1. -not receiving cards for daily wins

   I notice sometimes when I get every other daily win, I only receive 25xp with no card. It’s happened 2-3 times today but several times over the month.

2. Not receving card rewards with victories

   Today I'm no receiving card rewards for victories in Arena as shown in the attached image, the reward page only shows XP and no card. I double checked in my collection and no new card was added.

4. Starter decks not in collection

   Won multiple games now with multiple starter decks, none of which have been added to my collection. I was going to buy the mastery pack as I’m a brand new player but I don’t want to spend my money if the app doesn’t work. Let alone all the time I’ve wasted playing multiple times with decks and not got them. Really disappointing.

5. repeated deck names lock

   When you name a deck with a name you already used, the warning is looping and doesn't let you take another action on the game. When you click "OK" on the "deck name already in use" screen, the warning just pops back on the screen. This goes over the escape menu as well, forcing you to alt+f4 and reopen the game

6. システムの公平性の欠如及び一部のプレイヤーへの弾圧

   MTGは確率のゲームであり一試合のみが過剰についている試合が有ることまでは否定しません。
   しかし月間で８００試合以上行い先攻率が１／２に収束しないことは正常であると運営側は思っているのですか？
   それ以外にもマッチングの対戦相手有利ばかりの発生、事故の発生がこちら側のみに偏る、同名カードが対戦相手のみ引き当てること等どう考えても不正プログラム又は一部のプレイヤーに対しての弾圧を行っているとしか思えませんがそうではないことの証明をして下さい。
   補足として今回一月のみの開示ですが２年以上計１８，０００試合以上の記録を総合して明確な偏りを確認しております。
   これ以上MTGという素晴らしいゲームの名に泥を塗らないよう願います。

7. Cards that transform are not showing flipped side in the collection

   Cards that transform are not showing flipped side in the collection. For example, when viewing my collection, I hover over a card like "Sheoldred (MOM)" and I don't get to view "The Scriptures". It just shows the front side of the card. It makes deck building difficult.

8. Golden Pack Progress

   I purchased packs with gems and no progress to golden pack was made. Purchased more packs with gold and still no progress for golden packs made. Issue run into on PC. Stuck at 0 progress

9. Displeasure with Standard Format after recent bannings and changes

   I would like to take this opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with the recent changes implemented in the Standard Format.

   Firstly, your decision to postpone rotation for 1 year was premature. If you are going to change the rules on how the format operates, you should design sets that will work in that environment and not change the rules on a whim. The next two standard sets that will release this year (Wilds of Eldraine and Caverns of Ixalan) were designed with the previous environment in mind. It would be better to wait until sets are designed for a 3 year cycle before implementing that kind of change. There are plenty of cards that I feel have a negative impact on standard and need to be flushed out with rotation. Keeping them legal for another year is only going to cause more problems and more difficulty playing the format especially since we don't know what is being included in the next 4 sets that could make the current decks even more powerful than before.

   In my opinion the bans that were announced in May were a big mistake. I don't know how you arrived at the decision to ban Reckoner Bankbuster, Fable of the Mirror Breaker and Invoke Despair, but that decision allowed the various control decks (Esper Control, Dimir Control, etc) to start to appear and take over the format.

   I am not a big fan of control decks and hate to play against decks that have a wide array of counter spells and removal such that every move I make does not matter all the opponent has to do is sit there and wait until I cannot do anything and then deploy all their stuff. In my opinion, control decks should not exist because they remove any chance of having a fun and interesting game. It is just the same repeatable pattern, play land, do nothhing, wait, kill or remove whatever comes on the board from the opponent, rinse and repeat until the opponent is out of cards then go for the kill.

   I don't know if the pro players (ex. Huey Jensen) are recommending how the format should be and what cards need to be banned but I think it would be better if you asked the actual players instead.

   I know this isn't going to happen but I would prefer you to revoke the changes that were made to standard (rotation delay and the aforementioned card bannings) and instead ask the players directly of their thoughts of what should be banned and what changes need to be made to Standard overall.

   I would like to take this opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with the recent changes implemented in the Standard Format.

    Today's arena announcements included a note that, "In previous MTG Arena Announcements, we incorrectly listed the June 2023 Ranked Seasons pack rewards as March of the Machine packs. In fact, the June 2023 Ranked Season pack rewards are The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth packs. We've made note of this and corrected the packs listed in our previous posts. If you wish to swap your rewarded packs to the previously mentioned March of the Machine packs, please reach out to Customer Support, and we will make this change to your rewards. We appreciate your understanding!"

11. Super Loop Feature

    Please add a feature to where if a super loop happens, a user can designate how many times they want the combo to occur. Specifically for the Rosie + Scurry Oak + Ashnod’s Altar combo to mill an opponent. I lost because my timer ran out and my opening swung for lethal causing me to lose. Please add something to speed up the process such as if an opponent has no instant or is able to interfere with it, the player will have a screen or option appear that lets them input how many times they would like the combo to execute. The main issue with time running out was due to my opponent playing a 100 card deck and was at 70 card library by the time I was able to execute the combo.

12. Calix guided by fate not properly triggering

    I attacked opponent with Calix Guided by Fate and was not blocked. This triggered Calix's ability "Whenever Calix or an enchanted creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may create a token that’s a copy of a nonlegendary enchantment you control. Do this only once each turn." After I acknowledged that I would like to use this ability I wasn't told to select a nonlegendary enchantment to make a token copy of. I had two Ossifications on two different lands. When I selected the double arrow icon to show the cards (ossification and opponent's permanents) underneath my basic lands, the double arrow icon went away but I was unable to see and therefore select the Ossifications enchanting them. I tried restarting the client and had the same problem when I returned. As I had no other nonlegendary enchantments to select, I was ynable to take an action and was timed out and lost the match. ios

14. daily deal mtgarena mom booster pack did not give golden pack pip

    Today's mtgarena daily deal included a march of the machine booster pack. when i purchased it with gold in game, i was not given a golden pack pip. the game description says that golden pack pips come from ltr and mom pack purchases. Please update my account with the golden pack pip that I should have.

15. Two faced cards not showing the other side with card style applied

    All two faced cards with any card style applied do not show the flipside when hovered over in collection AND in game. The card still works as intended and the flipside has a special card style when played and flipped, it just doesnt show a preview of it when hovered over.
