How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

My game closed in second game of the Qualifier Play In 06/11
I tried to open it several times but it always closed, after closing the process in the task manager it opened and did not enter any game, giving me a loss1 vote -
Paradox Engine, Replicating Ring, Skyclave Relic, work great together combined with Ancestral Statue takes too long to click through ISSUE
Paradox Engine, Replicating Ring, Skyclave Relic, Mind Stone, work great together combined with Ancestral Statue or Guardians of Koilos. ISSUE is that it takes too long to click through the mana and the timer advances too fast. I was going to do a Banefire or Stonecoil Serpent Huge, but can't. Barely got a 20/20 Stonecoil out. TIMER ISSUE. It is a legitimate late game combo that should work with no problems.

Support for chromebooks and chromebook tablets, especially the pixel slate i7.
A large number of high school and college students have Chromebooks. This is a worthwhile market expansion.

Game loss due to crash
During my final match in a SNC Premiere Draft, my opponents timer expired, and the hourglass remained on the screen. The game was not responding so I restarted the application and had been logged out.
When I got back into the match my turn had passed and the game was unwinnable.1 vote -

i put my prelease code in on MTGA; the code work but it wont let me open my packs
for the new set it wont let me open the packs and it appear on in the pack option

I had a code for 6 packs d&d I got it at a draft and I used my code and it said I couldn’t get packs till July 7th but today I went to my packs an nothing was there at all

Not functioning properly
Two issues:
1st: Teferi the planes Walker is supposed to be able to select a land/artifact/creature to top/untapped, when i select my own permanents they are not untapping. I have seen others use this card properly, not sure why it is not working for me.
2nd: during some of the draft events (latest being strixhaven), i have selected one card, and it states i have selected a different card. Since this new card is often a different color, it forces me to start to picking cards i would not have necessarily picked, and this has happened in my very first…

Appstore Regional issue
I'm living in Thailand and really need MTGA to be available in IOS appstore to be able to play. I'm a long-time mtg player and collect many paper magic. Recent development of pandemic make drops in LGS attendances. I see no reason why after claiming MTGA is globally launched there won't be one for download in Thai Appstore. I don't like grinding so there is a high chance I will make monetary contributions to the game. Please, give me a response so I can decide on my device and games I will be investing in.

Limited Event Zero Win Suggestion
This is a suggestion for all limited events. My suggestion is remove the box for zero wins on all limited events and replace it with a note that entry fee will be refunded (or entry token for same event type) with no additional prize if you fail to win a single game. You can include “match” for traditional or leave the zero wins prize for those who aren’t swept 6 games. Advise that resigning forfeits reimbursement all games must be played to completion.
The reasoning for this is losing every game is very frustrating and then to be told you…

Product Suggestion
The game keeps crashing during matches, causing me to lose too often. I have spent a lot of money on this game and it is not permissible that there are always these problems; always the same problems and never an effective solution. I want my money back and as I am really fed up with these problems, I will uninstall the game.

Draft one card, see another card in my pool
I was drafting SNC and my 3rd pick was totally different from what I really picked (I picked a Raffine's Silenced, but the game showed me Witty Roastmaster). This affected my draft a lot and the same thing happened during pack 3 if I remember correctly (maybe always with the Raffine's Silenced and the game showed me a Spara's Adjudicators)
Can you do something? I attached the2 logs after I realized what happened.

A wider scope of representation of lgbtqia plus community
It would be really cool if you guys created more representation for the lgbtqia+ community. Did we really cool if you saw some cars representing trans people and my personal favorite the asexual community. Good example of a car that represents asexuals would be paying no head. Just ask the different demographics of the lgbtqia+ community what is best card to represent their particular demographic. Instead other cards being another cash grab you can show true solidarity with the community by representing more of the different demographics of the lgbtqia+.

SNC Premier draft Frozen
Premier draft froze during a ranked draft during pack 2 and as a result, by the time I could reload the client, I had missed everything from there until halfway into pack 3. I would like a refund so I can fail at drafting without arena's assistance.
