1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Deck creation failed
When completing a new deck with the „Craft all“ button the wildcards were deducted from my account but the deck was not created. 12 rare and 4 mythic wildcards are lost. Device is an iPad 8th Gen with iOS 17.1.2.

old set premier draft
Hi Arena team
Can I suggest that when the old sets come back, it is for two weeks each? One week each is too fast, and it is January when people are back to school and work.
Better to give more time for each set when they revisit.

Éowyn com tradução incorreta
A carta Éowyn, Cavaleira Destemida está com a tradução incorreta. Acabei de perder uma partida num Draft por causa disso. Selecionei a carta achando que fazia uma coisa e faz outra, ou está bugada. Não tenho recursos (dinheiro e gema) sobrando no game. Isso me prejudica MUITO! Preciso de ajuda!

Reckless Crew bug with Magda, Brazen Outlaw
I cast Reckless Crew with Magda, Brazen Outlaw and equipment on the battlefield. The card creates the tokens but doesn't allow me to equip the equipment onto the tokens. This has happened multiple times but only when Magda is on the battlefield. Would like this resolved as the deck really doesn't work if the Reckless Crew doesn't equip.

Constructed, best of 3, ranked
Whenever one of my creatures would die they would be sent to exile instead of the graveyard. There were no effects in play that should have caused this. For example, I attacked with a Tenacious Underdog knowing it would die because I could then use it's Blitz feature on the next turn from my graveyard. However, after dying to combat damage, Tenacious Underdog was sent to exile instead of the graveyard. This caused me to lose one of the games in my best of 3 match.3 votes -

won 3 matches with rakdos starter deck. cards were not added to my collection. deck does not appear in my collection

Historic All-Access not providing XP Rewards
After winning a match in Historic All-Access, I claimed the 1000XP reward, but it did not adjust my XP value. It did not provide me with the claimed reward.

Pc client not working as well as app
So your app says there is an issue and your desktop client won't connect but your Web pages says operational. I suggest that your support page is fake and there to try to reduce consumer complaints. You may lose clients to hearth stone due to this...

Earned card removed from my collection
I have noticed recently that several of the cards that I earned from the daily challenge did appeared in my collection immediately after.
Some versions of those cards were already in my possession in my collection.
I added these duplicates to corresponding decks and saved them with no issues.
But when I came back to my decks in following days, the earned cards were missing and my decks became invalid.
This is clearly a bug, which is simply not acceptable.
At least the two following two cards are concerned (in French) :

Talion the kindly lord bug - alchemy
Tallon the kindly lord bug in alchemy.
How to Reproduce: When Talion is played and the opponent selects 2 for the value of mana and the Haywire Mite is played by the player it triggers the effect. I suspect this is because it costs 2 mana in standard but it costs 1 mana in alchemy.
Actual results: I lost 2 hp and lost the game
Expected results: No loss in hp
Device used: Android app
No workaround.

Woe Draft glitch
Twice today I’ve been in draft select on mobile where I tabbed out and not been able to reconnect to the draft. The first time I missed half of pack 3 and thought maybe it was an internet issue on my end. 2nd time I was screenshotting and showing my p1p1. This was never an issue with alternative draft formats that I’ve witnessed and is new with woe. Given I had just spent money for gems I’d like refunded gems or gold for both drafts. I tried to reconnect on alt devices or different connections and no luck

Yenna, Redtooth Regent actually should NOT be able to target
So, people who otherwise can't play the game normally have resorted to just copying lock cards like Cooped Up ad nausuem using Yenna. Unlike other bug reports where people say they can't target, this opponent did.
However, there are two critical logic issues with the ability:
First, the game did not provide me the opportunity to cast my own Instants, such as Lorna's Escape to prevent having the copy target my card.
Secondly, the card doesn't even state that their copy can target any of my cards to begin with.The other bug reports are exactly how it should be:…

Bug: Surveil from Faerie Dreamthief - unable to drag to graveyard
Unable to drag top card from library to graveyard when surveiling from Faerie Dreamthief. This happened multiple times on 9/18/2023 including after restarting thr client. I was playing ranked Standard and ended up losing 2 matches.

Premier Draft 19 sep 2023
I was thrown out of my draft earlier this evening. When it came back I had a totally random deck. I drafted only 12 cards in pack 1 before it went down. Can I please have my draft token back? The deck I have now is unplayable!
