How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Starter deck duel matchmaking is not working since 2 days ago (Last update)
This duel event is not working since last update 2 days ago. The matchmaking is counting the time properly but you don't get a game never.
I was waiting a couple of times more than 20 minutes with no success, but everyday before last update I just waited 10-20 seconds.
Please fix it.

LCI Quick draft not working
LCI Quick Draft is not working.
When I press PLAY, the game says "Currently Waiting" for tens of minutes and never starts.

Don't get wildcards
Dear Magic, since the last update on MTGA, I haven't been receiving any wild cards. The rare wild card I received was from one pack, and my wheel was full. I believe there might be an error here. Best regards, Sam

When i use infermo horse when my opponent have a planeswalker it don't create two copies of the same creature but only one

Bug sideboard
The sideboard doe not show the BO3 cards, on pc in any deck building context even in traditional deck building, it's ruining the BO3 deck building experience. Has happened since the last update (outlaw of thunder junction)

Unable to get collection
Title says all. Impossible to connect to servers in a stable manner. The error states 'network error - unable to get collection'.
Tried all possible solutions listed in the troubleshooting section and nothing worked.

Sideboard-view on iOS is broken after latest update. You can see 7 cards and nothing after that. 🙄
It's annoying. Fix it. It's impossible to build BO3 decks because of it.5 votes -

After login and the "Wait for Server ..." clock, unable to get into the game. Same es yesterday evening (tried from 19:30 - 22:00). This morning, no problems. Today problems since 20:30 (on 2 different windows pcs + ios).

Prosperity tycoon
Prosperity tycoon ability to tap to add +1/+1 counters not working.
PC
Could not tap prosperity tycoon to add +1/+1 to target creature. Tried both main phase 1 and main phase 2 to see if different during different phase. Only ever gave me prompt to sacrifice a token for indestructible.
Should have given me option to tap for +1/+1 counter.

Unjustified loss
Hi!
I report a bug where I started a premier draft, completed the draft, launched the first game after deck building and got stuck waiting for my opponent. I was annonced on the draw and given no choice to mulligan or keep. The time of my opponent expired and there was a bug where the countdown (around the player character face) never completed. After 5s of this, a second window of MTGA opened beyong mine and annonced my a loss. I couldn't do anything and never had control.

Sparky impossible to send decks
every time they try to run Sparky's challenges the game tells it's impossible to send the deck. And when they use the only one that works.

Network Error on both Windows 11 and iPhone
SInce yesterday's update I'm getting Network Errors on both my Windows 11 and iPhone 12 devices.
The MTG Arena Status page says that all systems are operational but I can't log into the game on any of my devices.
My internet connection is working (using that for posting this) but I also tried by restarting my router.6 votes -
Leyline binding bugged for enchantments
I played a leyline binding against an opponent who had 2 non-land permanents in play. They had a treasure and buried in the garden. The leyline binding immediately picked the treasure without giving me a chance to choose the buried in the garden.
I believe that leyline binding is bugged when it comes to enchantments (possibly auras), but I don't have an easy way of testing this.

Sideboard
Sideboard has completely disappeared in the deck builder. I can add cards, but can't see what I'm adding as I do so. This is happening on two separate computers. VERY ANNOYING.

Game loss during OTJ draft
Playing OTJ draft, opponent dead on board. I cast a spell during my main phase and the screen turns into the game-loss screen. Gives me a record of 6-2 instead of 7-2, affecting my prize support for an event I bought into using gems.
