How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Foggy Swamp Vinebender bug

    I experienced a bug today in Avatar Premier Draft on Android.

    I attacked with a Foggy Swamp Vinebender. My oppoent blocked with a Walltop Sentries. If I understand correctly since the sentries are only power 2 they should not have been able to block the Vinebender.

    I did not see any spells or effects go off that would increase the power of the Sentries.

  2. Game keeps crashing

    Using the iOS app. During matches in the Jump In Avatar event, the game unexpectedly freezes. There is no clear cause of the problem so I don’t know how you can reproduce the issue. But once the game reconnects, I have lost a turn while my opponent kept playing. I was essentially locked out of the match while it continued without me. This could be due to the complex came mechanics of the Avatar set or simply a server connection problem, but regardless nothing like this has happened to me before. Please look into it.

  3. Black text on a black card

    The card Phantom train has an alternate art that makes the text box of the card all black while simultaneously not changing the text to White from Black. This makes it very difficult to read the text of the card. This is on the Android version of arenas

  4. Jump in - Mid week event

    Jump in - Jumpstart midweek event. Avatar specific event. Selected swordsman (white) and rebellion (mardu) packs. Got 9 white cards (6 creatures, 2 instant, 1 enchantment), 1 red spell (an instant), 3 equipment colorless artifacts and a 3 color mana based consisting of 27 lands. Pretty miserable trying to use this in an event aimdd at beginners.

  5. Mid week magic deck building issue

    I really like playing the mid-week magic events, and signed up and started this weeks Jump In on the start day yesterday. I picked Roku and Powerful like you normally would. Then, upon playing and drawing too many lands, I checked the decklist and 29 on the 40 cards in my deck are lands. This makes the deck unbearably unplayable, and I’m confident the powerful half of the deck is what bugged bugged as I have no green cards other than lands. I play primarily on my iPhone and signed up for this event before whatever update you pushed on…

  6. deck builder ignores the color identity for MDFC commanders

    When creating a new deck for standard brawl, the deck builder ignores the color identity for MDFC commanders. It only recognize the front side of the cards.

  7. Using Treasure Tokens - Animation TOO LONG causing me to TIME OUT

    Using Treasure Tokens - Animation TOO LONG causing me to TIME OUT in games. Something changed with this in the last update. With many treasure tokens, the time it takes to use them because of the animation makes you time out.

  8. Earthbender Ascension Bug - Giving Trample Permanently

    After Earthbender Ascension has 4+ counters on it, the 'Until End of Turn' trample it's supposed to give actually lasts for the rest of the game.

    Steps to replicate:

    1. Get Earthbender's Ascension to 4 or more counters and add a +1/+1 counter to a creature you control
    2. The creature will now have trample permanently, beyond the 'Until End of Turn' text when it's supposed to fall off

  10. Disconnect

    On Android Mobile, practically every game disconnects back to the lobby or forces a restart of the app. Repairing and reinstalling haven't helped as this has been going on for months.

  11. Repulsive Mutation not acting as a counterspell

    Repulsive Mutation is not countering spells. It acts like you can only activate the first part of the x spell with adding counters and doesn't check to let you counter a spell.

    Bug: 1. Choose the "Roku Powerful" combination in Midweek Magic: Jump In! 2. Steam (PC) 3. I get half the deck (The Roku half, I suspect, because I get a ton of green producing lands, but not a single green card) the land count is 28 in a 40 card deck. 4. I expect to miss the rewards because I only draw land cards. It has been frustrating and infuriating. 6. Only workaround has been forgetting about it and trying to come in terms with the time lost on this. Thank you.

  18. Jump-In Deck Selection Broken

    Midweek magic Jump-In deck appears to not have given me the cards for the second half I selected.

    Chose "Firebending" first, then "Powerful", but only got (Presumably from the lack of green cards) Firebending cards .

  19. Test of Endurance still bugged.

    I played a Starter Deck duel and ended with 73 life and, after first being elated, I received no achievement. Through asome research I confirmed that it should be unlockable on starter deck duels. I also discovered that this been an issue for many others (even for different achievements).

  20. faerie mastermind is triggered even if the condition is not achieved

    On my opponent's turn, I used the activated ability of my "Roland of the Third Way" with "Mastermind of Faerie". Then, even though I did not draw a second card this turn, my opponent was able to draw an additional card!
