6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Timer extensions
Timer extensions are being abused by cranky dicks who don’t like to lose. Max them out at three total and using 1 at a time and for consecutive actions.

Booted out mid-game
I was playing quick draft Final Fantasy on mobile (Google pixel 9a) when I was randomly booted out in the middle of my first game. I queued into a new game, same thing happened over time, but then when I went back to the menu, I was recorded 1 loss. I this time rebooted the game itself. I then found myself back in my 2nd game. Currently 1-1, the one loss no fault of my own. Any possibility of reimbursement of the gems I spent on the draft?

Last 25 games lost…
I’ve conceded about 90% of the 4500 games I’ve played since returning in aetherdrift due to hellyogoerz and Garbo 250deckers
Previously I left the game for 2 years due to this issue.
Prior to this nonsense starting (before alchemy came out) I was getting to mythic monthly
Now I’m stuck in platinum conceding about 100 matches a day
You gonna compensate me for this bs and take action or should I and people who feel the same quit the game until 2030

Duskmourn should be banned.
It ruins Standard. The cards in the set are broken, and it's not just Leyline of Resonance that should have been banned, it's the whole set. Screaming Nemesis, shouldn't be able to target players if there's creatures on the board, that's ********. There is no flavor to this set, it enables boring and lame play styles to the max, such as milling your opponent to death, or basically being able to kill your opponent with Screaming Nemesis because he just blocks with it, kind of ruins the balancing of Standard.

Screen is frozen
During a BO3 match on MTG arena, the game screen froze as shown in the image, which prevented me from operating properly and caused me to lose the game.

Framerate locked at 30fps
Framerate is locked at 30fps and it makes the game hard to enjoy

Suggestions
Limit deck size to no more than 101 cards
Implement requirements to enter ranked mode
Have separate ranks for the different constructed formats
Give us a proper eternal format on arena. No historic and timeless don’t countTimeless restricts tribals trickery which is legal in pioneer but pioneer bans half the relevant cards

White sagas text is blacked out
On PC, white sagas and white cases, the textbox appears completely black, except for the current active chapter. for cases, only the effect is not blacked out, and only if it is completed. This does not make the cards unplayable, only illegible.

Did not receive the pack from the mastery
I reached level 18 of the mastery and for Final Fantasy and did not receive a pack. I am pretty sure I did not get a master pack after buying 10 packs from the store a few weeks ago either. I am playing on steam on pc.

Card Text Rendering Issue on macOS – Grey or White Bars Obscuring Card Text
In MTG Arena on macOS, there is a display issue where card text is not rendering properly. This problem occurs both in the deck viewer and during live gameplay. Instead of showing the usual text—such as card names, mana costs, and rules—these areas are covered by solid grey or white bars. The issue affects all visible cards across different decks and matches, regardless of the card set or format. The rest of the game appears to function normally, but the missing text makes it difficult or impossible to play.

The matches don't start for Qualifier Play-in
The matches don't start for Standard ranked and for Qualifier Play-in.

Unable to get to sideboard phase
Playing Bo3 standard rankedPC Windows: Unable to sideboard between games. Sideboard phase is skipped. It happen after first and second game. Log attached. I have restarted client during second game.
Expected: Able to sideboard freely without issues.

No workaround.Problem was that I have accidentally played BO1 version of deck without sideboard. But should the game enter sideboarding with empty sideboard, I would find problem sooner. Please change this behavior so empty sideboard is shown I user will be aware of this.

Wildcard change failed
Good evening. My name is Fabio Adour and I am a casual player. I make some purchases on the Arena website from time to time and have never had any problems. Today, however, I had obtained 2 wildcards (common) with packs from the Foundation collection and tried to exchange them for 2 Soulmender cards. The internet crashed at the time and simply one wildcard was spent without giving me the card (the other wildcard was exchanged as expected). Sanguine Evangelist Bat Token +1 Power Off By 1
I'm playing mtg arena alchemy not ranked, had a very close game with me as the blue/red Vivi deck. Final attack by white player was Sanguine Evangelist in play with mobilize 2 on it, and with 1/1 bat token with flying. They attack and have a 2/1 Sanguine Evangelist attacking with 2 3/1 tokens from mobilize and 1 4/1 bat token with flying. How is it the bat token is not a 3/1 and is a 4/1? I was at 4 life so this match was dependent on the flying bat token that I cannot block being a 3/1 as…

Like many others, Ultimecia's transformation isn't happening in draft. I kept the required mana up multiple times just for the turn to come to an end, and it wouldn't allow me to pay it. Lost my last match in draft thanks to this. Super frustrating feeling and makes the whole draft a wasted effort.

Namazu Trader re-entering battefield bug
There seems to be a bug where Namazu Trader re-entering the battlefield is not triggering its enter effect:
1. Opponenet's Namazu Trader was exiled under my white auracite
2. Suplex exiles white auracite
3. Namazu Trader re-enters the battlefield back on opponent's side
4. no enter triggers - note opponent is at 1 life.Namazu Trader's effect isn't a cost and it isn't optional - the effect should have triggered when Namazu Trader re-enters the battlefield on my opponent's side and should make my opponent lose 1 life therefore losing the game. Disconnected from game and was given both a win and a loss for the event
I started a game on PC client with a record of 4-2. Midway through my first turn, I disconnected from the game. I was sent back to the quick draft event screen with the "play" button active, so I clicked the play button hoping to get put back into the game I was in. Instead, I was put back into queue and eventually was put into a new game with a different opponent from the first game. I played this game through and I was disconnected again right before attacking for the victory. I was again taken back to the…

Zur Hexproof Bug
My opponent targeted my Leyline Binding with a single-target removal spell. In response, I turned it into a creature with Zur, Eternal Schemer. It should then have hexproof, as Zur gives enchantment creatures hexproof. However, the single-target removal spell still destroyed Leyline Binding.
