How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Fabled Passage Priority and Timing Out

    Played as the first land in a game, Fabled Passage priority is holding and allowing my opponent to sit and wait without their Timer going off. It's just a game of chicken to see if I'll concede! NOOOO

  2. We need a game mode just for fun, without achievements or meta decks

    Hi! I've been seeing other people mentioning it too, so I'm making this suggestion here.
    We need a game mode where we can play just for fun (with humans, not Sparky bot) in fair matches. Ranked is for competition, so we have all the meta decks there: the goal is to win. Play could be just for playing, but since it has the daily achievements and wins, we see meta decks there too and we often get matched in unfair matches. So if we get creative, and brew new decks, and we want to give them a try, we're matched…

  3. Kinnan, Gwenna, and Foretell cards

    Setup: Turn Player controls "Gwenna, Eyes of Gaea" that isn't affected by summoning sickness (i.e. can tap for mana as per its ability), and a "Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy". Player must have exactly one untapped mana source besides the Gwenna (in my case where I discovered this, it was a Basic Snow Forest), and they must have a card with Foretell in their hand (in my case, it was Ravenform). Bug was experienced on Windows 11 Steam version of Arena.

  4. Lathril, Blade of the Elves alternate art thumbnail squashed on battlefield

    There is a bug displaying Lathril, Blade of the Elves' alternate art while on the battlefield. The art thumbnail vertically squashes the full art to a square aspect ratio instead of using the cropped upper portion as expected. See screenshot.

  5. “Turbo Mana” Achievement Bugged

    Achievement not received after playing a 6 mana creature spell with only 3 lands in play. I had 3+ ‘mana dorks’ on battlefield and was playing blue/green in the Starter Duel event. This has occurred twice.

  8. Apocalypse Runner buff

    Playing in Aetherdrift draft. Apocalypse Runner buff (just the lifelink part) stops affecting the power 2 or less creature if it has its power altered by the opponent even if it's reduced. I had this trigger in multiple matches against different opponents.

  9. Inappropriate Draw

    I was playing against a mono black deck. They had an unholy annex on the board and were at 2 life. I was at 16. They played rankles prank and selected for each player to sac 2 creatures. They had no creatures. I sac’ed my two creatures. Then they went to zero life (I’m assuming the annex triggered). But Arena declared it a draw.

  10. Too much internet data usage on desktop PC

    I'm having internet issues so I cant use my normal internet connection.

    So I used my mobile-hotspot to share internet to my desktop computer.
    As opening the game, it downloaded some package (~60MB), ok no problem, I play 3 brawl games. Win11 Its reporting that the MTGA has consumed almost 1GB of internet connection just TODAY... I just played a couple of games...

    What is the app doing ? streaming my matchs ??
    WHY its consuming SO MUCH BANDWIDTH??

  11. Drafted card won't add to deck

    Drafted in the MTGA Cube on PC. I drafted the card Ziatora's Proving Ground. After the draft and going into deck building, I am unable to add the card to the deck. It says that I need to purchase the style in order to play the card. I am also unable to change the card style.

  12. Vollbildmodus kann nicht beibehalten werden

    Wenn ich im Hauptmenü den Vollbildmodus einstellen, wird diese Einstellung beim Ladevorgang verworfen und der Bildschirm wird wieder klein. Während einer Partie kann ich in den Vollbildmodus wechseln, doch danach wird die Einstellung wieder zurückgenommen. Ich möchte das Spiel zu jeder Zeit im Vollbildmodus verwenden.

    Hat jemand eine Idee? Ich benutze einen widescreen Monitor.

  13. Magic the Gathering Arena Percentage Lowest Mythic Rank 5% – Achieved 5% in Mythic Historic Rank

    Hey everyone! I’m super excited to share that I’ve finally reached the lowest 5% in the Mythic Historic rank on MTG Arena! My account is Mythic#48200, and I’m honestly thrilled about this milestone. Now, I’ve got a plan: I want to tank my MMR by intentionally losing games so that climbing in the next season will be way easier. My goal is to make my future matches a breeze, and I’m hoping the community can help me figure this out.

    Does anyone know how many games I should lose right away to drop my MMR enough that I can win…

  14. terisian mindbreaker

    I discarded my terisian mindbreaker with Jace Reawakend. It showed as castable next to my hand cards that same turn (but I didn't have mana to do this).
    Next turn when I wanted to unearth it the mindbreaker was in the exiled pile (and uncastable).

    Since my win condition was unearthing the mindbreaker and attacking and then the next turn exhausting riverchurn monument this cost me my win.

    Please check what went wrong. I cannot see anyway how that card could have gotten exiled.

  15. During ranked games the server will disconnect on my opponents end and leave the game frozen. I end up having to concede or wait an eternity

    The server often disconnects leaving the game frozen. I am unable to make any plays even though I am still able to click on cards and pull them up. It then says "waiting for server" and then kicks me out and records a loss for my ranking. It seems like this is an ongoing problem that has never been addressed. A little suspicious if you ask me. I would appreciate someone addressing this as the majority of the complaints involve server crashes and players not receiving their rewards. Because my screen was frozen I was unable to attach my log,…

  20. Midnight Mangler flood the engine

    Midnight Mangler getting enchanted with Flood the Engine shows all abilities as greyed out (lost) yet it still turns into a creature during the opponent's turn (meaning its still getting effected by its static ability).
