How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Deck Builder Issues
Changing companion is broken. No companions show to select. Along with the changing deck type hidden in the background.

App is crashin
Since the update this morning the app doesnt work anymore. It just shows the loading bar and then close itself.
I’m on IPhone 15 but also tried on Google Pixel 10 same problem.

Pixelated images (cards, decks...)
All images are pixelated (see screenshots attached). Using MTGArena on Android, Xiaomi 14T Pro device.
This started happening when the Lorwyn update/news started appearing on the app.
Already uninstalled and installed the app again and keeps happening.

Research/Development division for gameplay in standart and pioneer !
Dear Devs,
With "Phyrexia all will be one" set the gameplay started going down. How do you design mechanics - if they are unbalanced it kills the gameplay. Poison, mono red aggro / blue red ( mices, prowess, ) . Game is over on turn 2 or 3. Now you have the earthbending with mole and mill without any counter measures. Funny thing is some broken cards are allowed in Pioneer but banned in Historic ( cory steel cutter ) even though I thought Pioneer is "Standart out of rotation". Timeout AI caused my commander (Urza) to be exiled
On PC, due to my board state being rather large with multiple additional trigger cards, my timeouts got used up even though i was playing. When this happened, the AI took over to finish out my turn for me as quickly as possible. While digging via Urza's ability to find a counterspell to counter opponent's Farewell, timeout AI again took over, Farewell resolved, and the game did not give me an option to recall Urza to my command zone. Visual Bug - Cannot change format
I would like to report a bug in which the format picker in the deck builder is not functioning as expected. Instead of expanding the list the picker does not expand and it lookss like the menu is hiding behind the picker.

Lorwyn update
I've been playing MTG Arena on my smartphone regularly and as soon as the Lorwyn update initiated and after it has been completed, the app no longer works.
When I try open up the game, it loads as usual but as it wants to open the initial interface, it kicks out to my phone's home screen with no error warning.
Please advise

Bugs with "To the ****" achievement
The "To the ****" achievement appears to be bugged - at least with some sources.
The achievement asks you to do 350 non-combat damage to an opponent, but it doesn't seem to register all sources of non-combat damage. For example the cards "Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose", "Sanguine Blood" and "Enduring Tenacity" all deal damage to an opponent equal to the amount of life you gain. These don't seem to trigger the achievement damage.1 vote -
Rashmi, Eternities Crafter in Brawl
I was playing Brawl using Teval, the Balance Scale as commander, and I wanted to test out Rashmi, Eternities Crafter. I put Rashmi on the battlefield and on my next turn, my first spell was casting my commander. Rashmi triggered, there was a 1 mana spell on top of my library, but I was not able to cast it. See screenshot.
My thought - since I didn't cast it from my hand, it saw the mana value as 0, which 1 would not be less than..

Blocked numbers and words
The words and numbers are blocked out. Help please
It happened after the last update. Its impossible to play when all the numbers and some text is gone. Playing on an android phone which worked perfectly yesterday.12 votes -

The new Lorwyn video that pops up after opening an email (and is unclosable) is bad!
So I came into arena today.. I saw that I had messages. I opened the Lorwyn one, and was presented with an unstoppable cut-scene! WTH! I came to play not watch a stupid video. It acts like I should be able to quit the video (or at least fast-forward it, but I can't.

Product suggestion
Hi, I was wondering why there are only 5 cards with partner for Brawl and no cards with partner for Standard Brawl, in Magic The Gathering Arena, there is a White and Blue with an ability of putting a +1 +1 counter on Benedikta Harman.
Why not have a legendary Green and Black creature with Partner to add a +1 +1 counter on target creature if a creature died and creatures you control have trample and death touch, along with having a partner Red, and White, with when you gain life or an opponent lost life this turn put a…

Please add more packs to Phantom Sealed
Hello! It would be awesome if Phantom Sealed events had 8 packs instead of 6. Building a deck with 6 packs is pretty miserable, because you often have to go three colors, and so your mana base is pretty shaky. I avoid Sealed for the most part because of this, but if the event is a free Phantom event I might play. Since it's free, it would be cool to have more cards to use to build your deck. The gameplay would be more fun. Thanks for listening.

Play Button is disabled in All Formats - Bug
Hello, For over 24 hours now I haven't been able to access any game mode in MTGA (Standard, Brawl, Bot vs. Game, etc.). The "Play" button is disabled in all formats except color Challenge, which works. This started after a disconnection in the middle of a match. I've completely reinstalled the game, cleared the cache, and checked my connection, but the problem persists. I suspect my account is stuck on the server in an invalid state. Could you please check my account status and unlock it? My MTGA username is: Infinitx . Thank you for your help.
