards?

  11. Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch

    Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner's art was removed from E: BLC during today's patch 8/20/2024. As a huge fan of Mono G I was wondering if this was intentional or just a bug? Attached is the missing art from E: BLC that was there from the prior patch, Kiora search from today's patch, and E: BLC search from today's patch.

  12. Cube draft is gone after update

    I just did the update for dragons of tarkir (04/01/2025) and cube draft option is gone. It should be going until April 8th. It's no longer in events. Screen shot from 2:30 PM EDT April 1st 2025.

  13. Worn Edges

    I utterly hate that you do not give us the option to change from worn black/white edges to purely black edges. It is aesthetically unappealing when I have to see worn edges on cards that are in game. Please change it back to purely black or give us the option to toggle this on/off. Sincerely, an OCD player

  14. Scuffed/worn border visual effect applied without me choosing and unable to turn off

    I was versing an opponent in best of 3 single match standard ranked. They had the scuffed border visual effect. I had normal borders. Something happened during the game and suddenly my borders became scuffed, and now it's like that for all my matches and I can't find the option to turn it off.

  15. Could not see or block bestow creature after it fell off

    Could not interact or block a bestow creature once it feel off it was hidden behind a card on field and couldn’t even see it attacking. I play on iPhone

  16. Busy Visuals Needing Alternatives

    I am concerned about the busy backgrounds that include flashing, spinning, bright, or otherwise erratic animations on the playing field for matches.
    These types of animations, while being enjoyed by some, are also unwelcoming to parts of our community with forms of neurodivergence, visual impairments, and neurological disorders.
    These make gameplay at times hard to focus on, and the solution to this would seem to be a straightforward option where a “simplified visuals” option would allow a calming background while disabling animations for a player.

    1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

    Scenario 1. When joining games
    Step 1. Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
    Step 2. Click play to wait for a game
    Result. Game gets out of Full Screen

    Scenario 2. When leaving games
    Step 1 (in game). Settings > Graphics > Full Screen
    Step 2 (after the game ends). Leave game
    Result. Game gets out of Full Screen

  18. Disconnection from game that sends back to home screen

    It's been going on for a while. During a match, i would randomly see a "waiting for server" message, that then results to fade to black into the home screen. This happens roughly 1/3 of the games and it makes playing ladder or any events impossible. I attach a file from such occasion, which resulted into a game loss.

    Please fix as soon as possible, the game is unplayable in this condition.

    I bought the field of Rune skin from the store and it's not letting me apply it in my decks. I can see I own it but it doesn't apply it.
