How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Historic Bug
I've challenged a friend so we can play Bo3 in Historic format but once he accept and pick his Historic deck, i couldnt because my historic deck were at the bottom of the screen where the non-historic deck are placed, i only had Standard decks as options to choose. Then when he challenged me, i could pick my historic deck but he couldnt cause of the same bug

Can't import a deck in another language
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Get a deck list exported from a MTGA configured in french.
2) Try to import it on another computer with MTGA configured in english.
3) The import fails with an error.Thanks.

Add control over default frames
I do not like the extended art frames and it is tedious to unselect the frames for the cards I am using. The system does not remember a selection for new decks and new frames are automatically selected as the default. I do not want to disable all alternate frames because I like the showcase frames. Please add some fidelity to the selection and defaults.

Shatter the sky destroys counters even with ozolith on the field.
I had a creature with 6 counters on it while having the ozolith on the field. my opponent then played shatter the sky which destroyed all creatures. None of the counters I had on my creature were added to the ozolith.

Option to disable or more efficient card shuffling ANIMATION
When playing with 250 cards or more, it the shuffling animation does freeze the game for quite a while.
Give us an option to disable this animation or just make sure it doesn't actually load in every card, so the deck size doesn't matter on the process.

De-ranking from Diamond 1 to Diamond 2
Hello,
Before my last game, I was ranked as Diamond 1, 1 star. Then I loss one game and I was de-ranked to Diamond 2. Is that normal? If no, can you please rank me again to Diamond 1 (1 star). Thanks in advance for your feedback. Best Regards

Grotag Night Runner
Last game I dealt damage with Grotag Night-Runner. However I could not play the exiled land since it did not prompt me to play it. Therefore I lost the game.

Mobile magic arena
Why don't you create a mobile app of magic arena? And why don't you allow card exchanging. It would be amazing to play with friends in the mobile and trade cards with them.

New user, like the game and interface, willing to spend a bit o cash, had a 'bad' experience spending money.
My experience:
Found MTG arena recently, have used Duels in the past, long time casual irl and online MTG player. Love the game, interface much improved over other digital MTG, great stuff, thank you.
I wanted to expand my card base so I bought a bundle w/gems and spent the gems on 15 packs.
In my excitement just clicked the button, 15 packs. Realised I'd bought 15 packs of Zendikar Rising. I likely might have chosen that option anyway, but looking back on my automatic reaction I think I expected there to be a screen asking me for the details,…1 vote -
can not mute players
The mute function stops working after the first game now. After the last update mute no longer works correctly in that after the first game that one mutes a player the mute button stays on mute for the next game but does not mute the next player at all. In the game after a player is muted the new opponent still can post emote and their pet is still active, the option for unmute only available. Clicking unmute in an attempt to mute again does

no hint that you purchase only a style
if you switch from craft to select menu and buy a card its not the card what you get only the style . There is no hint that you only purchas a style.

Alseid of Life's Bounty sacrifice cost not triggering after activation, All That Glitters appears to be giving more than +1/+1
Alseid of Life's Bounty sacrifice cost is not triggering upon activation as expected. Within five turns, my arena opponent had the following cards on the field under their control:
3x Alseid of Life's Bounty (one with summoning sickness)
1x All That Glitters (attached to 1 Alseid)
1x Sentinel's Eyes (attached to the same Alseid)
1X Season of GrowthI saw the single enchanted Alseid go from a 1/1 to a 2/2 (with Sentinel's Eyes) to a 9/9 after playing a single All That Glitters on the same Alseid. I could see 8/8 being the case (+3/3 for 3 Enchant Creatures,…

Cannot update, unistall, or reinstall
Update doesn't work. Comes back with error message. Tried to unistall and my computer can't find the patch files so I cant uninstall. I can't reinstall either.

Rule inconsistencies
So, there are 2 rule inconsistencies I’ve found while playing that don’t work during the game. First, if a creature with deathtouch has a spell that makes it fight another creature, deathtouch does not apply since the wording of fighting is “they deal damage equal to their power to each other”. Deathtouch only applies to combat damage. Second, if I enchant a creature with white auras and then give it protection from white AFTER the auras are already on, the creature does not lose the auras already attached to them.
