How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. sword of body and mind immune to colorless for some reason

    I was in a match and my colorless 3/2 artifact attacked, and was destroyed by a 1/1 wielding the sword of body and mind, making it a 3/3. It SHOULD have been destroyed as they both had power 3 and mine wasn't a color it was protected by. Instead my unit was destroyed and their suffered no effect. The item is bugged. Please fix this!

    Aconteceu duas vezes hoje, ao castar o "Pacto demoniaco" o jogo me desconecta da partida. Ambas as vezes vieram do tutor Rogar ao Espelho

  3. wild cards received not counted

    I received 4 packs at the end of the march 2025 season, opened them and visually received 3 wild cards inside, but it didnt add them to my total wild cards count on top of the screen.

  4. Rotroot Priest bug - multiple poison counter triggers

    When the opponent targeted his own Rotroot Priest, there were at least 4 triggers which caused poison counters. The ability is only supposed to trigger one time.

  5. Card Rewards Not Received with Mastery Pass

    Card rewards not received at max level Aetherdrift pass. Did not receive mythic card reward at level 58

  6. missing cards

    I'm building a Deck, and I exange Wild cards to get the missing cards.
    I was missing only the special land cards. And today I checked and I was missing 3 Manifold Mouse (I exanged one again, with the last wild card I aquired).

  8. Timer

    Why does the timer give so many half extensions. I played a game the opponent had 3 time extensions. He was going to lose and so ran the clock till all extensions were depleted. Then it moved to next phase and started his timer over. When it ran out instead of passing though phases it gave him a half extension. Then it moved to his turn. which he did nothing and I watched his timer run out. Which he then he got a half extension AGAIN(keep in mind he already used his 3 time extensions) before running though the turn.…

    arrows to navigate menus sometimes are glitched, still functional just visual. On steamdeck desktop mode, everything up too date and repair game files did not solve

  10. Match ended in a draw randomly?

    I was about to win a game via combat damage but before the animation played my opponent spammed emotes and it suddenly ended in a draw. The animation and life total reduction played out behind the draw splash. I still got the win reward I think but this is very wierd.

  11. Bug: Game Mechanic breaking when using The Stone Brain.

    Broken Game Mechanic. Using The Stone Brain on Hare Apparent, went to choose all the rest of the Hare Apparent from opponent's deck, when I got to the 4th click, the game ended the process. I was unable to select the rest of them (beyond 4).
    The card isn't broken, the game's process is.
    looks like there might be a check that sees it was 4 and doesn't take into account cards you can have more than 4 of.

  12. Bug playing standard event

    I was playing a game in standard event and suddenly the game started "thinking" and cut me out of the game taking.
    After that i played another game, i won and when i came back the sistem count a "loss" of the game that i was kicked

  13. March 31 BLB pack deal did not progress golden pack

    I bought a BLB pack in the Daily Deals store for 10% off (900 gold) and it did not advance my golden pack progress. I was at 6/10 packs prior, and am still at 6/10 packs, even after reloading Arena.

  14. Disconnect and game loss

    I was playing a game on "Cube Draft", when my game crashed while using a brainstorm and I was not reconnected to the game, returning to the cube's home screen. After a few seconds the game marked a loss for me.

  16. Golden pack progress not awarded for Daily Deal pack on 3/31/25

    The Daily Deals on 3/31/25 included a Bloomburrow pack, but no golden pack progress was awarded for purchasing it. I've seen a few other people on Reddit mention they experienced the same issue.

  17. Bought a Deck through the shop

  18. Bug Quick Draft

    Bug quick draft spark, I completed two quick drafts and the mission was not completed, I ended up losing gold resources trying to finish, could you fix or update the mission to complete the remaining spark missions, thank you!!

  19. Deadly Cover-Up & Enduring Tenacity

    Deadly Coved-Up stopped my Enduring Tancity from returning as an enchantment. I don’t think that correct. When it died, it should return as an enchantment. Not go to the graveyard, let the dude pick it to exile, and then exile all of them from my deck.

  20. Crystalline Barticade

    This card is supposed to prevent all non-combat damage to creatures i control. However it is not doing it correctly.
