How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Chandra , Awakened Inferno -X ability didn't exile creature.
Used Chandra's -X ability to kill Atsushi, the Blazing Sky. The creature died, went to graveyard and triggered its death ability instead of putting it in exile. I believe this is an error because Chandra, Awakened Inferno Reads " Deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker. If a permanent dealt damage this way would die, exile it instead."

WHERE are…my GOLD pack?!
When I logged in to buy $50.00 in gems, twice, and packs as a gift for myself for my birthday this year. I was disappointed that I didn’t get the gold packs I should have gotten from them! I’m missing about 7-8 since I purchased 75-80 packs!
MOSTLY neon dynasty(x45), since I was trying to fill it in, but Theros: Beyond Death(x15), and Dominaria(x15).
I WANT MY GOLD PACKS!!!

Raven of Fell Omens // Deep-Cavern Bat
I had a Raven of Fell Omens in play and cast a Deep-Cavern Bat expecting the raven's ability to trigger. It did not. The bat clearly targets the opponent...

Connection issues
I get constant connection issues despite high availability and high speed internet access. I got no problems with other game servers. Lost several games due to client timeouts that I didn't cause. The client just gets unresponsive and gives me timeouts after any game actions without the chance to interact. Game currently is unplayable this way.

Cleric Class Bug with level 3 upgrade
Cleric class when i upgraded to level 3 seemed to have put my creature cards that were exiled with Path of exile back into my graveyard. Seemed like this could be an issue! This was on pc.

Sideboard not displaying correctly again
May 7, 2024, 15:00 UTC. containing the Alchemy: Thunder Junction card set. Then the sideboard doesn't display correctly again.

On Mac. Best-of-3 match. Cannot sideboard in Japanese Mystical Archive card style of Negate. Works using other card versions/styles

Error updating data
Error Updating Data
Starting july 12 2024, the game locks me out while loading, with that message, despite my internet connection being stable, with both WiFi and mobile network.
Playing on an Android phone
Tried closing the app, and launching again, didn't work. Tried restarting phone, once again, didn't work. Finallt tried uninstalling and installing the app again, didn't work again.1 vote -
When a creature perpetually loses all abilities (including escape) with Patriar's Humiliation, it still allows them to use the ability.
The reason this happens is because the mana values aren't greyed out. The text is, but they can still click the mana and use the escape ability even though it's greyed out.

Heliod not giving +1/+1 to Bishop of Wings
Heliod, Sun-Crowned did not place a +1/+1 counter onto Bishop of Wings.

Land had summoning sickness
Played a basic land, was my fifth land on the board. Tried to play insatiable avarice for both spree abilities. Wouldn't let me tap my 5th land to do so. It was a basic land so didn't come in tapped. They didn't have any abilities out to cause this to be happening. Tried canceling and playing it again, still didn't work.

BUG: Unfair matchups due to MMR not going down
MMR is meant to give people a fair matchup. And yet, my overall win rate this season is 40%, which is absolutely awful. I'm a long-time player, so normally my MMR should be quite settled. Somehow this season is different, probably because my mmr had a slight spike previous season and now it refuses to go down, resulting in very unfair matchups.

Magic The Gathering Arena Reads my Display name incorrectly.
So my Display name is set to be "" and when I was setting it as such I wanted the name "". However, the way that my name is read by the system reads as ""#
In order to test this, just try adding my profile, and you'll see that the hashtag is included in my name for some reason. (which isn't part of the name I set)

Too many hackers/cheaters and no way to report or ban them
MTGA has always been a cheaters paradise but now every mode is close to unplayable.
There is not a single mode where you can use standard decks without being matched against a hacker who just rigs the match.
For the record I like the concept of deck building. But it should be reserved for ranked and super competitive play, where it belongs, with all the butthurts who can't handle losing.
A "casual mode" would be handy where both players are limited to standard decks.- This is a card game - you never get beaten on skill, you get beaten by…

Prowess malfunction
Why if I plot ''slickshot show-off'' into a prowess creature it does not proc the prowess ability?? since plotting says i can play without cost the card as a sorcery shouldnt i be able to proc the prowess keyword of other creatures?? Thank you
