How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

    Dear MTG-Employes!

    During the "Finding a Table Screen" while queuing for the Arena Cube Draft:
    The timer fuse ran down to 0:00 althought all the players were already "ready". Then the Draft didn't startet.

  4. Card Style Forced Me to Re-aquire Card with a Wildcard

    I bought a new card style for a card that I had in one of my Brawl decks - Vraska Golgari Queen. The style I bought was the Bloomburrow one today in a daily deal with Vraska as a snake. I tried to apply it to the card and I had to remove the card from my deck and re-add it, which ended up being a struggle with a lot of trial and error. When I finally got the card added to the deck with the style, it told me that the deck had a card in it that wasn't…

  5. Quick Draft Quest

    The quick draft quest is still not working. I used my 5K gold to do the Aetherdrift quick draft, went 4/3, did not receive any progress on the "complete 3 quick draft matches" quest or my 1K gold. I play on PC and my Iphone. Also, when I click into the quest to be navigated, nothing happens, I just remain on the home screen tab. Please fix.

  6. Not-so-silly connection issue

    Today, the issues with connection to the server before, during, and after the matches are more frequent, and it is practically impossible to play regularly. I don't know, maybe it's part of the April Fool's celebrations. Instead of creating not-so-silly card skins, please try to work better on your game, which is becoming worse and unplayable day by day.

  7. Bug Report – "Angel of the Dread Hour" (French Version) Exiles Attacking Creatures, Not Artifacts

    Hello Wizards Support Team,

    I would like to report an issue with the French version of the card Angel of the Dread Hour in Magic Arena.

    In the French translation, the card text says:

    "Quand cette créature arrive sur le champ de bataille, si vous l'avez lancée depuis votre main, exilez tous les artefacts."
("When this creature enters the battlefield, if you cast it from your hand, exile all artifacts.")

    However, in-game, the actual effect exiles all attacking creatures, not artifacts. This behavior directly contradicts the French card text and can cause confusion during gameplay.

  9. Opponent's Creature didn't die when It was given -X/-X

    Was in a win or go home game of a draft and Exhausted Winter, Cursed Rider's Ability after chump blocking a Sunmare to make it a 7/4 after combat damage (was originally a 7/8. X =4 to give all non artifact Creatures -X/-X. Opponent had previously given it indestructible but was under the impression the rule was that -X/-Xing a creature Below its toughness got around Indestructibility and Sent it to the graveyard. Opponent was then able to use this bug to win the game since I had to waste a Stun counter spell on the Sunmare instead of stunning…

  10. Priority passed with spells to play

    Playing mono red (yeah, I know), opponent Recommissioned Abhorrent Oculus. After ending his turn, the Oculus manifest dreads. 2/2 enters. My turn. Priority was skipped and I was unable to cast anything in hand. Immediately went to my Manifold Mouse's ability. After giving it double strike, priority was passed again and I wasn't even able to attack. Priority was passed and my turn was over. This was a ranked match too.

  11. Worn Edges

    I utterly hate that you do not give us the option to change from worn black/white edges to purely black edges. It is aesthetically unappealing when I have to see worn edges on cards that are in game. Please change it back to purely black or give us the option to toggle this on/off. Sincerely, an OCD player

    Bought the Bloomburrow pack that was on sale in the store today with 900 gold. Didn't get any Golden pack progression for it; I was at 2, I'm still at 2.

  13. All My Cards Today Suddenly Have Cracked Borders

    I suddenly have this weird distracting border on all my cards in all my decks.

  14. Game Actions stalled out the AI

    With an Ojer Taj in Play, as well as 3x Impassioned Orators, 2x Caregiver's Talent Lv3, a Porcelain Gallery, 8x Hare Apparent and Saint Elenda. I tapped my Mana (including a Three Tree City set to Rabbits) for 68 Mana, and Cast 'Another Round' for X=32. Targeting Saint Elenda and 7x Hare Apparents each time, my game lagged quite Badly by the 3rd set of Exile-and-Returns, and by the 10th, the Game ended with an 'Unexpected Match Complete' GreError, and ended in a Draw.

  15. Card style

    All of the sudden, all cards have the worn out style, I did not modify this, and I see that all my opponents have the same style, already searched to remove that style without success, please bring It back to how it was

  16. Complete 3 quick draft matches quest

    I have the quest to complete 3 quick draft matches, I bought gems to complete it. I played the Quick Draft Aetherdrift event and played 5 matches before losing 3 times. I spent the rest of the gems on packs before I realized the quest was uncompleted.

  17. Scuffed/worn border visual effect applied without me choosing and unable to turn off

    I was versing an opponent in best of 3 single match standard ranked. They had the scuffed border visual effect. I had normal borders. Something happened during the game and suddenly my borders became scuffed, and now it's like that for all my matches and I can't find the option to turn it off.

  18. Go-Shintai of Life's Origin reflexive trigger and shroud

    If you have shroud of all of your shrines, and you accidentally pay for Go-Shintai's trigger, there is no way to "fail to find" or whatever and the game makes you time out or concede.

  19. Card styles

    I have an issue, second time it has happened, accidentally clicked a triome during deck building, playing 5 color Golos deck so I need all the help with fixing I can get. I can’t add the triome back in because I don’t have the card style.

  20. sword of body and mind immune to colorless for some reason

    I was in a match and my colorless 3/2 artifact attacked, and was destroyed by a 1/1 wielding the sword of body and mind, making it a 3/3. It SHOULD have been destroyed as they both had power 3 and mine wasn't a color it was protected by. Instead my unit was destroyed and their suffered no effect. The item is bugged. Please fix this!
