How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. All-Out Assault and Mobilize

    All-Out Assault gives you an extra attack. Mobilize creates tokens that die at EOT. There does not seem to be any reason that the tokens created in the first combat step shouldn't be able to attack during the extra combat step, but they are unable to.

    I can't get MtGA to start since the last update because it crashes during startup.

  5. watery grasp from exile

    used watery grasp on a creature (yuyan archer),
    bounced the watery grasp with airbend lesson
    put watery grasp on another creature (combustion man)
    combustion man was able to untap as normal during untap step
    watery grasp not stopping enemy creature from untapping
    watery grasp played normaly will keep a creature tapped
    pc steam

  6. Bug: Verilax the Havenskin and Questing Beast

    Questing Beast on the Field and still Verilax the Havenskin able to prevent damage and place counters.
    NOTE: I was using Shifting Woodland as a copy of Questing Beast at the time, in case that matters.

  7. Merata Neuron Hacker - Artifacts at Instant Speed without Flash

    Just played a game on PC where my opponent had Merata and on my turn would always tap it to cast an artifact for free, but the artifact did not have Flash and no other effect would allow casting at Instant speed.

  8. Ban Doc Aurlock in Standard (or at least BO1)

    This enablement with airbending leads to extremely lengthy turns with no win condition in sight as a player often times slowly assembles a stack of 1/1 tokens and eventually passes the turn or worse (exploit/glitch?) causes their opponent to timeout and lose the ability to react. The latter occurs if the opponent has a response that they must continuously acknowledge. The airbending player never seems to time out and can perform the loop as frequently as they wish while causing their opponent to timeout (certain circumstances). This playloop is reminiscent of copycat in Kaladesh Standard or in more recent times…

  10. Scrap Trawler is bugged with toph the first metalbender

    Toph the first metal bender is bugged with scrap trawler seeing cards mana value as zero when they are lands. My opponent got back meteor sword off of the death trigger of meteor sword which is impossible

  11. Assassins Trophy unable to target Syr Vondam, Sunstar Exemplar

    by time Vondam was a 5/5 i was waiting for combat to kill it with assassins trophy. even under full control (and having the available mana to cast *** trophy) there was no stop halt to target before the damage step. This happened multiple turns.

  12. Limited + Cube; Imbalanced Rewards

    With Cube Rewards, regardless of wins, you should get at least 6 random boosters. Similar to how you draft, you should get close to 45 cards added to your collection. (True in Best of 1 and Best of 3)

    Then for rewards. I would recommend 1 game win, 0.2 kgems. 2 game wins, 0.5 kgems.

    Premier draft and Cube should be fun AND rewarding then you feel you are not getting anything.

    By not playing Limited, I realise how soul sucking this mode is of MTGA. Fixing the rewards would make this more enjoyable.

  13. When I open packs of the foundations set I keep getting bugs

    When I open packs for foundations set I keep receiving cards that I already have 4 of instead of a wildcard or a card will be labelled new when I already have at least one. The latest example was today I received a vampire nighthawk when I already have 4

  14. Valgavoth ward failed to work

    Valgavoth is in play. It says ward: sacrifice 3 non-land permanents. Other player only had 2 non-land permanents in play. They cast hidden hands to tap Valgavoth but sacrificed nothing.

  15. Ultimecia Not Transforming

    1. Have Ultimecia, Time Sorceress and Y'shtola Rul in play. At first end step, target Ultimecia with Rhul's ability. When Ultimecia returns to the field, its ability will ask you if you want to pay 4UUBB and exile cards to transform it. Proceed with paying 4UUBB and exiling 8 cards from your graveyard. Would expect Ultimecia to transform at this point, however it does not. When second end phase triggers, I even selected Rhul with her own ability to see if Ultimecia would transform now, but it still didn't transform. I did not receive an additional turn from paying Ultimecia's ability…

  16. Ozor, Chronicler of Collapse bugged

    Was in a game with Ozor, Chronicler of Collapse on the battlefield as well as a Wekhdu, Midnight Hunter which was flashed out after the opponent targeted Ozor with Perilous Lunge. Ozor therefore had hexproof get activated, in response the opponent targeted Wekhdu with a different removal spell in which I responded with Secret Identity to give it hexproof. However even thought Wekhdu survived, Ozor lost its hexproof letting the Lunge connect killing it ultimately resulting in a game loss.

  17. Alchemy packs

    EOE alchemy packs are not giving correct rare cards. I'm still missing rares from EOE alchemy and EOE standard. I just opened two packs, and received gems instead of rares. I should have received EOE alchemy rares, or if EOE alchemy set complete should have received EOE standard rares.

  18. Unholy Annex Bug

    I'm playing on PC. The matches are Standard Ranked BO1 and the bug appears when I try to play Unholy Annex. When I attempt to play the card, it starts glowing, and after that, I can no longer cancel the action or do anything else. This has happened in the last 3 matches where I tried to use the card.

  19. Shuffler

    Please fix your shuffler. I've tried and tried again to tell you this but i should not be beating statistical odds every single day. I shouldn't be seeing over half my mana base in the top 20 cards of my deck when I only run 20-21 lands. On such a consistent basis. And my opponents see a 3- full playset of their liliana of the veil in their top 12. It just doesn't seem like the shuffler is programed to randomize your deck at all. But either forces your win or loss.
